采用差分输入和差分输出方案,设计了一种新型的全差分电荷泵。采用差分输出不仅能够降低电荷泄满所带来的电压噪声,而且能够提高电荷泵的上升和下降速度,从而提高锁相环的工作速度,还能增大输出电压的范围。在差分输入端,采用正反馈电路结构,以提高开启和关断速度,并降低功耗。上拉泵电路和下拉泵电路完全对称,能够消除电流失配所带来的噪声。  相似文献

针对使用标准CMOS技术实现的传统电荷泵输出电压较低的不足,文中提出将基本的电荷转移开关进行改进的MOS电荷泵,在泵送增益增加电路的基础上,通过在泵的输出级增加第3个控制信号来提高电荷泵的电压增益,以得到更高的输出电压,将其作为无线传感器的能量收集电路。仿真结果表明,该改进型电荷泵电路适合于低电压设备,并具有较高的泵送增益。其输出电压在同类电荷泵中最高,在1.5 V电源条件下,可高达8.5 V。  相似文献

采用0.18μm 1.8V CMOS工艺设计一种增益提高型电荷泵电路,利用增益提高技术和折叠式共源共栅电路实现充放电电流的匹配.该电荷泵结构可以很大程度地减小沟道长度调制效应的影响,使充放电电流在宽输出电压范围内实现精确匹配,同时具有结构简单的优点.仿真结果表明,电源电压1.8V时,电荷泵电流为600μA,在0.3~1.6V输出范围内电流失配为0.6μA,功耗为3mW.  相似文献

针对传统电荷泵电荷共享引起的输出电压波动、充放电电流失配引起的电路杂波问题,设计了一种新型电荷泵。该电荷泵电路采用常数跨导轨到轨运算放大器,降低了电荷共享引起的输出电压波动;采用基于全差分放大器的负反馈结构,解决了充放电电流失配的问题。基于SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS工艺,利用Cadence软件完成了电路的设计与仿真。结果表明,在0.5~1.5 V输出电压范围内,该电荷泵充放电电流失配小于2%;与传统电荷泵相比,该电荷泵输出电压的波动减小了1.5 mV,并且采用该电荷泵的锁相环输出频谱噪声减小了10 dB。  相似文献

设计了一种结构新颖的动态充放电电流匹配的电荷泵电路,该电路利用一种放电电流对充电电流的跟随技术,使充放电电流达到较好匹配,同时,在电荷泵中增加差分反相器,提高电荷泵的速度。采用Istsilicon 0.25μmCMOS工艺进行仿真,结果显示:输出电压在0.3—2.2V之间变化时,电荷泵的充放电电流处处相等。  相似文献

提出了一种用于DSP的高性能低噪声高速电荷泵锁相环电路。其鉴频鉴相器模块具有高速、无死区等特点;电荷泵模块在提高开关速度的基础上改进了拓扑结构,使充放电电流的路径深度相同,更好地实现了匹配。为了达到宽调谐范围的目的,电荷泵模块采用1.8V电源电压,而压控振荡器模块采用3.3V,这样可充分利用电荷泵的输出电压范围实现宽调谐。电路设计基于0.18μm1P6MCMOS工艺,结果表明,锁相环电路功耗为34mW,中心频率100MHz,频率输出范围50MHz~400MHz,各项性能满足设计指标要求,并使芯片噪声、速度和功耗最优。各模块电路可应用于其他相应的功能电路,对相关领域的设计具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

提出了一种适用于高速锁相环电路的新型CMOS电荷泵电路。该电路利用正反馈电路提高电荷泵的转换速度,利用高摆幅镜像电流电路提高输出电压的摆动幅度,消除了电压跳变现象。电路设计和H-SPICE仿真基于BL 1.2μm工艺BSIM3、LEVEL=47的CMOS库,电源电压为2V,功耗为0.1mW。仿真结果表明,该电路可以很好地应用于高速锁相环电路。  相似文献

采用动态鉴频鉴相器、基于常数跨导轨到轨运算放大器的电荷泵、差分型环形压控振荡器,设计了一种低抖动的电荷泵锁相环。基于SMIC 0.18-μm CMOS工艺,利用Cadence软件完成了电路的设计与仿真。结果表明,动态的鉴频鉴相器,有效消除了死区。新型的电荷泵结构,在输出电压为0.5 V~1.5 V时将电流失配减小到了2%以下。压控振荡器在频率为1 MHz时输出的相位噪声为-94.87 dB在1 MHz,调谐范围为0.8 GHz~1.8 GHz。锁相环锁定后输出电压波动为2.45 mV,输出时钟的峰峰值抖动为12.5 ps。  相似文献

设计了一种应用于EEPROM的片内电荷泵电路系统。该电路基于Dickson电荷泵结构,通过使用稳定的参考电压驱动压控振荡电路,从而产生了占空比小于50%的精确时钟,提高了电荷泵升压速度;通过使用调压电路,限制并稳定了输出电压。HSPICE仿真结果显示:在5 V电源电压下,时钟频率高达2.085 MHz。电荷泵仅需要56.256μs就可以输出15.962 V的高压。电荷泵的电压上升时间快,性能优越。  相似文献

设计了一种用于电荷泵锁相环的CMOS电荷泵电路。电路中采用三对自偏置高摆幅共源共栅电流镜进行泵电流镜像,增大了低电压下电荷泵的输出电阻,并实现了上下两个电荷泵的匹配。为了消除单端电荷泵存在的电荷共享问题,引入了带宽幅电压跟随的半差分电流开关结构,使电荷泵性能得以提高。设计采用0.18-μm标准CMOS工艺。电路仿真结果显示,在0.35V到1.3V范围内泵电流匹配精度达0.9%,电路工作频率达250MHz。  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献

The global bandwidth shortage of wireless communications has motivated the exploration of the naillimeter wave (ram-wave) frequency spectrum for the next generation wireless communications. Recent advances in RF CMOS technology and high speed baseband signal processing technologies have enabled tile extensive research and development of turn-wave wireless communications. The multi gigabit per second data rate of ram-wave system will lead to applications in many important scenarios, such as WPAN, WLAN,back-haul for cellular system. And the frequency bands include 28 GHz, 38 GHz, 45GHz, 60GHz, E-BAND and even beyond 100 GHz. The propagation and the imitation of the RF circuits design in these frequency bands make the directional antennas be inevitable for mm-wave communications.  相似文献
