在三维扫描仪的软件设计中,在测量条纹的编码以及左右图像的匹配方面提出了一种新的算法,较好地解决了目前国内外三维扫描仪对黑色物件及反光件物体的测量一直都没有取得较好的研究效果的问题。在测量条纹的编码中,引进定位条纹作为编码的起始标志;在左右图像的测量条纹匹配中,运用设计的条纹所固有的属性来进行匹配。实验表明,该设计非常有效,目前该产品已投入生产,并获得了很好的经济效益。  相似文献

Rigorous electromagnetic theory (REMT) can be used to calculate the fields above dielectric and metallic gratings. In this paper, by including evanescent orders, the near fields are presented. The Legendre method is used to carry out these calculations. In this method the fields in each of the homogeneous sections along a grating period are approximated by Legendre polynomials. This method is an exact eigenfunction method in which the eigenvalues are found using simple matrix eigenvalue/eigenvector algorithms. By carefully dealing with the boundary conditions, extremely deep and highly conducting gratings can be examined. The convergence of the diffraction orders and nonimplicit power conservation are used to test the results. Contour plots showing the absolute value of the E-field near gratings for a large range of periods, depths, duty cycles, angles of incidence, and surface profiles are presented.  相似文献

针对采用射束衰减网格的散射校正方法需额外增加较大扫描量的问题,提出了基于局部极值点扫描的检测优化方法,首先采集少鼍用于计算散射图像的辅助投影图像,然后采用三次样条插值由少量不同扫描角度的散射图像计算出完整的圆周扫描散射图像集,最后通过与原方法获取的散射图像及散射校正切片图像的对比分析,评估该方法的可行性与可靠性.实验结果表明,该方法仅需获取原方法1/20的散射图像即可完成锥束CT的散射校正,使扫描效率提高了47.6%,同时将散射校正切片误差控制在1%之内.  相似文献

Biological objects resembling filaments are often highly elongated while presenting a small cross-sectional area. Examination of such objects requires acquisition of images from regions large enough to contain entire objects, but at sufficiently high resolution to resolve individual filaments. These requirements complicate the application of conventional optical sectioning and volume reconstruction techniques. For example, objective lenses used to acquire images of entire filaments or filament networks may lack sufficient depth ( Z ) resolution to localize filament cross-sections along the optical axis. Because volume reconstruction techniques consider only the information represented by a single volume element (voxel), views of filament networks reconstructed from images obtained at low Z -resolution will not accurately represent filament morphology. A possible solution to these problems is to simultaneously utilize all available information on the path of an object by fitting 3-D curves through data points localized in 2-D images. Here, we present an application of this approach to the reconstruction of microtubule networks from 2-D optical sections obtained using confocal microscopy, and to synthesized curves which have been distorted using a simple mathematical model of optical sectioning artefacts. Our results demonstrate that this strategy can produce high resolution 3-D views of filamentous objects from a small number of optical sections.  相似文献

DESIGN AND CONTROL OF AN ULTRAPRECISION STAGE USED IN GRATING TILING   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
In petawatt laser system, the gratings used to compose pulse compressor are very large in size which can be only acquired currently by arraying small aperture gratings to form a large one instead, an approach referred to as grating tiling. Theory and experiments have demonstrated that the coherent addition of multiple small gratings to form a larger grating is viable, the key technology of which is to control the relative position and orientation of each grating with high precision. According to the main factors that affect the performance of the grating tiling, a 5-DOF ultraprecision stage is developed for the grating tiling experiment. The mechanism is formed by serial structures. The motion of the mechanism is guided by flexure hinges and driven by piezoelectric actuators and the movement resolution of which can achieve nanometer level. To keep the stability of the mechanism, capacitive position sensors with nanometer accuracy are fixed on it to provide feedback signals with which to realize closed-loop control, thus the positioning precision of the mechanism is within several nanometers range through voltage control and digital PID algorithm. Results of experiments indicate that the performance of the mechanism can meet the requirement of precision for grating tiling.  相似文献

在立体视觉中,比较了几种常见立体匹配方法,并针对存在的问题,提出了多种方法融于一体的高效立体匹配方法.首先将计算机构造的用于解相的光栅由投影仪投射到物体上,再将计算机构造的一系列黑白相间的编码光栅也由投影仪投射到物体上;然后将畸变栅线图像由摄像机采集到计算机中,用解相光栅进行解相得到折叠在[-π,π]区间内的相主值,用所述结构光编码方法进行相展开得到相位的周期,二者相加得到真实相位值.利用插值算法将具有相同相位的点拟合成连续曲线,从而实现了两幅CCD图像相同相位曲线的匹配,再根据外极约束条件,得到两幅图像点的匹配.在反向工程中,用该方法对电话接线筒进行三维测量,实验验证了该方法进行立体匹配的高效性和准确性.  相似文献

For electromagnetic imaging the vectorial character of the emitted field and the radiation characteristics of both source and receiver play an important role. Recently, a new imaging algorithm was presented dedicated to the electromagnetic case. The radiation characteristics of GPR source and receiver antennas and the vectorial nature of the electromagnetic waves are taken into account for a monostatic fixed offset GPR survey. This resulted in a representative image of a point scatterer. Comparison with scalar imaging algorithms shows that for a homogeneous space the SAR image has an opposite sign compared to the multi-component image, whereas the Gazdag image has a phase shift of about 90° with respect to the multi-component image. In this paper, modified scalar imaging algorithms are introduced that minimize these differences. However, between the images obtained in a homogeneous half-space phase differences of 10–20° are still present. These differences indicate the possible error in nature of the physical property contrast when it is determined with the modified scalar imaging algorithms. The multi-component imaging algorithm returns a representative image because it uses the appropriate Greens functions to eliminate the propagation effects. For practical imaging strategies, only far-field radiation characteristics can be used to compensate for the propagation effects due to the large computing time needed to evaluate the total-field expressions. Synthetic analysis of the imaging of a point scatterer calculated using total-field expressions shows that using the far-field expressions in the multi-component imaging algorithm the images better approximate the actual contrast than using the modified scalar imaging algorithms. Experimental results are presented from imaging several buried objects with different medium properties and different orientations. The phase differences in the experimental data are similar to those obtained synthetically. This likeness indicates that using the multi-component imaging algorithm, a more reliable image is obtained than with the modified scalar imaging algorithms.  相似文献

通过刻划工艺控制光栅槽形零级面宽度,使-1级和0级衍射效率同时达到期望值是激光器调谐光栅研制中的技术难题。基于光栅电磁场理论,利用光栅非异常区入射波长与光栅周期之比λ/d≈1.414附近较宽波段范围内TM偏振波的衍射效率变化梯度小,而且同一波长的衍射效率随闪耀角增大呈单调递增或随槽顶角增大呈单调递减趋势的特性,给出了-1级振荡0级输出激光器调谐光栅的全三角槽形模型及设计方法。该方法用常规三角槽形光栅即可实现任意比值的-1级与0级衍射能量分布,避免了以往通过控制类梯形槽形零级面宽度来制作此类光栅的工艺不确定性,降低了制作难度。应用该模型设计并制作了-1级衍射效率为65%的0级输出激光器调谐光栅,其在10.6μm处的衍射效率误差为0.6%。该方法还适用于-1级振荡-1级输出激光器调谐光栅的设计,实现了两类激光器谐振光栅在设计方法以及制作工艺上的统一。  相似文献

Electromagnetic tomography (EMT) is a non-invasive technique to gain the induced voltages and to reconstruct the distribution of electromagnetic properties. A volume imaging using a single layer sensor array, namely, Single Layer 3D-EMT, has been developed in this paper. To solve the forward problem, three kinds of sensor arrays are established with different number of coils,—8, 12 and 16, to conduct simulations. Four typical conductivity distributions are used to verify the 3D-EMT imaging with single layer sensor array. The calculation of sensitivity maps in 3D views is presented, and the sensitivity maps of different layers, from z = 0 to z = 20, are analyzed. The conjugate gradient iterative method has been adopted in image reconstruction. It can be seen from the simulation results that the 3D reconstructed images using a single layer sensor array can display the distribution of the measured objects in position, shape, and size. By calculating the relative error, the quality of the reconstructed images is evaluated andthe result shows that the 12-coil sensor array has the best image quality among three sensor arrays. In addition, the single layer 3D experimental system has been established to evaluate the effectiveness of 3D imaging using a single layer sensor array. In order to save the hardware resources, the paper presents the author's research work about the possibility of Single Layer 3D-EMT imaging in simulations and experiments. This can also provide a guide to explore the potential application with electromagnetic testing technique.  相似文献

给出适用性强、工艺上易于实现的单闪耀面宽波段金属光栅设计新方法。基于Rayleigh异常和共振异常两种不同的光栅异常机理,分别讨论了它们出现的条件,在光栅电磁场理论的基础上,数值分析了TE波、TM波闪耀波长的分布规律,发现了闪耀波长与光栅异常、光栅光谱范围的关系,提出了用TM波第一闪耀波长补偿Rayleigh异常或共振异常实现制作宽波段金属光栅的设计思想。同时,指出了TM波第一闪耀波长对Rayleigh异常的补偿效应,只是它对共振异常的补偿效应的极限情况。给出了将补偿效应应用于紫外可见分光光度计、近红外分光光度计和红外分光光度计用不同刻线密度宽波段金属光栅的设计实例。补偿效应法无论在理论设计上还是在工艺实现上都要优于传统的宽波段金属光栅设计方法,它可以使得用于各个波段上的宽波段金属光栅衍射效率都在40%以上。  相似文献

In this paper, we describe a numerical method of simulating two-dimensional images in a compact soft X-ray microscope using partially coherent illumination considerations. The work was motivated by recent test object images obtained by the latest generation in-house compact soft X-ray microscope, which showed diffraction-like artifacts not observed previously. The numerical model approximates the condenser zone plate as a secondary incoherent source represented by individually coherent but mutually incoherent source points, each giving rise to a separate image. A final image is obtained by adding up all the individual source point contributions. The results are compared with the microscope images and show qualitative agreement, indicating that the observed effects are caused by partially coherent illumination.  相似文献

Tracking of moving objects within video streams is a complex and time-consuming process. Large number of moving objects increases the time for computation of tracking the moving objects. Because of large computations, there are real-time processing problems in tracking of moving objects. Also, the change of environment causes errors in estimation of tracking information. In this paper, we present a new method for tracking of moving objects using optical flow motion analysis. Optical flow represents an important family of visual information processing techniques in computer vision. Segmenting an optical flow field into coherent motion groups and estimating each underlying motion are very challenging tasks when the optical flow field is projected from a scene of several moving objects independently. The problem is further complicated if the optical flow data are noisy and partially incorrect. Optical flow estimation based on regulation method is an iterative method, which is very sensitive to the noisy data. So we used the Combinatorial Hough Transform (CHT) and Voting Accumulation for finding the optimal constraint lines. To decrease the operation time, we used logical operations. Optical flow vectors of moving objects are extracted, and the moving information of objects is computed from the extracted optical flow vectors. The simulation results on the noisy test images show that the proposed method finds better flow vectors and more correctly estimates the moving information of objects in the real time video streams.  相似文献

The possibility of applying coherent methods to imaging of flaws in objects with plane-parallel boundaries during ultrasonic inspection is considered. A version of the SAFT method for obtaining flaw images on the basis of one or several echo signals measured in the transceiver mode and the correlation imaging method are considered. A variant of using the maximum-entropy method for obtaining flaw images from measured echo signals is proposed. A substantial advantage of the maximum-entropy method over the SAFT and correlation methods is demonstrated. The results of numerical experiments in which images were obtained with the use of the aforementioned methods are presented. It is shown that the obtainment of high-quality flaw images requires knowledge of the velocity of ultrasound propagation and the object thickness with a low error (no worse than 0.5%). For this purpose, additional measurements must be performed, e.g., in the dual-probe operating mode, which will allow determination of the velocity of sound and the thickness of the tested object. Low-resolution high-angle annular dark-field (HAADF) imaging is applied to the study of coherent Ge islands on a Si(0 0 1) substrate. Experimental HAADF images reveal a complicated pattern for a coherent Ge island under (0 0 1) zone axis conditions due to strain-induced interband scattering between different Bloch-wave branches. This complicated pattern varies with objective aperture size and defocus because of the effect from the depth of field. This suggests that the strain field of a coherent Ge island can be mapped out in 3 dimensions using HAADF imaging. When samples are tilted away from dynamical conditions, image contrast agrees with the predictions from atomic number variation (Z contrast). Therefore, quantitatively compositional analysis is feasible under kinematical imaging conditions when strain contrast is suppressed. Simulations using multi-beam Bloch-wave theory agree well with the experimental images on the complicated strain-induced and through-focus images.  相似文献

The hybrid input-output iterative algorithm, which solves the phase problem for scattering from non-periodic objects, is reviewed for application to X-ray and electron diffraction data. Desirable convex constraints, including the sign of the scattering potential for electrons, and compact support, are discussed. The cases of complex and real exit-face wavefunctions, strong and weak phase objects, various supports, and the use of coherent focussed radiation are reviewed. Reconstruction of general complex objects requires accurate knowledge of the support, which should consist of two holes or a triangle in an opaque mask. The support boundaries should be as sharp as possible. Strong phase objects without absorption can be recovered if the support consists of one hole, is accurately known and has sufficiently sharp boundaries. Real and weak phase objects with absorption can be recovered without accurate knowledge of the support area if the support boundaries are sufficiently sharp and the support consists of one or more holes. A sign constraint on the scattering potential is used to recover weak phase objects. The experimental realization of theoretically desirable support conditions is discussed. A two-stage method of finding the support for complex objects is proposed. Experimental results from applying the Gerchberg-Saxton-Fienup HiO-algorithm to coherent electron diffraction patterns are presented, using specially made e-beam lithographed support structures. Images with a resolution of about 5 nm are thus recovered from the intensities alone in coherent electron diffraction patterns from non-periodic objects. Limitations of the present experiments are identified and suggestions made for development of both X-ray and electron work.  相似文献

To test objects of materials with a high level of structural noise, use of thinned antenna arrays (TAAs) that have a large spatial aperture and consist of a small number of elements that are positioned from one another at a distance larger than the wavelength is proposed. A TAA moves over the surface of a tested object and echo signals are recorded during transmission and reception by different pairs of piezoelectric plates. For each transmitter-receiver pair, the measured echo signals are used to reconstruct partial images, which are then coherently added together to form the final image, by the SAFT method. A procedure for calibrating each piezoelectric plate of the TAA in order to determine the coordinates of its center for efficient coherent summation of partial images has been developed. The calibration procedure reduces the requirements for the accuracy of the arrangement of the piezoelectric plates of the TAA on a prism. The use of the technology of TAAs allows one to obtain images of flaws in repair welds with a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) that is 12 dB higher than the SNR for an image obtained using the technique for a single-element transducer. The results of testing specimens of 800 pipelines with repair welds in weld seams are presented. The efficiency of this method is shown in comparison to the method in which a single-element piezoelectric transducer is used.  相似文献
