 针对传统的最小二乘板形模式识别方法的抗干扰能力差、精度低和神经网络板形模式识别方法存在的网络学习时间长、易陷入局部最小值、应用效果不佳等问题,提出了一种基于ANFIS的板形模式识别方法。该方法融合了模糊理论和神经网络的优点,弥补了彼此的不足,有效的解决了上述问题。板形模式识别是一个多输出系统,而MATLAB中ANFIS指令仅有一个输出,针对这个问题,本文提出利用系统拟合的方法,有效的克服了这个缺陷。研究结果表明,该方法能有效识别出常见的板形缺陷,识别速度和精度有所提高,识别结果跟板形仪的实测板形非常接近。  相似文献

Reduced-activated ferritic-martensitic steels are considered to be the prime candidate for structural material of the fusion power plant reactor design. Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding is preferred for welding of those structural materials. However, the depth of penetration achievable during autogenous TIG welding is very limited and hence productivity is poor. Therefore, activated-flux tungsten inert gas (A-TIG) welding, a new variant of TIG welding process has been developed in-house to increase the depth of penetration in single pass welding. In structural materials produced by A-TIG welding process, weld bead width, depth of penetration and HAZ width decide the mechanical properties and in turn the performance of the weld joints during service. To obtain the desired weld bead geometry, HAZ width and make a reliable quality weld, it becomes important to develop predictive tools using soft computing techniques. In this work, adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system is used to develop independent models correlating the welding parameters like current, voltage and torch speed with bead shape parameters like weld bead width, depth of penetration, and HAZ width. During ANFIS modeling, various membership functions were used. Triangular membership function provided the minimum RMS error for prediction and hence, ANFIS model with triangular membership functions were chosen for predicting for weld bead shape parameters as a function of welding process parameters.  相似文献

Conclusions A technique has been developed which is in principle suitable for the industrial manufacture of spherical powders of titanium and other chemically active metals and alloys. Such powders can be employed as starting material for the production of corrosion-resistant filters of any given effective cross section. The present paper deals with the solvent extraction and supported liquid membrane studies on Ln(III)/An(III) separation using ethyl-bis-triazinylpyridine (Et-BTP) as the extractant. The solvent extraction studies involved evaluation of a) diluents, b) phase modifiers, c) stripping agents and d) role of feed acidity. Though reasonably high separation factor values were obtained when Et-BTP was used along with α-bromo carboxylic acids, the mixtures could not be used for liquid membrane studies due to unsatisfactory stripping. On the other hand, a combination of Et-BTP with chlorinated cobalt dicarbollide (CCD) in nitrobenzene resulted in significant Am(III) mass transfer when used in the solvent extraction as well as SLM studies. Improved transport, membrane stability, and decontamination from lanthanides were observed when the organic phase diluent composition was 60% nitrobenzene + 40% n-dodecane. Using 0.02 M Et-BTP along with 0.005 M CCD in 60% nitrobenzene + 40% n-dodecane, the SLM studies on a mixture of 241Am, 152Eu and 147Nd in a feed containing 0.1 M HNO3, indicated quantitative Am3+ transport in 3.5 h with co-transport of about 8% Nd3+ and 22% Eu3+.  相似文献

Health care in the United States has become an information-intensive industry, yet electronic health records represent patient data inconsistently for lack of clinical data standards. Classifications that have achieved common acceptance, such as the ICD-9-CM or ICD, aggregate heterogeneous patients into broad categories, which preclude their practical use in decision support, development of refined guidelines, or detailed comparison of patient outcomes or benchmarks. This document proposes a framework for the integration and maturation of clinical terminologies that would have practical applications in patient care, process management, outcome analysis, and decision support. Arising from the two working groups within the standards community--the ANSI (American National Standards Institute) Healthcare Informatics Standards Board Working Group and the Computer-based Patient Records Institute Working Group on Codes and Structures--it outlines policies regarding 1) functional characteristics of practical terminologies, 2) terminology models that can broaden their applications and contribute to their sustainability, 3) maintenance attributes that will enable terminologies to keep pace with rapidly changing health care knowledge and process, and 4) administrative issues that would facilitate their accessibility, adoption, and application to improve the quality and efficiency of American health care.  相似文献

The extraction of concentrated iron(III) from acid chloride solutions has been investigated with methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), tri-n-butyl phosphate (TBP), di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid (D2EHPA), and their mixtures in various proportions, at different acid concentrations. On comparing the extraction of iron(III) with mixed and individual extractant, it was found that both D2EHPA-MIBK and D2EHPA-TBP mixtures exhibit synergism, the latter having better extraction ability. The synergistic coefficients, at different initial acid concentrations for each mixed extractant system, were evaluated and compared. An increase in the concentration of MIBK and TBP in the mixed organic resulted in higher synergistic coefficient. The stripping of iron(III) from loaded D2EHPA was found to increase with the strip feed acid concentration, while from loaded organic mixtures, it initially increased and then decreased. Stripping of iron(III) from D2EHPA-MIBK loaded solvent is better then D2EHPA-TBP. The extracted iron species formed and the stripping reactions have been proposed. Ultraviolet visible spectra of the stripped organic phase support the result and the proposed mechanisms.  相似文献

On the basis of the behavioral approach system (BAS) dysregulation theory of bipolar disorder, this study examined the relation between occurrence of a BAS activation-relevant life event--goal striving--and onset of hypomanic and depressive episodes and symptoms. In particular, the authors examined the relation between preparing for and completing final exams (a goal-striving event) and onset of bipolar spectrum episodes and symptoms in college students with bipolar II disorder or cyclothymia (i.e., "soft" bipolar spectrum conditions). One hundred fifty-nine individuals with either a bipolar spectrum disorder (n=68) or no major affective psychopathology (controls; n=91) were further classified on the basis of whether they were college students (i.e., completed final exams). Consistent with the BAS dysregulation theory, preparing for and completing final exams was associated with an increase in hypomanic but not depressive episodes and symptoms in individuals with a soft bipolar spectrum diagnosis. The human immunodeficiency virus types 1 and 2 (HIV-1 and HIV-2) appear to have originated by cross-species transmission of simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) from asymptomatically infected African primates. Few of the SIVs characterized to date efficiently infect human primary lymphocytes. Interesting, two of the three identified to infect such cultures (SIVsm and SIVcpz) have appeared in human populations as genetically related HIVs. In the present study, we characterized a novel SIV isolate from an East African monkey of the Cercopithecus genus, the l'hoest monkey (C. l'hoesti), which we designated SIVlhoest. This SIV isolate efficiently infected both human and macaque lymphocytes and resulted in a persistent infection of macaques, characterized by high primary virus load and a progressive decline in circulating CD4 lymphocytes, consistent with progression to AIDS. Phylogenetic analyses showed that SIVlhoest is genetically distinct from other previously characterized primate lentiviruses but clusters in the same major lineage as SIV from mandrills (SIVmnd), a West African primate species. Given the geographic distance between the ranges of l'hoest monkeys and mandrills, this may indicate that SIVmnd arose through cross-species transmission from close relatives of l'hoest monkeys that are sympatric with mandrills. These observations lend support to the hypothesis that the primate lentiviruses originated and coevolved within monkeys of the Cercopithecus genus. Regarded in this light, lentivirus infections of primates not belonging to the Cercopithecus genus may have resulted from cross-species transmission in the not-too-distant past.  相似文献

Most methanogenic Archaea contain an unusual cytoplasmic fumarate reductase which catalyzes the reduction of fumarate with coenzyme M (CoM-S-H) and coenzyme B (CoB-S-H) as electron donors forming succinate and CoM-S-S-CoB as products. We report here on the purification and characterization of this thiol:fumarate reductase (Tfr) from Methanobacterium thermoautotrophicum (strain Marburg). The purified enzyme, which was composed of two different subunits with apparent molecular masses of 58 kDa (TfrA) and 50 kDa (TfrB), was found to catalyze the following reactions: (a) the reduction of fumarate with CoM-S-H and CoB-S-H (150 U/mg); (b) the reduction of fumarate with reduced benzyl viologen (620 U/mg); (c) the oxidation of CoM-S-H and CoB-S-H to CoM-S-S-CoB with methylene blue (95 U/mg); and (d) the reduction of CoM-S-S-CoB with reduced benzyl viologen (250 U/mg). The flavoprotein contained 12 mol non-heme iron and approximately the same amount of acid-labile sulfur/mol heterodimer. The genes encoding TfrA and TfrB were cloned and sequenced. Sequence comparisons with fumarate reductases and succinate dehydrogenases from Bacteria and Eucarya and with heterodisulfide reductases from M. thermoautotrophicum and Methanosarcina barkeri revealed that TfrA harbors FAD-binding motifs and the catalytic site for fumarate reduction and that TfrB harbors one [2Fe-2S] cluster and two [4Fe-4S] clusters and the catalytic site for CoM-S-H and CoB-S-H oxidation.  相似文献

Phoreiobothrium manirei n. sp. is described from the spiral intestines of 3 immature individuals of the great hammerhead shark Sphyrna mokarran collected off of the west coast of Florida. This cestode is unusual in that it possesses 4 muscular papillae on the anterior margin of the accessory sucker. Numerous small protrusions with central cilium-like projections were conspicuous throughout the posterior margin of each bothridium. This species possesses the unique combination of bothridia posteriorly subdivided into subloculi and hooks with extended bases and 2 rather than 3 prongs. In fact, the hooks are strikingly like those of species in the genera Dicranobothrium and Platybothrium. This combination of characters suggests that the bifid hook condition is plesiomorphic with respect to the trifid hook condition within the Onchobothriidae. These data further suggest that the triloculated bothridial condition is plesiomorphic relative to the biloculated condition.  相似文献

The celA gene encoding a beta-1,4 endoglucanase (CelA) from Myxococcus xanthus has been cloned in Escherichia coli and sequenced. The C-terminal region of CelA displayed a high level of similarity with the catalytic domain of several Egl belonging to the glycosyl hydrolases family 6 (CenA from Cellulomonas fimi, CelA from Microbispora bispora, E2 from Thermonospora fusca, CasA from Streptomyces KSM9 and CelA1 from Streptomyces halstedii) and less similarity to the cellobiohydrolases of the fungi Trichoderma reesei and Agaricus bisporus. Using PCR amplification we found in another myxobacterium, Stigmatella aurantiaca, a part of a glycosyl hydrolase belonging to the same family. The N-terminal part of CelA displayed significant similarities with the cellulose-binding domain of other cellulases belonging to a rare subset of family II, such as the avicelase I from Streptomyces reticuli, both tandem repeats N1 and N2 of the cellulase CenC from Cellulomonas fimi, and the N-terminal part of the Egl E1 from Thermonospora fusca. Analyses of the multiple alignments and reconstruction of phylogenetic trees strongly suggest that both domains of CelA were acquired by independent horizontal transfers between Gram+ soil bacteria and scavenging myxobacteria followed by domain shuffling.  相似文献

115 tonsils of healthy slaughter pigs were culturally examined for presence of Yersinia (Y.) enterocolitica. For this purpose each sample was enriched both in phosphate buffered saline solution (pH 7.6; stored at 4 degrees C and plated every week, thrice all together) and modified Rappaport broth (plated after an incubation of two days at 22 degrees C). Each such enrichment was plated on 5 different selective media: Yersinia selective agar proposed by Wauters (1973), deoxycholate-citrate-mannitol agar (Saari and Jansen, 1979), pectin agar (Bowen and Kominos), MacConkey and Leifson agar as used in the routine, diagnostic of Enterobacteriaceae. Each agar plate was incubated at 28 degrees C for two days. By cold enrichment method were isolated 11 strains of human pathogenic Y. enterocolitica (9 X O-group I syn. serotype O:3; 2X O-group V syn. serotype O:9). With the modified Rappaport medium were recovered 33 strains (24X O-group I, 9 X O O-group V). The most recoveries were done over the Yersinia selective agar with 65.2%, then followed deoxycholate-citrate-mannitol agar with 57.6%, Leifson agar with 45.5%, MacConkey agar with 42.3% and pectin agar only with 18.2% of the isolations. Not only the type of enrichment medium has a marked effect in the recovery efficiency of Y. enterocolitica out of samples but also number and type of the used selective media on which the enrichment is plated.  相似文献

T cell receptors on CD4(+) lymphocytes recognize antigen-derived peptides presented by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules. A very limited set of peptides among those that may potentially bind MHC class II is actually presented to T lymphocytes. We here examine the role of two receptors mediating antigen internalization by antigen presenting cells, type IIb2 and type III receptors for IgG (FcgammaRIIb2 and FcgammaRIII, respectively), in the selection of peptides for presentation to T lymphocytes. B lymphoma cells expressing recombinant FcgammaRIIb2 or FcgammaRIII were used to assess the presentation of several epitopes from two different antigens. 4 out of the 11 epitopes tested were efficiently presented after antigen internalization through FcgammaRIIb2 and FcgammaRIII. In contrast, the 7 other epitopes were efficiently presented only when antigens were internalized through FcgammaRIII, but not through FcgammaRIIb2. The capacity to present these latter epitopes was transferred to a tail-less FcgammaRIIb2 by addition of the FcgammaRIII-associated gamma chain cytoplasmic tail. Mutation of a single leucine residue at position 35 of the gamma chain cytoplasmic tail resulted in the selective loss of presentation of these epitopes. Therefore, the nature of the receptor that mediates internalization determines the selection of epitopes presented to T lymphocytes within single protein antigens.  相似文献
