该种俄罗斯焦煤G值、Y值、硫份较好,X值正常,铁皮箱焦炭冷态强度也较好,但热态指标差,即反应性非常高,反应后强度非常低。该煤镜质组有部分氧化,且惰性组分含量极少,MBI较高,焦炭肉眼看不出气孔,断面呈现颗粒状,均对热态性能有较大影响。  相似文献

The composition, structure, and properties of Donetsk Basin and United States coal of the same metamorphic stage are compared. The samples represent coal from the whole metamorphic series, with vitrinite reflection coefficient R o = 0.7?C1.8%. Separate regression equations for Donetsk Basin and United States coal describe the relation between the composition (C daf , H daf , O daf ), structural characteristics (Car, f a, ??, and B) calculated from the elementary composition, the technological properties (V daf , y, Q s daf ), and the vitrinite reflection coefficient. Significant differences are found in these properties for Donetsk Basin and United States coal of the same metamorphic stage. These differences are mainly due to the different degrees of reduction of the coal. With a vitrinite reflection coefficient up to 1%, the degree of reduction is greater for United States coal than for Donetsk Basin coal. With greater metamorphic development (R o ?? 1.0%), Donetsk Basin coal is characterized by even lower degrees of reduction.  相似文献

积家井矿区侏罗系中统延安组共含煤20多层,本次研究编号煤层23层,其中可采煤层以及局部可采煤层共有9层。延安组自下而上可分为5个岩段,其中第Ⅱ段煤层最厚,大于7 m。延安组为浅水湖泊三角洲沉积,相变大,无稳定的标志层,对该区煤层对比增加困难,进而影响矿区的总体发展规划。依据旋回以及沉积韵律、煤层层间距、煤层自身特征、煤岩特征、地球物理特征、地震物性特征等属性进行煤层综合对比,可靠性较强,特别是针对矿区可采煤层的纵横向发育追踪对比,依据充分,结果可靠。  相似文献

The petrographic characteristics of bed samples of gas coal from different locations in the Kuznetsk Basin are studied. Analysis of reflection patterns permits identification of the petrographic features affecting the behavior of coal in high-temperature coking. Additional assessment of the physicochemical properties of the coal permits expanded utilization of the large reserves of gas coal in coke production.  相似文献

The physicochemical properties of Kuznetsk Basin coal are studied in the laboratory. The composition and specific surface of the coal samples are compared, as well as their adsorption of CO2 at different pressures and temperatures. In an atmosphere typical of a mineshaft, coal of moderate metamorphic development is characterized by the greatest sorptional potential in dynamic conditions. Current methods permit assessment of the sorptional properties of coking coal, regarded as a coal–methane system.  相似文献

The porous structure of natural coal samples from the Usinsk deposit in the Pechora Coal Basin was studied using the low-temperature adsorption of nitrogen, mercury porosimetry, and scanning electron microscopy. Considerable differences in the characteristics of the porous structures of coals obtained by the low-temperature adsorption of nitrogen and mercury porosimetry were found. These differences are indicative of the presence of closed pores in all of the test samples of coals. The quantitative and component compositions of coal gases were determined by methods based on a combination of gas-liquid and gas-adsorption chromatography.  相似文献

本文参考含油气储层非均质性的研究方法,对山西沁水盆地煤储层的非均质性进行研究。首先应用沉积学的方法和原理,根据野外露头、钻井及区域地质资料,认为研究区域主要存在碳酸盐岩台地、碎屑岩浅海、三角洲等沉积相类型。然后从沉积相对煤储层非均质性的控制作用角度进行研究,提出了灰分产率与煤储层物性的定量关系,指出泥炭坪形成的煤层的非均质性最弱;三角洲次之;河流相最强。  相似文献

The increased metal-bearing capacity of coals from the Salga-Tabakh area in the north of the Lena Basin was established. In terms of the composition of rare-earth elements, they can be attributed to the collectors of the most expensive yttrium group. A process flowsheet was proposed for the extraction of rare-earth elements from coal ashes; this flowsheet can be used both independently and as a part of coal conversion processes with the production of liquid fuels and other valuable chemical products.  相似文献

Among the properties of coal that must be studied in order to optimize its preparation for coke production and deep processing are the interactions of adsorbed materials—in particular, water, methane, and carbon dioxide—with its surface. An important aspect of these interactions is phase transformation of the adsorbed materials in the internal porous structure to form hydrate or ordinary ice. In regular coal, a hydrate of carbon dioxide is formed at a CO2 pressure of 2–4 MPa and temperatures below 10°C, when the moisture content of the coal exceeds the threshold value. However, at the same moisture content, no ice is formed at temperatures between +13°C and –13°C, while decomposition of the hydrate is observed close to the equilibrium curve. For gases that do not form hydrates (helium, nitrogen, argon) in the given temperature and pressure ranges, increasing the pressure to 12 MPa has no influence on the solidification of sorbed water and ice formation.  相似文献

Investigations of the properties and structure of vitrites separated from gas coal type 33 (International class 632), gas-coking coal type 34 (Int. class 634) and orthocoking coals type 35.1 and 35.2 (Int. class 535 and 433) from the High Silesian Coal Basin are presented. Basic differences in properties and structure appear between the vitrite of gas coal and the other vitrites. Vitrites from orthocoking coals are characterized by the highest degree of aromatic unit condensation, the packing of aromatic lamellas and by the highest height of crystallites.The process of continuous thermosolvolysis of these vitrites with chloroform was carried out. Properties and structure of the extracts and extraction residues are also presented. The increase of the aromatic character of the extracts with increase of the rank of the parent vitrites is observed.  相似文献

The results of studies on the preparation of a coagulant for the treatment of wastewater and potable water by sulfuric acid leaching from the overburden rocks of the L’vovskii section of the Kimovsk strip mine at OAO Tulaugol’ are reported. The technology was developed in detail at the Zhilevo pilot concentrating mill (Zhilevskaya OPOF, Moscow oblast). The overall material balance was calculated for the manufacture of 50000 t of crystalline aluminum sulfate per annum; the process flowsheet and equipment were developed for implementing this process on an industrial scale.  相似文献
