The adsorption properties of XSD-296 for Cr(Ⅵ) were studied by using chemical analysis and infrared spectrometry. Experimental results show that XSD-296 resin has a good adsorption ability for Cr(Ⅵ) at pH=2.6 in the HAc-NaAc medium. The statically saturated adsorption capacity is 235 mg/g resin. The apparent activation energy of adsorption reaction, Ea, is 16.73 kJ/mol, and the thermodynamic parameters are △H=11.62 kJ/mol, △G298 K=-4.13 kJ/mol. The adsorption behavior of resin for Cr(Ⅵ) is in accordance with Freundlich adsorption isotherm. Cr(Ⅵ ) adsorbed on resin can be eluted by 5%NaCl-5%NaOH or 5%NH4Cl-5%NH3-H2O quantitatively. Infrared spectra and adsorption mechanism show that the functional group of resin coordinates with Cr(Ⅵ) to form co-ordination compound. The coordination molar ratio of the functional group of resin to Cr(Ⅵ) is 1:1.  相似文献

The adsorption and desorption behaviors of Pd(Ⅱ) on D201 resin were investigated. The effects of parameters including HCl concentrations, initial metal ion concentrations, contact time, and temperature on the adsorption of Pd(Ⅱ) were studied by batch method. The HCl concentration for studying the effects was set from 0.01 to 2 mol·L-1 and the optimal adsorption condition is in 0.01 mol·L-1 HCl solution. The thermodynamics equilibrium principle was used to construct the diagrams for the concentration of complex ions (pc) vs pH, the distribution ratio of lead hydroxyl complex ions (αn) vs pH, and the conditional solubility product of Pb(OH)2 vs pH in the Pb2+-H2O system. The relationship between the equilibrium concentration of each kind of lead hydroxyl complex ions in equilibrium with Pb(OH)2(s) and pH value was shown in the system. The minimum solubility of lead is at the pH value of 10.096-10.997. The distribution ratio of each kind of the lead hydroxyl complex ions is determined as a function of the pH value and the total lead concentration ([Pb]T). The diagram for the conditional solubility product, pKSP vs pH, shows that each kind of lead hydroxyl complex ions existing in the system is dependent upon an optimized pH value at the established concentration of [Pb]T, and that pKSP reaches the minimum at the pH value of 10.3-11.2. The results can provide a theoretical basis for removing lead ions from wastewater by the neutralization and hydrolyzation technology.  相似文献

The adsorption properties of the four precious metal ions (Ag(I), Au(II), Pd(III) and Pt(IV)) on the commercial Cl?-form 717 strongly basic anion-exchange resin were studied in detail. The effects of the contact time, solution acidity, and concentrations of Cl? and Pb2+ ions on the adsorption properties were studied by the batch method. Then, the column method was conducted under the optimized adsorption conditions (pH=3.0). The effects of the sample loading flow rate and the length-to-diameter ratios of the columns were investigated. The precious metal ions adsorbed could not be eluted completely after the saturated adsorption because the precious metal ions were found to be reduced to their metallic states during the adsorption process. So, it is recommended that the commercial Cl?-form 717 strongly basic anion-exchange resin should be decomposed directly to recovery the precious metals after the saturated adsorption.  相似文献

The pc-pH diagrams of the CaSO4-Ca(OH)2-H2O system and its two subsystems at 298.15 K were constructed according to the theory of thermodynamic equilibrium. The interaction characteristics between the solubility of CaSO4(s) and Ca(OH)2(s) can be found out from the diagrams. CaSO4(s), Ca(OH)2(s) and solution coexist when the pH value of solution is about 13.2. CaSO4(s) with the minimum solubility of 0.411 g/L is in equilibrium with solution when the pH value is lower than 13.2, and Ca(OH)2(s) with the minimum solubility of 2.749 g/L is in equilibrium with solution at the pH value over 13.2, which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment and reuse of industrial wastewater, especially for the wastewater containing sulfate which can be treated by lime-milk neutralization.  相似文献

The mechanism of adsorbing indium(Ⅲ) from sulfate solutions with CL-P204 Levextrel resin containing di(-2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid was examined by batch operation and infrared spectra. The results showed that the P204 adsorbed on the resin behaved in the similar way to solvent extraction except that it was as a monomer in resin adsorbing but in dimeric form in solvent extraction. Three factors including temperature, indium(Ⅲ) concentration of solution, and the size of resin particles which influence the In3 /H exchange on CL-P204 Levextrel resin were investigated by the modified limited batch technique in order to determine the kinetics of In3 /H exchange. It was found that the rate of ion exchange increased with the temperature and the concentration of solution increasing and with the size of the resin particles decreasing. According to the expression developed by Boyd et al, the controlling factor of In3 /H exchange on CL-P204 Levextrel resin was the diffusion through the resin particles. The  相似文献

The sorption properties of macroporous weak acid resin (Dl13) for La3 ion were studied by chemical analysis and IR spectra. Experimental results indicate that the D113 resin has a good adsorption ability for La3 at pH = 6.0 in the HAc-NaAc medium. The statically saturated adsorption capacity is 273.3 mg/g. Separation coefficients of βLa3 / Ce3 , βLa3 / Gd3 , βLa3 / Er3 , and βLa3 /γ3 are 2.29, 3.64,4.27, and 0.627, respectively. The apparent activation energy of adsorption, Ea is 18.4 kJ/mol, the thermodynamics parameters △H, △S, and △G of Sorption are 4.53 kJ/mol, 61.8 J/(mol·K), -13.9 kJ/mol, respectively. The adsorption behavior of Dl13 for La3 obeys the Freundlich isotherm. La3 adsorbed on resin can be eluted by 2.0 mol/LHC1 quantitatively.  相似文献

Pt(IV) was quantitatively adsorbed by D301R resin in the medium of pH = 3.47. The statically saturated adsorption capacity is 410 mg/g. Pt(IV) adsorbed on D301R resin can be eluted by 1.0-2.0 mol/L NaOH. The rate constant is k298 = 5.43 × 10−5S−1. The adsorption of Pt(IV) on D301R resin obeys the Freundlich isotherm. The adsorption parameters of thermodynamics are as follows: enthalpy change ΔH = 4.37 kJ/mol, Gibbs free energy change ΔG = −5.39 kJ/mol, and entropy change ΔS = 32.76 J/(mol·K). In(Ⅲ) was quantitatively adsorbed by iminodiacetic acid resin (IDAAR) in the medium of pH = 4.52. The statically saturated sorption capacity of IDAAR is 235.5 mg·g^-1. 1.0 mol·L^-1 HCl can be used as an eluant. The elution efficiency is 97.9%. The resin can be regenerated and reused without apparent decrease of sorption capacity. The sorption rate constant is k298 = 1.94 × 10-5 s^-1. The apparent sorption activation energy of IDAAR for In(Ⅲ) is 20.1 kJ·mol^-1. The sorption behavior of IDAAR for In(HI) obeys the Freundlich isotherm. The enthalpy change is AH= 17.2 kJ·mol^-1.  相似文献
