现有的视情维修系统研究中缺乏对处于正常运行阶段的设备因加工过程操作不当所引起的运行故障进行预测维修。为提高柔性制造系统的使用寿命及使用效率,提出预测与健康管理视情维修的体系结构,构建柔性制造系统视情维修系统的功能框图并分析其工作流程;通过对设备运行状态信息融合,借助人工智能推理对柔性制造系统的状态监测、健康评估和故障预测方法进行了具体分析。该方案能够实现柔性制造系统故障的提前预测和剩余寿命计算,具有重要的工业推广价值。  相似文献

为了适应市场和环保的要求,制造企业需要获取产品生命周期各阶段的数据,为产品设计、维修和使用的辅助决策系统提供基础,以提高企业核心竞争力,但是目前产品生命周期中大部分的数据无法获取到.针对这个问题,文章分析了产品生命周期阶段及其数据的特点,归纳了主动提交、被动提交和自动获取三种数据获取方式,提出了产品全生命周期数据获取框架,该框架由数据层、数据模型层、数据传输层和数据获取层组成.在这个框架的基础上,开发成功了产品生命周期管理(Product Lifecycle Management,PLM)系统InforCenter,并应用到某造船企业中.  相似文献

Today, a new role for maintenance exists to enhance the eco-efficiency of the product life cycle. The concept of “life cycle maintenance” emerged to stress this role leading to push, at the manufacturing stage, an innovative culture wherein maintenance activities become of equal importance to actual production activities. This equivalence requires mainly considering the integration of the maintenance and production strategy planning for developing opportunistic maintenance task keeping conjointly the product - production - equipment performances. In this paper, a novel approach is proposed for integrating maintenance and production planning. The approach uses the “odds algorithm” and is based upon the theory of optimal stopping. The objective is to select, among all the production stops already planned, those which will be optimal to develop maintenance tasks keeping the expected product conditions. It combines criteria such as functional performance and component reliability. Approach feasibility is shown on a practical example.  相似文献

As attention to environmental problems grows, product life cycle management is becoming a crucial issue in realizing a sustainable society. Our objective is to provide the functions necessary for such a society while minimizing material and energy consumption. From this viewpoint, we should redefine the role of maintenance as a prime method for life cycle management. In this paper, we first discuss the changing role of maintenance from the perspective of life cycle management. Then, we present a maintenance framework that shows management cycles of maintenance activities during the product life cycle. According to this framework, we identify technical issues of maintenance and discuss the advances of technologies supporting the change in the role of maintenance.  相似文献

This position paper introduces the concept and framework of a teleservice engineering system for the life cycle support of manufacturing equipment and products. The proposed system involves the fundamental methodologies that deal with machine performance assessment techniques, self-maintenance machine mechatronics, and remote diagnostics. In addition, a concept on digital service enterprise will be introduced. These methodologies will support remote users and facilities to ensure the performance of consumer products, manufacturing equipment, quality of operations, and productivity of the plant, in particular, for those users and facilities located in remote locations. To realize closed loop manufacturing, it is essential to design product life cycles and to plan life cycle processes property. Life cycle simulation has been recognized as an effective tool in this direction. In this paper, we present a life cycle simulation system developed as a general tool for life cycle design and management. The system includes functions for modelling and controlling each life cycle process in a flexible manner. The system maintains usage history of products and parts independently taking the reuse of parts into account. Examples of the simulation are shown for both a rapid life cycle scenario and for a part sharing scenario over the product generations.  相似文献

Life cycle engineering (LCE) is a key concept for promoting environmentally sustainable practices among manufacturing firms. A major hurdle in the implementation of LCE is the lack of a systematic and strategic method to design or plan an entire product life cycle. To address this issue, this keynote provides a framework for life cycle development and proposes the concept of life cycle planning. This paper aims to provide explicit and systematic methodologies for life cycle planning by reviewing this research area. Practical cases that employ life cycle planning are also illustrated. In this paper will be presented an ongoing research into the functional integration of maintenance within the product life cycle, based on experience obtained from work undertaken relating the integration of maintenance with production planning. Taking into account the needs of both production planning and maintenance systems, a planning and control model, called a productive services module (PSM), was developed. This module is able to manage the maintenance and production functions while also accommodating the product reliability forecasting, as an important input. The new model under development integrates the history of production failures and its use is extended to life cycle management of the production equipment.  相似文献

以某制造型企业生产设备管理研发需求为背景,在对设备整个寿命周期管理现状进行详细调研和分析的基础上,识别其核心业务流程,并根据企业实际情况进行业务流程再造,应用复合建模技术进行了系统建模,并采用分层设计和可视化编程技术开发了系统程序。测试结果表明:采用该系统实现了对生产设备整个寿命周期的管理。  相似文献
