考察了过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)并用助交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC),三烯丙基氰脲酸酯(TAC)和N,N′-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)和硫黄硫化体系对不同共混比的HNBR/EPDM共混胶力学性能的影响,并分析了两种橡胶的共硫化特性和相容性。结果表明,硫黄硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率明显高于过氧化物硫化胶。过氧化物硫化EPDM时有较高硫化效率,而硫黄硫化HNBR时有较高硫化效率。在过氧化物硫化体系下,助交联剂TAIC,TAC和HVA-2对共混胶力学性能的影响差异不大;HNBR和EPDM为不相容体系,但在过氧化物硫化体系下有较好共硫化性。  相似文献

从亚微相态和拉伸性能出发,对比了TPU/EPDM和TPU/EPDM/POE-g-MAH多相共混体系。结果发现:当EPDM添加量控制在较为适宜的范围时,由于形成了网状结构,TPU/EPDM体系拉伸强度明显提高。在EPDM添加量为10%时,共混体系的拉伸强度达到最大。还讨论了EPDM的加入对TPU流变性能的影响。  相似文献

研究了不同硫化体系及过氧化物硫化体系中硫化剂用量对CM/EPDM共混胶性能的影响。结果表明,过氧化物(DCP/S)硫化体系的胶料具有适宜正硫化时间和较好综合物理机械性能;采用RCAD配方优化设计中的均匀设计法进行了实验设计,并根据优选结果绘制了等高线图;在实验范围内,DCP比CAMV的影响显著;当DCP用量为2.8~4份且CAMV用量为3~5份时,共混胶硫化胶具有较高拉伸强度和撕裂强度、较低压缩永久变形和较好耐磨性能。  相似文献

分别采用过氧化物和硫给予体作交联剂,考察了不同共混比对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)/EPDM共混物性能的影响,并能力DSC和TEM分析了共混物的相容性,对两胶的共硫化也作了初步探讨。结果表明,两种硫化体系硫化的共混胶扯断伸长率保持率均在60%以上,都具有优异的耐热氧老化性能。随HNBR用量增大,共混物的定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度均提高,磨耗明显降低。HNBR和EPDM为不相容体系,但硫化仪曲线显示二  相似文献

选用EPDM/MVQ共混胶为基体,研究了氧化铝、碳纤维/氧化铝对EPDM/MVQ共混胶力学性能、导热性能及导电性能的影响。结果表明,随着氧化铝用量的增加,共混胶的力学性能下降,导热性能增加,电阻变化不大;当氧化铝用量为200份时,复合材料的拉伸强度达到4.5MPa,导热系数达到1.1W/(m·k),选用氧化铝/碳纤维混合填料体系,当氧化铝和碳纤维的用量分别为100份和15份时,复合材料的拉伸强度达到4.8MPa,导热系数达到0.66 W/(m·k)。  相似文献

研究了共混时间和5种共混方法对动态硫化EPDM(乙烯/N烯/二烯共聚物)/PP的结晶相态结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着共混时间的延长。EPDM/PP体系的力学性能先变好后变差。当共混时间为5min时EPDM/PP体系的力学性能最佳;无论是采用哪种共混方法,均能形成完全硫化的弹性体相,但力学性能差别明显。  相似文献

研究了胶料配方和加工工艺对NBR/EPDM共混物性能的影响。试验结果表明,NBR/EPDM以60/40比例共混,可以采用DCP+硫黄硫化体系,补强填料可以采用活性比较大的炭黑,如果采用白色或浅色填料,则要添加偶联剂;共混物混炼可采用NBR和EPDM分别配合混炼,然后再按比例掺混的工艺;NBR/EPDM以60/40比例共混,耐臭氧性优良,低温性能和耐热性能较好,耐油性能一般。  相似文献

本文通过选择胶料配比、硫化体系、填充体系及辅以适宜的共混及动态预硫化工艺,制备了连续相为耐老化性好的EPDM,分散相为耐;由性较好的NBR、位于NBR与EPDM之间的CPE作为相容剂的其混胶料。研究结果表明,该胶料具有优异的耐臭氧、热氧老化和低温性能、良好的物理机械性能及尚可的耐油性。可作为在苛刻条件下使用的耐油胶管的外胶胶料。  相似文献

Blends of chlorobutyl rubber (CIIR) with two grades of ethylene-propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM) were prepared and the effect of blend ratio on the cure characteristics, hot air ageing resistance, steam ageing resistance, and mechanical properties were evaluated. The effect of repetitive processing on the mechanical properties and fracture toughness of dynamically vulcanized isotactic polypropylene/ethylene‐propylene‐diene rubber blends (TPVs) with and without addition of β‐nucleating agent (β‐NA) was studied. The results showed that the repetitive processing did not cause much loss in the mechanical properties of TPVs, especially for TPVs with β‐NA, and TPVs with β‐NA showed better performance stability than TPVs without β‐NA. Essential work of fracture (EWF) approach was used to study the fracture behavior, and the results showed that the value of we (the specific essential work of fracture) of TPVs without β‐NA showed a significant decrease while that of TPVs with β‐NA almost kept constant after repetitive processing. Differential scanning calorimetry and wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction were used to study the variation of crystalline structures, and the results indicated that the repetitive processing showed no significant influence on the crystalline structures of TPVs, and the β‐NA maintained high‐nucleating efficiency after repetitive processing. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Simple blending of natural rubber/ethylene–propylene–diene rubber (NR/EPDM) generally results in inferior mechanical properties because of curative migration and their differences for filler affinity. In this work, the 70/30 and 50/50 NR/EPDM blends prepared by reactive processing techniques were investigated and compared with the simple, nonreactive blends. The reactive blend compounds were prepared by preheating EPDM, containing all curatives to a predetermined time related to their scorch time prior to blending with NR. For the 70/30 gum blends, four types of accelerators were studied: 2,2‐mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT), 2,2‐dithiobis‐ (benzothiazole) (MBTS), N‐cyclohexyl‐2‐benzothiazolesulfenamide (CBS), and Ntert‐butyl‐2‐benzothiazolesulfenamide (TBBS). When compared with the simple blends, the reactive blends cured with CBS and MBTS showed a clearly improved tensile strength whereas the increase of tensile strength in the blends cured with TBBS and MBT was marginal. However, a dramatic improvement of ultimate tensile properties in the reactive 50/50 NR/EPDM blends cured with TBBS was observed when compared with the simple blend. For the N‐550‐filled blends at the blend ratios of 70/30 and 50/50, the reactive‐filled blends prepared under the optimized preheating times demonstrated superior tensile strength and elongation at break over the simple blends. The improved crosslink and/or filler distribution between the two rubber phases in the reactive blends accounts for such improvement in their mechanical properties. trans-Polyoctylene rubber (TOR) was melt blended with an incompatible NR/EPDM (70/30) blend. Mixing torque and temperature were reduced as TOR was added to NR/EPDM blend. The curing characteristics of the blend were affected as TOR participated in vulcanization and became a part of network. A scanning electron micrograph demonstrated that addition of TOR improved the compatibility of the blend and thereby led to a finer phase morphology. The ozone resistance of the blends was determined in terms of a critical stress–strain parameter. The critical stored energy density for ozone cracking was significantly enhanced for the TOR containing rubber blend. It was believed that the improvement in ozone resistance arised from finely dispersed ozone-resistant EPDM particles in the blend. TOR caused an improvement in dynamic properties and an increase in tensile modulus, but a decrease in tensile stress and elongation at break of the rubber blend. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 研究了氯化聚乙烯对EPDM/NBR并用胶物理机械性能的影响。结果发现,加入氯化聚乙烯后,并用胶的混合平衡扭矩降低,达到平衡扭矩所需的时间缩短,且无论用硫黄硫化还是用过氧化物硫化,硫化胶的物理机械性能都提高,表明氯化聚乙烯对EPDM/NBR并用胶有一定的增容作用。同时也发现用过氧化物硫化的EPDM/NBR并用胶物理机械性能优于硫黄硫化的并用胶物理机械性能。  相似文献

Blends of two polyethylenes and an elastomer were prepared to investigate the effect of the latter polymer. The blends contain equal parts of low density (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), and ethylene–propylene–diene rubber (EPDM) with variable content ranging from 0 to 17.5%. Melt-mixed blends were prepared using a single-screw extruder. The influence on the mechanical properties of the following factors were analyzed: EPDM content, stretching rate in the range from 10 to 750 mm/min, and two cooling conditions. From the equilibrium torque the miscibility was analyzed. The structure exhibited by the stress–strain (–) curve of the polyethylenes blend is reduced with the addition of the elastomeric phase, and the ultimate properties increase because the amorphous phase becomes softer and reduces its capability to transmit the applied stress to the crystalline particles. The slope of the – curve in the strain hardening region shows a maximum value at the stretching rate ∼ 50–80 mm/min, which is explained partially in terms of the strain-induced crystallization of the polyethylene components. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和热塑性弹性体(POE)并用为主体材料,采用不同配方设计和硫化工艺制得了耐热老化性能优良的共混胶.探讨了过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TALC)和硫磺(S)不同用量对EPDM/POE共混胶的力学性能、热老化性能的影响.结果表明,从并用POE改性来提高EPDM耐热方面考虑,以过氧化物DCP硫化为主,加入部分TAIC和少量硫磺有助于两者的共硫化,得到的共混胶具有良好的耐热老化性能.  相似文献

The effect of the vulcanizing system on the mechanical properties of butyl rubber/ethylene propylene diene monomer–general purpose furnace black–(GPF) blends was studied with static and dynamic mechanical measurements for these blends. The classical theory of elasticity was applied to show the mechanical behavior of the rubber–polymer blend and to calculate the degree of crosslinking. From the dynamic mechanical measurements, the elastic modulus, internal friction, and thermal diffusivity were calculated.
