将碳纳米管掺杂到聚合物母体中形成的碳纳米管/高分子复合材料具有良好的力学、导电和非线性光学性质。在聚合物中添加少量碳纳米管可以明显改变聚合物的结晶和形貌。大量研究表明,这些复合材料在诸如太阳能电池、有机发光器件、光限幅、光学开关、防护涂料以及人造肌肉等方面具有潜在的实际应用价值。文中介绍了碳纳米管/高分子复合材料的制备方法及其在高科技领域中的应用潜能。  相似文献

Surface science of natural fibers plays an important role in polymer/natural fiber composites. The Xanthoceras sorbifolia husk fibers were selected and chemically treated by sodium hydroxide(Na OH) solution,coupling agents,their combination,and the mixtures of acetic acid with hydrogen peroxide,respectively. 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550),γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxylsilane(KH570) and organic titanate(JN-9A) were used as coupling agents in this work. Cellulose content was found to be increased after alkalization due to the removal of the non-cellulose substances,which was evidenced by attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared(ATR e FTIR) spectroscopy spectrum analysis and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) measurements. The highest cellulose content was obtained in the bleached fibers. TGA analysis revealed an improvement in thermal stability of the treated fibers,especially for alkali-KH570 treated fibers. The tensile strength of the alkali-KH570 treated fiber and the alkali-bleached fiber were higher than that of other fibers due to high cellulose content and high crystallinity.  相似文献

This paper presents a 2D braiding design system for advanced textile structural composites was based on dynamic models. A software package to assist in the design of braided preform manufacturing has been developed. The package allows design parameters (machine speeds, fiber volume fraction, tightness factor, etc.) to be easily obtained and the relationships between said parameters to be demonstrated graphically. The fabirc geometry model (FGM) method was adopted to evaluate the mechanical properties of the composites. Experimental evidence demonstrates the success of the use of dynamic models in the design software for the manufacture of braided fabric preforms.  相似文献

Aerospace companies are developing many advanced composite materials for defense, aerospace, transportation, and industrial applications. Cabon fibre composites are used where mechanical performance such as strength, stiffness and impact properties at low density is a critical parameter for engineering applications. Carbon fibre flat tape is one material which is traditionally used to manufacture three-dimensional composites in this area. Modifying the carbon fibre tape to incorporate other functions such as stealth, electromagnetic interference, shielding, de-icing, self-repair, energy storage, allows us to create multi-functional carbon fibre tape. Researchers have been developing such material and the technology for their manufacture in order to produce multifunctional carbon fibre based components more economically and efficiently. This paper presents the manufacturing process of a metallised carbon fibre material for a chopped fibre preforming process that uses electromagnets for preforming instead of traditional suction airflow fibre deposition. In addition, the paper further presents mechanical and magneto-static modelling that is carried out to investigate the bending properties of the material produced and its suitability for creating 3D preforms.  相似文献

目的研究纳米氧化铝(Al_2O_3)对聚丙烯(PP)/碱式硫酸镁晶须(MHSH)/氮-磷复配阻燃剂(N-P)复合材料力学性能和燃烧性能的影响。方法对MHSH和Al_2O_3进行表面改性处理,利用混合机将PP、MHSH、Al_2O_3和氮-磷复配阻燃剂进行混合,采用熔融共混法制备PP/MHSH/Al_2O_3/N-P复合材料。结果当Al_2O_3的添加质量分数为8%时,复合材料的力学性能较佳,随着Al_2O_3含量的继续增加,复合材料的力学性能逐渐降低;Al_2O_3质量分数为5%时,复合材料的极限氧指数(LOI)为23.6%,其阻燃性能明显得到提高,随着Al_2O_3填充量的继续增加,复合体系的LOI增长速度变缓;当Al_2O_3质量分数为8%时,复合材料力学和阻燃综合性能最佳。结论 Al_2O_3经表面改性处理后,其在PP基材中分散良好,对聚丙烯复合材料起到补强和增韧作用,复合材料的阻燃性能也得到了改善。  相似文献

Abstract: Present article presents the results of a current study concerning the low‐velocity impact behaviour of some materials potentially applicable in the automotive industry. The materials tested were as follows: the 1050 H24 aluminium alloy, the Docol 1000 and Docol 1200 high‐strength steel plates and an aluminium/Pecolit sandwich. The impact energy, maximum force, damage size and elastic recuperation were measured. The results for the different materials were compared not only in terms of absolute values, but also in terms of the specific values. The highest values of specific impact energy and specific critical impact force were obtained for Docol 1200, about 62 and 84%, respectively, higher than the values obtained for 1050 H24 aluminium alloy and about 46 and 56% higher than the values obtained for aluminium/Pecolit sandwich. This material was therefore considered the best choice to prevent impact damage.  相似文献

轻量化是当前汽车行业全产业链共同面对的课题,提高先进高强钢使用比例是实现汽车轻量化的有效手段。对先进高强钢本构模型与韧性断裂模型的充分研究有助于提高先进高强钢开裂分析和预测的准确性,从而推动先进高强钢工程的应用进程。目前,在先进高强钢的研究过程中,学者们通常通过多种应变强化模型的线性组合,或结合微观结构与宏观力学行为进行多尺度分析来建立本构模型;通过多种应力状态下的准静态拉伸实验以及使用仿真与实验混合的方法来标定韧性断裂模型的参数。以第三代先进高强钢中的淬火配分(QP)钢为重点讨论对象,介绍了制备工艺与材料特性及其相关研究进展,并介绍了QP钢本构模型的研究现状、新近发展的非耦合韧性断裂模型以及考虑了应力三轴度和罗德角参数影响的韧性断裂模型在先进高强钢上的应用现状,最后指出了先进高强钢本构模型和韧性断裂模型未来的研究方向。  相似文献

Two general groups of physical composite properties can be distinguished. The first group comprises the “combination properties”, which can in turn be subdevided into “sum properties” and “product properties”. The first are due to an addition of the properties, and the latter to the interaction of the components involved. The second group comprises the “structural properties”, i.e. properties which are determined by the geometry and the size of the phases. Since many years metallic composites like laminated composites, particle composites, infiltrated composites and fibre composites have been used for electrical contact applications. Fibre composite contact materials like silver-nickel, copper-nickel and copper-palladium can be fabricated in a simple and thus inexpensive way by bundling sheated wires and subjecting this bundle to severe cold forming with subsequent heat treatments. Silver-nickel fibre composites with up to 70 w.-% nickel are used as electrical contacts for igniters in gas discharge lamps. Moreover composites with very thin nickel fibres show excellent magnetic properties. Electrical contacts made of copper-palladium fibre composites show extremely low material transfer when switching direct currents. Like contact materials, materials for spark plug electrodes have to exhibit a low are erosion, a high thermal conductivity and a good corrosion resistance. Good results have been obtained with copper nickel fibre composites.  相似文献
