基于设计仓库的产品设计知识管理方法研究 总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
为满足产品敏捷定制设计过程对知识的快速获取、组织和重用的要求,提出基于设计仓库的知识管理体系。设计仓库负责从不同数据源获取已有知识,并构建面向主题的多维设计知识模型;用户和设计人员通过基于事例推理系统输入查询请求,由在线分析处理系统采用钻取、切片、切块等操作完成相似实例的匹配,通过知识约简技术对在线分析处理输出的相似实例及其属性进行简化,然后基于事例推理系统在约简的基础上完成产品定制设计,机器学习则对新实例知识进行获取。最后阐述了知识管理体系对捆钞机定制设计过程的支持。 相似文献

针对当前隧道掘进机(TBM)主机设计与开发过程中存在的问题,开发了基于知识工程(KBE)的TBM主机智能设计系(IDS-TBM)。IDS-TBM结合面向对象方法和CBR方法的优点来综合表达TBM设计实例,基于CATIA/Automation API模块,将KBE扩展模块与CATIA进行集成,借助参数化驱动、表格驱动和产生式规则三种驱动方法进行TBM主机的智能设计,实现了设计知识的重用,显著提高了TBM主机开发效率和快速响应市场的能力。 相似文献

The design to manufacturing process has traditionally suffered from a failure to incorporate information relevant to manufacturing procedures at the design stage. Problems arising from desing or during the subsequent manufacturing process tend to receive separate consideration, with a consequent lack of feedback. This paper details a design procedure based on an executer-centred structure operating on an explicit and separate design process model in which decision-making is incorporated within an ongoing design and problem-solving process. The technique uses Petri nets and constraint modelling to provide a basis for initial design decisions as well as solutions to downstream problems, which may be found by rerunning the procedure incorporating new information relevant to the problem. 相似文献

Product design is an integral component of manufacturing systems. This paper presents a prototype intelligent concurrent design task planner, which combines the strength of genetic algorithms and an iterative design analyser for the scheduling of a complex design process of a manufacturing system. It accounts significantly for shortening the time-to-market of a product, and hence, improves the agility of a manufacturing system. The proposed prototype attempts to schedule the design process inherently containing iteration, which is caused by the interdependencies among tasks and leads to prolonged lead-time and increased cost on the whole time-span of introducing a product. Genetic algorithm (GA), as one of the effective optimisation techniques, is embodied in the prototype to search for the optimal schedule for a design process for the goal of satisfying the managerial objective under resource constraints. The iterative design analyser, which is basically an analytical tool for design iteration, is utilised to estimate the time and engineering cost spent on the design process for each candidate schedule. Considering the unpredictable length of a schedule for iterative design process, a novel chromosome representation scheme and unique crossover and mutation operators have been introduced. A case study conducted on a burn-in system of a manufacturing company has illustrated the effectiveness of the proposed prototype. 相似文献

To improve efficiency, reduce cost, ensure quality effectively, researchers on CNC machining have focused on virtual machine tool, cloud manufacturing, wireless manufacturing. However, low level of information shared among different systems is a common disadvantage. In this paper, a machining database with data evaluation module is set up to ensure integrity and update. An online monitoring system based on internet of things and multi-sensors "feel" a variety of signal features to "percept" the state in CNC machining process. A high efficiency and green machining parameters optimization system "execute" service-oriented manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing. The intelligent CNC machining system is applied in production. CNC machining database effectively shares and manages process data among different systems. The prediction accuracy of online monitoring system is up to 98.8% by acquiring acceleration and noise in real time. High efficiency and green machining parameters optimization system optimizes the original processing parameters, and the calculation indicates that optimized processing parameters not only improve production efficiency, but also reduce carbon emissions. The application proves that the shared and service-oriented CNC machining system is reliable and effective.
