采用聚合物流体分析软件Polyflow对倒三角形三螺杆挤出机的6种螺杆元件的流道模型进行了三维等温数值模拟。使用Fieldview软件对结果进行统计处理,并采用不同的评价指标来表征混合性能,进而比较螺杆元件之间的混合特性。结果表明,捏合块的剪切和拉伸作用均强于螺纹元件;中性捏合块和左旋元件的回流效果好于其他元件;SME元件剪切弱于螺纹元件,但其拉伸作用和回流效果强于螺纹元件。因此,可根据物料对剪切的敏感性来合理地选择螺杆元件,以获得所期望的产品性能。 相似文献

利用流体动力学软件POLYFLOW对销钉螺杆挤出机的混炼段进行三维等温数值模拟.通过引入振动力场,采用粒子示踪分析方法对比分析不同振动力场参数对销钉螺杆挤出机混炼过程的影响.结果表明,振动力场对销钉的混炼性能有着明显的改善作用,但存在最佳的振动频率和振幅范围.该结论为寻求最优振动力场参数从而提高塑料混炼质量提供了参考. 相似文献

Hydrodynamic parameters such as power consumption, gas holdup, critical impeller speed for solid suspension and mixing time were measured in slurry stirred tank reactors with multiple impellers. The experiments were mainly conducted in a stirred tank of 0.2mi.d. with baffles. It contained two four-pitched blade downflow turbines for gas dispersion and one Pfaudler type impeller for solid suspension. As a part of scaling studies, additional experiments were also carried out in a larger stirred tank reactor (0,8m i.d.) geometrically similar to the smaller one. Glass beads and polymeric particles were used as a solid phase. Solid concentration was in the range of 0-20% (K/K). Tap water and methanol were used as a liquid phase

However, its increase was rather smaller as compared with the predictions of the correlations available in the literature. We proposed a correlation of the critical impeller speed for solid suspension in the presence of gas. Experimental investigation on heat transfer and friction factor characteristics of a circular tube fitted with right-left helical screw inserts of equal and unequal length of different twist ratios is presented. The experimental data obtained were compared with those obtained from plain tube published data. The heat transfer enhancement for right-left helical screw inserts is higher than that for straight helical twist for a given twist ratio. The effect of right-left twist length on heat transfer augmentation is presented. The empirical relations for Nusselt number, friction factor relating Reynolds number, twist ratio, and right-left twist distance were formed and found to fit the experimental data within 10% and 20% for Nusselt number and friction factor respectively. Performance evaluation analysis was made, and the performance ratio of more than one was obtained, indicating that the proposed twist inserts can be used effectively for heat transfer augmentation without any loss in pumping power. 相似文献
