以5W-30润滑油为基础油,Al_2O_3/TiO_2为纳米添加剂,配制添加剂质量分数为2%的纳米润滑油。通过摩擦学性能试验台模拟缸套-活塞环摩擦副实际工作过程,研究Al_2O_3/TiO_2纳米添加剂对摩擦学性能的改善;通过场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对活塞环样本微观形貌进行观察,确定表面磨损情况;通过发动机台架实验研究确定实际使用工作过程中,纳米添加剂对发动机动力性能的影响。结果表明,润滑油中加入Al_2O_3/TiO_2纳米添加剂后,缸套-活塞环摩擦副摩擦磨损性能得到明显改善,摩擦因数和活塞环磨损率显著下降,摩擦因数最大下降50.6%,平均下降42%;活塞环磨损率最大下降34.8%,平均下降27.2%;活塞环表面微观形貌得到明显改善,磨损表面得到修复,划痕显著减少;在转速为4 400 r/min时随着负荷逐渐增大,发动机台架实验输出功率最高提升24.2%,低负荷功率增幅显著,高负荷范围内功率平均提升3.3%,动力性能得到较大提升。 相似文献

本文研究了在一定载荷条件下,两种润滑油添加剂对软齿面材质和硬齿面材质的摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,复合添加剂的加入能明显降低试样的摩擦系数和体积磨损量,提高其减磨性能,显著降低摩擦面的油温,而提高润滑油的使用寿命。 相似文献

对二种锌铝合金ZA-SiT HDZA在20号机油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性进行了研究。研究发现:该摩擦-润滑系统以边界润滑为主,且伴随有断续的、短暂的混合润滑或弹性流体润滑;磨擦磨损过程中存在着磨粒磨损、接触疲劳和粘着磨损3个磨损机制;二种锌合金在一定条件下具有优良的耐磨性能和减摩性能。研究结果还初步解释了这些试验现象。 相似文献

作者采用了聚合物共混技术研制了PC+PTFE,PC+PTFE+PPS两类聚合物合金,并对这些材料的摩擦学特性及其机理进行了研究。结果表明,PTFE的添加不仅可以提高PC的耐磨性,而且还可降低其摩擦系数;适量的PPS的添加具有减摩抗磨作用。聚全物及其合金的摩擦特性可由粘着摩擦理论解释,其磨损过程主要受粘着,磨粒和疲劳机理控制。 相似文献

An Experimental Investigation of the Influence of the Lubricant Viscosity and Additives on Gear Wear
The influence of lubricant viscosity and additives on the average wear rate of spur gear pairs was investigated experimentally. The gear specimens of a comprehensive gear durability test program that made use of seven lubricants covering a range of viscosities were examined to measure gear tooth wear. The measured wear was related to the as-manufactured surface roughness, the elastohydrodynamic film thickness, and the experimentally determined contact fatigue lives of the same specimens. In general, the wear rate was found to be inversely proportional to the viscosity of the lubricant and to the lambda ratio (also sometimes called the specific film thickness). The data also show an exponential trend between the average wear rates and the surface fatigue lives. Lubricants with similar viscosities but differing additives and compositions had somewhat differing gear surface fatigue lives and wear rates. 相似文献

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK)-based composites reinforced with lubricant additive (polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE) and reinforcement additives including carbon fiber (CF), glass fiber (GF), and bronze powder were prepared using a hot-press molding technique. The synergetic effects of different additives on the tribological behaviors of PEEK-based composites sliding against 316 steel under seawater lubrication were investigated systematically using a ring-on-block test rig. The results showed that lubricant additive PTFE can decrease the friction coefficient and consequently improved the wear resistance of PEEK under seawater lubrication, especially when the volume fraction of PTFE was about 20%. It was also found that the incorporation of CF can further improve the wear resistance of PEEK blended with 20% PTFE, especially under high load and high sliding speed. This suggested that a synergistic effect on improving the wear resistance of PEEK existed between PTFE and CF, which originated from good lubrication of PTFE, good reinforcement of CF, and good interfacial combination between CF and PEEK-20%PTFE. However, two other reinforcement additives of GF and bronze powder had an antagonistic effect but not a synergetic effect with PTFE; that is, the incorporation of the two additives greatly deteriorated the wear resistance of PEEK blended with 20% PTFE. 相似文献
