一种新型铑钌双金属催化剂对 NBR加氢的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
研制了一种新型铑钌双金属加氢催化剂(BMSC)用于NBR不饱和双键的加氢,具有高活性、良好的选择性和较低的成本。通过与单金属催化剂RhCl(PPh3)3及RuCl2(PPh3)3对NBR加氢活性及加氢速率对比,表明BMSC的加氢活性与RhCl(PPh3)3的相当且无凝胶生成,其相对加氢速率从大到小为RhCl(PPh3)3,BMSC,RuCl2(PPh3)3。Raman光谱分析表明这是一种新型络合加氢催化剂,它不同于RhCl(PPh3)3和RuCl2(PPh3)3催化剂的混合物。通过红外光谱对加氢前后的NBR进行了表征,得到加氢前后—CN的特征峰(2247cm-1处)无变化,同时在3400~3500cm-1和3310~3450cm-1处未发现—NH2和仲胺的特征峰,说明—CN没有被还原。因而这是一种高活性、高选择性的NBR加氢催化剂,其加氢度可达98%以上而无凝胶生成。 相似文献

用自制的铑-钌(Rh-Ru)双金属配位催化剂对丁腈橡胶(NBR)进行溶液均相催化加氢,制备了氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)。采用红外光谱法、核磁共振法、溴碘试剂法和差示扫描量热法进行了分析表征。结果表明,NBR中C=C被加氢还原,而耐油基团-CN没有改变;HNBR的玻璃化转变温度先随加氢度的增加略有下降,当加氢度达到90%以上时,又缓慢升至原胶NBR的水平。以加氢度为95%的HNBR为基础胶料,制得了邵尔A型硬度为73、拉伸强度为25MPa、扯断伸长率为195%、压缩永久变形为17%的硫化胶。 相似文献

设计了一种通过质量流量计自动记录气-液催化加氢反应动力学装置,用于丁腈橡胶(NBR)加氢动力学的研究,具有灵敏,方便和准确的特点。这种测量系统在保持压力恒定的条件下,可从质量流量计上连续地显示气体的瞬时流量和累积消耗量,通过计算机联机记录并进行数据处理,研究其动力学行为。用这个系统对比了RhCl(PPh3)3催化剂和RuCl2(PPh3)3催化剂的混合物与自行开发的铑钌双金属催化剂对NBR加氢的瞬时速率,同时测定了新型铑钌双金属催化剂对不同浓度NBR加氢的氢气瞬时速率和累计流量与时间的关系。另外比较了化学分析法和流量计法测定的NBR加氢度。表明本方法是一种方便,可行的NBR加氢动力学研究方法。 相似文献

以四甲基乙二胺-苯硫醚为双配体制备了新型铑钌加氢催化剂,研究了这种催化剂对NBR的加氢活性,主要考察了催化剂浓度以及反应温度、时间、氢气压力、胶液浓度对NBR溶液加氢性能的影响,得到了新型双金属双配体催化剂对NBR加氢的较佳工艺参数.同时在自行设计的动力学研究装置上,测试了催化剂对NBR加氢的空气稳定性,其空气稳定性优于现有的其他贵金属加氢催化剂.与几种商业化的胶的性能进行了对比,自制的HNBR产品力学性能达到了工业化产品的水平,表明这种新型催化剂具有高活性、好的选择性以及优良的实用性. 相似文献

氢化丁腈橡胶具有良好的耐油性和耐氧性,广泛应用于汽车和石油行业,通过丁腈橡胶溶液均相催化加氢制得,采用铑类和钯类均相催化剂。考察不同溶剂、催化剂及m(Ru)∶m(丁腈橡胶)对丁腈橡胶加氢的影响。采用红外光谱法和核磁法对氢化丁腈橡胶的结构进行分析,筛选出价廉、活性高和选择性高的催化剂。结果表明,在丁腈橡胶加氢反应中,丁酮可作为溶剂,Ru(PPh3)3Cl2催化剂具有高活性和高选择性。在丁酮200 m L、丁腈橡胶5 g、Ru(PPh3)3Cl2催化剂、m(Ru)∶m(丁腈橡胶)=0.000 20∶1、反应温度140℃、氢压8.0 MPa和反应时间4 h条件下,加氢度和选择性均达到100%,具有与Rh(PPh3)3Cl相当的催化性能。 相似文献

将钌基配合物催化剂固载于氯甲基化后的交联聚苯乙烯树脂上,催化超临界二氧化碳加氢反应。结果表明,多种类型的膦配体均能够与过渡金属钌原子配位催化二氧化碳加氢反应,但由于各种膦配体物化性质的差异,形成的活性物种具有不同的结构和催化性能。双齿膦配体形成的钌基配合物的加氢活性均高于单齿膦配体。 相似文献

Acrylonitrile–butadiene rubber (NBR) latex was hydrogenated using diimide in the presence of selenium catalysts under an oxygen atmosphere. The process has been optimized and is extremely effective in the hydrogenation of NBR latex, with more than 3350 carbon–carbon double bonds reduced per atom of selenium in 5 h at 60°C. The amount of gel formed was controlled with gel inhibitors such as Irganox. This process constitutes a new route for obtaining totally hydrogenated acrylonitrile–butadiene polymer with low amounts of gel and very low amounts of selenium contaminants. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. To develop a rubber composite with excellent electrical properties, a sort of synthetic rubber, acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) with CN dipoles as matrix, multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as filler, was synthesized. NBR composites reinforced with 0.5, 1.5, 3, 10, and 20 phr MWCNT contents were fabricated by latex technology. The electrical conductivity, dielectric characteristics, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding effectiveness at room temperature of NBR/MWCNT composites were investigated. MWCNTs were found well dispersed into NBR matrix even for 20 phr content by FESEM observation. The electrical conductivity increased with an increment of MWCNT content. The dielectric constant was over 104 at 103 Hz frequency for 10 and 20 phr MWCNTs‐reinforced NBR composites. It was attributed to the increased electrons and interface polarization. The improved conductivity and dielectric permittivity resulted in an enhanced EMI shielding effectiveness. The EMI shielding effectiveness reached 26 dB at 16.7 GHz frequency for NBR/20 phr MWCNT composite with 1.0 mm thickness. POLYM. COMPOS., 2012. © 2012 Society of Plastics Engineers 相似文献

The rate and selectivity found for the hydrogenation reaction of soybean oil using a series of soluble rhodium and iridium-phosphine
complexes can be correlated to the number of phosphine ligands coordinated to the metal. This study shows the possibility
of obtaining a wide range of products by varying the reaction time and the catalyst composition. For example, a low stearate
content can be obtained using IrCl(C8H12)PPh3, whereas a low double-bond conjugation can be obtained with |Rh(C8H12)(PPh3)2|BPh4.
