网络技术在中州分公司计量管理工作中的应用探讨

本文通过对中州分公司正在考虑建设的信息网建设实际情况，结合山东分公司、广西分公司取得的经验，对计量管理信息网的应用进行了探讨。

National survey of state psychological association referral services.

A national survey of state psychological association referral services was conducted via a 23-item questionnaire. Thirteen state associations (25%) have a current referral service; another 25% have large regional services within the state or a referral service under consideration. Data on membership procedures, feedback, legal issues, fees, and promotional activities are reported. States in which a referral service is currently in operation tend to be geographically small states with high population densities and high psychological association memberships. States in which no referral service is in operation or proposed and in which no large regional referral service is in operation tend to be middle-sized states with low population densities and low state association memberships. Pediatric oncology consultations: A generalizable model for medical settings.

The traditional medical or disease model of emotional disorders is often counterproductive to the establishment of an effective psychological consultation service in a medical setting. The reasons for this problem are discussed in relation to the differences between psychological and medical consultants. The development of an effective psychological consultation service in a complex pediatric oncology setting is described in relation to staff and patient needs. The evolution of the consultation service suggests several generalizable principles that can be adapted for application in other medical settings. 宁钢1号高炉长寿技术实践

对宁钢1号高炉长寿管理工作进行了总结。在生产实践中,通过建立高炉长寿管理体系,加强操业和作业管理,强化炉体维护,高炉长寿管理由被动防守变为主动预防,实现了在不控制冶炼强度、不加钛矿等护炉剂的情况下,侧壁温度安全受控的目标。     

炼钢转炉出钢口长寿化技术

通过对攀钢１２０ｔ转炉出钢口长寿化技术的确立和镗孔技术的应用,实现了整体出钢口整体更换,在到了提高出多口傅寿命,稳定出钢时间和出钢温降,减少下渣量和提高合金收得率的效果,为减轻劳动强度,稳定工艺操作,改善钢质量起到了积极作用。

Working with key players for psychological and mental health public services.

Key players must be located and identified in order to perform public service. For doing this, a model for organizing a societal mental health program, which includes the 3 agency categories of voluntary, official, and professional, is presented. It shows that psychologists can function in any community, from local to international, in each category. The author portrays some of the forces that turned him to public service. Then he cites his public service experience in various communities, such as the mental health association, the official mental health program, the psychological association, and the university. He identifies key players and explains methods of working with them. Finally, he summarizes some requisite skills for successful service activities. Primary among the skills are locating and relating to key community decision makers and understanding how the helping community functions. Marital distress and mental health care service utilization.

Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the association between marital distress and mental health service utilization in a population-based sample of men and women (N = 1,601). Method: The association between marital distress and mental health care service utilization was evaluated for overall mental health service utilization and for specific sectors of treatment providers, including psychiatrist, other mental health provider, other medical provider, and religious services provider. Interviews were used to assess past-year service utilization and presence of anxiety, mood, and substance use disorders. Results: Approximately 12% of married individuals sought help for problems with their emotions, nerves, or substance use during the 12 months preceding the interview. Marital distress was significantly associated with (a) overall mental health service utilization and service utilization provided by each of the sectors of providers when controlling for demographic variables and (b) overall mental health service utilization and receiving treatment from a psychiatrist when additionally controlling for past-year anxiety, mood, or substance use disorders. There was little evidence that the associations between marital distress and service utilization were moderated by gender or presence of psychiatric disorders. Conclusion: The finding that marital distress is associated with greater mental health care service utilization suggests that clinicians should assess both individual and relationship factors among individuals presenting for treatment.
