The effect of the initial structure of double-phase titanium alloy VT9 on the mechanical behavior and changes in the structure due to high-temperature uniaxial stretching is studied. Values of structural parameters after deformation are presented for six initial structural states of the alloy. The characteristics of uniform and lumped strain are computed. 研究了高稳定β型阻燃钛合金Ti40合金在900℃-1050℃温区内氧化时的氧化行为。结果表明:随着温度的升高及时间的延长,试样表面氧化皮由较为平整变化为表面氧化皮严重脱落且基体表面呈现为淡绿色。对该物质进行能谱分析后显示淡绿色物质为TiO2和Cr2O3的混合物。900℃~1000℃的氧化动力学曲线显示,随温度升高氧化增重急剧增加,在温度1000℃~1050℃范围内,试样氧化增重虽仍随时间的增加而增加,但总量有所下降。  相似文献

Special features of surface topography of specimens of alloy VT6 after superplastic deformation at 850°C under the conditions of reduced surface evaporation of titanium are analyzed. Marker scratches on grain boundaries are shown to displace as a result of grain boundary sliding, and the distance between markers inside grains is shown to change, which indicates intragrain dislocation sliding. Results of an evaluation of the contribution of these mechanisms into the total strain are discussed.  相似文献

采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机以及IMVS-1000JMT2数显维氏显微硬度仪研究了等温变形条件下形变热处理对Ti-1300合金组织及硬度性能的影响。结果表明:高温形变热处理可以明显的细化Ti-1300合金的显微组织,并在一定程度上提高合金的力学性能。热轧态合金的组织中粗大块状和长条状α相经高温压缩变形后具有明显的等轴均匀化趋势,然后分别经过淬火时效和固溶时效处理后合金的组织主要由板条状初生α相,针状次生α相以及β相组成,初生α相和次生α相主要分布于晶界和β基体上。与淬火时效态相比,固溶时效态合金的硬度随初生α相板条厚度和含量的增加而降低,最后对影响的机理进行探讨和分析。  相似文献

The effect of high-temperature thermomechanical treatment (HTMT) on the brittleness connected with deformation-induced aging and on the reversible temper brittleness of a low-carbon tube steel with a ferrite–bainite structure has been studied. When conducting an HTMT of a low-alloy steel, changes should be taken into account in the amount of ferrite in its structure and relationships between the volume fractions of the lath and the acicular bainite. It has been established that steel subjected to HTMT undergoes transcrystalline embrittlement upon deformation aging. At the same time, HTMT, which suppresses intercrystalline fracture, leads to a weakening of the development of reversible temper brittleness.  相似文献

The macro- and microstructure and microhardness of welded joints of titanium alloy VT5 are investigated. Fracture surfaces are studied and fractional analysis of hydrogen in cast metals is performed. Suggestions are put forward as to the causes and mechanisms of formation of cracks in a weld joint of a forging and a casting from alloy VT5.
