为了研究超声振动和混粉对电火花加工的影响,基于传热理论,结合超声和混粉特性建立了超声混粉电火花传热模型。基于建立的传热模型对超声混粉电火花加工去除材料过程进行瞬态热力学仿真,并通过实验验证了仿真结果的准确性。通过仿真和实验分析了普通电火花、超声电火花、混粉电火花和超声混粉电火花四种加工方式,结果表明超声混粉电火花加工效率比普通电火花加工效率提高了23%。加入混粉和施加超声可以减少加工表面积碳,提高表面质量;可以使放电凹坑变得更加规则,使表面粗糙度降低。混粉电火花加工相对于普通电火花加工其表面粗糙度平均降低了8.9%,超声混粉电火花表面粗糙度相对于普通电火花平均降低了4.3%。 相似文献

利用自行研制的混粉电火花镜面加工装置,对混粉电火花镜面加工影响因素、加工表面性能等进行了深入研究,找出了粉末特性、工件材料、粉末浓度及放电参数等对混粉电火花镜面加工后表面质量的影响规律,给出了合理的混粉电火花镜面加工工艺条件。以文中确定的加工工艺条件进行锻造和压铸模具的混粉电火花镜面加工应用,结果表明,混粉电火花镜面加工技术能够提高模具制造质量、降低工人劳动强度和缩短模具制造周期。 相似文献

以石墨为工具电极,在精密电火花成型机床上进行混粉电火花加工,对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金表面进行强化处理。利用TR200手持式粗糙度仪对传统电火花加工和混粉电火花加工的表面进行粗糙度的测量,并利用SEM、XRD等研究混粉电火花加工参数对加工表面层的影响。在MMU-10G型摩擦磨损试验机上对基体表面、普通电火花加工工件及磁力搅拌混粉电火花加工工件表面进行摩擦磨损试验。磁力搅拌混粉电火花加工使得工件表面的粗糙度降低且随着峰值电流和脉冲宽度的增大而增大,提高了工件表面质量。随着峰值电流和脉冲宽度的增大强化层越均匀、致密性越好且强化层越厚。工件表面还生成了TiC硬质合金相使工件表面耐磨性得到提高,工件表面性能显著改善。混粉电火花加工后工件表面得到强化。 相似文献

Milling is today the most effective, productive and flexible-manufacturing method for machining complicated or sculptured surfaces. Ball-end tools are used for machining 3D freeform surfaces for dies, moulds, and various parts, such as aerospace components, etc. Milling data, such as surface topomorphy, surface roughness, non-deformed chip dimensions, cutting force components and dynamic cutting behaviour, are very helpful, especially if they can be accurately produced by means of a simulation program. This paper presents a novel simulation model, the so-called MSN-Milling Software Needle program, which is able to determine the surface produced and the resulting surface roughness, for ball-end milling. The model simulates precisely the tool kinematics and considers the effect of the cutting geometry on the resulting roughness. The accuracy of the simulation model has been thoroughly verified, with the aid of a wide variety of cutting experiments. Many roughness measurements were carried out on workpieces, which were cut using a 5-axis machining centre. The calculated roughness levels were found to be in agreement with the experimental ones. The proposed model has proved to be suitable for determining optimal cutting conditions, when finishing complex surfaces. The software can be easily integrated into various CAD-CAM systems. 相似文献

One of the main factors in present-day techniques for layered forming is characterization of the surface roughness obtainable in these manufacturing processes. To characterize effective roughness, a study of the roughness average (Ra) obtained through use of these manufacturing processes was carried out. This enabled us to establish two possible manufacturing strategies: manufacturing at constant layer height, and manufacturing with roughness confined within given limiting values. Moreover, to compare the theoretical models proposed with experimental values, prototype parts were manufactured using stereolithography technique, and an experimental analysis of resulting surface roughness was carried out. © 2000 Elsevier Science inc. A reverse engineering technique is proposed in this study for modelling composite sculptured surfaces. The proposed technique includes a surface fitting algorithm and a surface blending algorithm. The former is formulated as the least-squares minimisation problem for which an error expression was minimised which yields the optimised position of control points and parameter values for the non-uniform rational B-spline patch. Cubic spline and bicubic surface algorithms are developed for two-patch and four-patch blending, respectively. Computer simulation results clearly demonstrate that the proposed technique is useful for composite surfaces modelling applications. Factors affecting the convergence speed and surface accuracy in the optimisation process are also discussed. 相似文献
