Product development is a highly creative and knowledge-intensive process that involves extensive information and knowledge exchange and sharing among geographically distributed teams and developers. How to best integrate such heterogeneous product knowledge has become an extremely important knowledge management (KM) subject associated with product development. Product development knowledge integration and sharing is becoming a key issue in the enterprise KM. This paper addresses the challenges of product development knowledge integration and sharing during product development. The aim of this research work effort is to develop a method to enhance the integration and sharing of product knowledge during the development phase. This study presents a systematic approach to developing knowledge integration and sharing for product development. The proposed approach includes the steps for designing a framework of product development knowledge sharing, developing representation model for product development knowledge, designing product development knowledge sharing process, designing product development knowledge integration ontology, developing knowledge integration and sharing method for product development based on ontology, and implementation of product development knowledge integration and sharing method. The proposed method could bring out an efficient and proactive way for knowledge integration and sharing among product developers in the product development process.  相似文献

There has been increased development in e-government initiatives in countries across Africa and these initiatives have been linked to reduced corruption levels. Although some studies provide evidence of how e-government development contributes to reduced corruption, few studies have analyzed the mediating effects of ICT development and institutional quality on the e-government development—corruption linkage. Relying on secondary data from multiple sources, we used a hypothesized model and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to empirically examine the mediating role of these two factors on e-government development on corruption. Our results show that a significant relationship exists between e-government development and ICT development, e-government development and institutional quality as well as ICT development and corruption. Whilst these were all supported in confirming the effects of ICT development on corruption. The findings demonstrate the significant role ICT development and institutional quality play as mediators of e-government effects on corruption. However, the study's direct effects of e-government on corruption was not significant. The research suggests that the ICT development of countries be strengthened. Furthermore, there is the need for an improved quality of a country's institutions as measures to ensure stronger effects of e-government on corruption.  相似文献

目的 以期对智能物流发展进程有一个较为深刻的认识,为物流企业向智能化转型升级奠定理论基础。方法 依据智能物流的基本内涵,明确在智能物流发展过程中起决定性作用的物流企业、政府、需求主体、技术服务中介等4个主体元素,构建由这4个主要元素组成的智能物流四元主体模型。结论 分析智能物流四元主体之间的关系和智能物流发展演变过程,结合智能物流发展S曲线不同时期的主体驱动元素,将智能物流的发展过程分为政府驱动发展阶段、需求主体推动-企业拉动发展阶段和自觉均衡发展阶段,并阐述了不同发展阶段四元主体模型的具体表现形态。  相似文献

Globalization pressures have now caused significant changes in the way industrial enterprises are organized and how products are developed, manufactured and brought to market. In global enterprises, the handling, transportation and storage of parts, sub‐assemblies and final products demand for an efficient and effective development of the product–package‐system (PPS). The objective set in this paper is to present the development of a generic package development process that facilitates the establishment of integrated product and package development and also provides a more proactive and holistic approach to the development of new and innovative packages for the global market. In an extensive review of the package development literature and through five multiple case studies within the package manufacturing industry, results on the package development process are generated and, in this paper, presented and synthesized into an updated version of the package development process. The process consists of the phases package planning, package system development, package concept design, package design, production ramp‐up, package system integration and package system production ramp‐up. The package development model proposed here takes its starting point in the development of the package system, thus providing the holistic perspective needed for being truly generic. Being generic in the given context assures or at least facilitates the possibility to support the development of the new and innovative package systems and package designs needed in the product manufacturing industry to enhance competitiveness. This article analyses the recent progressive increase in resourcequantity and production quantity of unconventional natural gas in China, describes its natural properties and the concepts, strategies and approaches of its development, summarizes the special techniques, management concepts and development modes formed in the process of its development, and puts forward proposals to accelerate the development of unconventional natural gas of China. The technically recoverable reserve of unconventional natural gas is 1.7 times that of conventional natural gas and its output in 2012 accounted for 41.8% of the total output in China. Chinese tight gas development has gained success, coal-bed methane development and shale gas production pilots have made important progresses. As the key feature of unconventional natural gas is "low grade", for the effective scale development, developers must build up the engineering concept of low-grade resources development, adhere to the low cost strategy, take the development route of "a step backward and then a step forward", apply such ideas and methods of engineering management as low cost dualistic integrative innovation, full control network management, economic limit theory, integrated operation and "four orientations" engineering management, establish a "two lows" engineering management system, and take reference of the successful development mode of the tight gas in Sulige and the coal-bed methane in the Qinshui basin. In order to achieve the objective of rapid development of nonconventional natural gas in China and to accelerate the development pace, the government should continue to increase support, to speed up the reform of natural gas price adjustment, to set up national comprehensive development and utilization demonstration areas, to input in sustainable technological research and to promote engineering management innovation.?  相似文献

目的针对邵阳滩头年画非物质文化遗产面临消失的严峻形势,探索滩头年画历史演变的影响因素和发展路径。方法在文献资料研究和实地考察访谈的基础上,梳理出了滩头年画300多年发展变迁的历史脉络,构建了滩头年画发展演变历程简图,进一步分析了影响滩头年画快速发展和衰落的因素,提出了滩头年画发展的路径。结论促进滩头年画快速发展的因素有丰富的自然资源、完备的产业链和独特的文化与审美需求;滩头年画衰落的原因有政治文化影响、传统供给与市场需求变化的矛盾等,从重新定位、面向消费者体验和定制、嵌入式发展等方面提出了滩头年画的发展路径。  相似文献

目的探究循环发展理念下包装产业发展存在的各种实际问题及发展策略。方法在对循环发展理念和原则以及包装产业循环发展的必要性进行系统解析,以及在对包装产业循环发展存在的主要问题进行深入剖析的基础上,结合循环发展的模式和社会、经济对包装产业发展的实际需求,有针对性地提出包装产业循环发展的主要对策。结果提出了推行简约包装理念、采用减量化包装设计方法、践行循环再利用包装理念、完善相关法律法规等方面的对策。结论包装产业循环发展任重而道远,需要国家相关部门、包装行业各相关组织以及科研机构等共同努力。  相似文献

Abstract:

The current global customer trend requires companies across domains to reduce their product development lifecycle. As a result the exploration of methodologies that will support rapid system development has been gaining importance. The primary focus of this article is to provide a framework for comparative analysis of rapid system development methodologies. The purpose of this framework is to help the project managers and systems engineers choose and tailor an appropriate rapid development methodology to suit their development context and environment. Toward this, the framework identifies and defines a set of critical rapid development attributes. The article redefines rapid system development as adopting methodologies, tools, and techniques that can introduce rapidity into the system development processes while optimizing the success factors of development. The success factors are specific to the system under development and they depend on the system, product line, organization, and customers. Some of the common success factors are return-on-investment (ROI), cost of ownership, other performance factors, and customer satisfaction. The article provides a fundamental discussion on the current rapid system development methodologies, metrics, tools, and techniques.  相似文献
