随着多媒体技术的发展,视频采集与传输系统已经成为诸多领域的一项核心技术.文章介绍了一种基于S3C2410处理器和嵌入式Linux的视频采集与传输系统,通过USB摄像头获取实时视频,并利用以太网进行传输.整个系统建立在嵌入式结构上,能够独立完成实时视频的采集和传输功能,取得了满意的效果.该系统可广泛应用于远程监控系统、可视电话、工业控制等领域.

随着视频监控系统功能和技术的不断完善和进步,针对一个站点的所有设备进行统一管理和监控,并将位于不同地区的站点进行有效融合的难题,提出一种基于视频管理系统的开放式架构平台的解决方案,提高视频监控系统的扩展性、兼容性,该系统可以有效地与其他平台、站点进行集成和融合。通过实际的开发测试,论证了基于视频管理系统的开放式架构解决方案的合理性,系统采用Web Services开发的视频监控接口实现了各个平台站点间的互联,使各个单元之间更加容易衔接,对视频监控系统的集成能力以及项目后期的扩展性和兼容性具有指导和借鉴意义。

Distributed interactive video system design and analysis

The interactive video (IV) market has been expected to capture a significant share of the huge potential revenues to be generated by the business and residential markets. The level of revenues generated depends on the completion rate of calls the service provider can support, no matter what the IV system or network condition. Thus, a cost-effective, scalable fault-tolerant IV system is needed to maximize the video call completion rate at an affordable cost. This article describes design methodologies for a scalable, fault-tolerant IV system and an IV system design and analysis research prototype called IVSDNA (IV System Designer and Analyzer). The IVSDNA prototype is designed to help network planners and engineers to evaluate quantitative trade-offs (in terms of network communications costs, video storage costs, and degree of system fault tolerance) between two major IV system architectures (centralized and distributed) with a variety of video distribution methods, replication strategies, and fault-tolerant access protocols

一个真彩色视频叠加系统的软件设计

详细阐述了所研制的一个２４位真彩色视频叠加系统的基本工作原理,同时介绍了系统主处理芯片ＴＭＳ３４０１０的主要特点,着重探讨了该系统软件开发的基本思路和ＴＭＳ３４０１０软件的开发环境,最后给出了该系统软件的主要模块和软件设计流程。     

用于海域动态视频监控的网络结构设计和实现

针对海域视频监控的特殊要求,提出了一种基于B/S结构的网络动态视频监控系统,并利用视频采集卡提供的SDK、ASP.NET、IIS、Apache等技术实现了该系统。该系统结合实时视频服务器、回放视频服务器和WEB服务器,实现了对海域视频的实时监控以及监控视频的回放查看。     

基于Web架构的视频监控系统研究与实现

为了实现视频监控的实时传输和网络控制功能,提出基于Web架构拓扑控制的视频监控系统。该系统分为三层体系结构,分别为感知控制层、网络传输层和应用服务层。采用自适应差分调制技术进行视频的量化编码,设计优化的视频编码算法降低视频传输延时和保证良好的输出品质。采用集中式拓扑和分布式拓扑相结合的方式进行视频监控多媒体拓扑控制,构建Web服务器的信令,进行服务器结构优化设计,在RTP协议栈下进行Web视频监控系统的API接口设计,实现视频监控的输出控制。实验结果表明,该系统能提高监控视频传输的保真率,丢包率较低,输出延时较小,保证了视频监控输出的质量和实时性。

Algorithm analysis and architecture design for HDTV applications - a look at the H.264/AVC video compressor system

In this article, we suggest some techniques to design the H.264/AVC video coding system for HDTV applications. The design exploration is made according to software profiling. The design considerations of system scheduling and pipelining are discussed followed by the architecture optimization of the significant modules. The efficient H.264/AVC video coding system is achieved by combining these techniques.

Software architecture for integration of video services in theEtherphone system

Software mechanisms that make use of analog transmission and storage of video for computer-controlled video communication and file storage are described. The authors extended the Etherphone voice management system to support video conferencing and file storage. The software mechanisms for conference management consist of a central connection manager, and video and user interface agents running on client workstations. A conferencing architecture that supports multiplicity in the number of conferences and media is presented. The video file server stores and retrieves full-motion video information within conferences. It uses optical disks to store video frames and builds a high-level file and directory interface. The user interface to the directory interface is a multimedia document editor that permits video annotations to be freely interspersed with text. The performance of the system, which spans multiple media networks, has been highly satisfactory     

数字视频混合系统的设计

介绍了利用Philips的一款视频芯片SAA71 99B实现的数字视频混合系统.该系统可以将一路PAL制彩色复合视频信号编码进入另一路PAL制彩色复合视频信号中,以取代第二路视频中用户指定的颜色,从而实现了两路视频的混合.另外还介绍了如何利用单片机的I/O口模拟I 2C总线以及如何利用单片机进行彩色空间变换的算法.     

Traffic analysis for a custom video architecture

A custom news service is analyzed. A service provider prepares and distributes daily news programs customized to subscriber interest. The customers may ask for their program any time in the evening, but may have to wait for a few minutes until their program starts. This service is modeled, and a network architecture that can support it is proposed. Popular material is stored closer to the customers, which decreases the load on the network. The delay that customer requests experience is addressed. Three approximate techniques capture the behavior of the system and are used for designing the network. It is shown that the service rate of the system should be approximately equal to the arrival rate so that the performance of the system is acceptable and the service is as economical as possible

随着实时图像采集处理要求的不断提高和大规模集成电路的迅速发展,传统的图像采集系统速度慢、处理功能简单、采用分立元件、电路非常复杂;而且可靠性差、不易调试、不能很好地满足特殊要求.本文从目前国内外图像现状分析出发,设计了一种改进型的视频图像采集处理系统,给出了系统的硬件电路设计及软件流程设计,经仿真测试满足系统指标要求.
