The increase in productivity due to increase in the drawing speed may be largely lost as a result of more frequent shutdown of the equipment associated with the replacement of worn dies and with wire fracture. The influence of the tool parameters on its wear and the wire fracture is analyzed. Recommendations are made regarding parameter optimization and organization of die purchase, manufacture (repair), and operation.  相似文献

By means of optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electrical microscopy (SEM), the effects of heating temperature and holding time on the surface oxidation and decarburization of two high carbon steel wire rods(82B and 87B) were investigated. The results show that with the increase of heating temperature??800-1150?棩, the speeds of oxidative mass loss (OML) of the two are slow firstly, quick afterwards and slow finally. The depth of total decarburization layer (DTDL) of 82B decreases to zero firstly and then increases sharply, while that of 87B exhibits a parabolic growth trend with the increase of temperature. With the holding time at 1050?? increasing from 10 to 80min, the speed of oxidative mass loss of 87B is quicker than that of 82B. DTDL of the two increase gradually with the increase of holding time. Change trends of 82B and 87B are almost the same during heating for a long time. By combining the observation of SEM, related theories and papers, the oxidation and decarburization behaviors of the two high carbon steel were analyzed and discussed.  相似文献

The influence of unidirectional and alternating torsion on the hardness HV0.3 over the cross section and length of steel wire samples in the annealed and hardened state is determined. It is shown that the hardness varies over the whole cross section and may be different in the middle section and at the clamps. The first two or three torsional cycles have a significant influence on the hardness. Further torsion has little influence.  相似文献

桥梁缆索的高强化和轻量化要求,对于缆索用钢制造提出了更高层次的要求,兴澄特钢从材料的力学性能实现原理出发,设计了2000 MPa级超高强度缆索钢的成分、组织目标及其配套的生产工艺路径.应用浇注钢水物性控制、搅拌-冷却-轻压下配合技术,降低铸坯偏析指数至0.95-1.05,基于钢种的应变-相转变及温度-相变等材料基础研究,优化盘条控制轧制,应用自主研发的在线水浴技术(XDWP-Xingcheng Direct Water Patenting),轧后890±10℃水浴至650-680℃,绿色高效地实现盘条在相变区缓慢冷却索氏体化等温韧化处理,结合优化设计的冷拉减面率位错密度控制技术,得到成分均匀、组织均匀、力学性能良好的盘条,实现盘条索氏体含量≥90%,索氏体片层间距100-150 nm,抗拉强度>2000MPa,断面收缩率>25%.通过材料、工艺设计及生产过程优化控制,直径Φ7.0 mm 2000 MPa级超高强度桥梁缆索钢强度、抗扭转性能稳定达到大型桥梁建设要求,应用于沪苏通跨长江公铁两用斜拉大桥.  相似文献

Analysis of the nonuniformity of deformation over the wire cross section in axisymmetric drawing is based on the additional shear strain, determined analytically or by measuring the microhardness distribution. An expression for the additional shear strain is determined by the upper-limit method, using the kinematically possible disruptive velocity field. The influence of the geometric parameter of the deformation source on the nonuniformity is analyzed. As an example, the calculated and experimental data are compared for the drawing of X18H9T steel wire.  相似文献

采用热/力物理模拟和微观分析相结合的方法研究了过共析钢在连续冷却过程中的固态相变和热加工工艺对钢的组织性能影响,结果表明,变形温度降低120℃,引起相变温度升高22℃;冷却速度提高到15℃/s,使得相变温度下降了90℃;提高变形温度有利于增加抗拉强度,但断面收缩率呈现下降趋势。试验结果用于生产过程优化和控制,使线材的合格率达到95%以上。  相似文献

The Moldavian Metallurgical Plant has developed an integrated technology for making steel, a continous-cast semifinished product, and wire rod in accordance with the requirements of international standards. The technology involves optimizing the chemical composition of the steel (normalizing the contents of the chemical elements and the carbon equivalent C e , inoculating the steel with calcium to lower its content of nonmetallic inclusions, and microalloying it with boron) and using efficient regimes for rolling and two-stage cooling (thermomechanical treatment) of the wire rod on a Stelmore line. The low-carbon wire rod is easily cleaned of scale by mechanical or chemical means and can be reduced from 5.5 to 0.5 mm in diameter by drawing at speeds up to 30 m/sec without an intermediate heat treatment to soften the wire rod/wire.  相似文献
