减压膜蒸馏法脱除水溶液中氨——艺条件影响研究   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
对减压膜蒸馏法脱除水溶液中氨进行了研究,实验用膜有效面积是200 cm2.实验考察了起始浓度(0.4~1.6mol/L)、料液进口温度(42~56 ℃)、料液流量(33~84 mL/s)及减压侧压力(8~14kPa)对脱氨效果及平均水通量的影响.实验结果表明起始浓度对脱氨及平均水通量有一定影响;增加料液进口温度使得脱氨明显加快,但平均水通量同时急剧增大;增加料液流量,特别当料液处于层流区时,使得脱氨加快,但对平均水通量影响不是非常明显;在一定范围内,减压侧压力对脱氨基本无影响,但降低减压侧压力却使得平均水通量明显增大.  相似文献

推导了传质系数计算公式,讨论了各种影响因素与传质系数的关系,并对传质数学模型计算的脱氨值与实验测定值进行了比较,结果表明,起始浓度与传质系数无关,随着料液温度的增加,传质系数呈指数增大,料液流量增加,传质系数增大,特别在流体处于层流区时更为明显,在一定范围内,减压侧压力对传质系数基本无影响;脱氨计算值与实验测定值吻合较好。  相似文献

利用减压膜蒸馏设备处理石煤提钒高浓度氨氮废水, 考察了料液pH值、进料温度、进料流量、渗透侧真空度等操作条件对脱氨效率的影响。试验表明, 随着pH值的升高脱氨效率明显增大, 当pH值为11.0时, 脱氨效率达到93.73%。提高料液温度或料液流量都可以提高脱氨效率。在一定范围内提高减压侧真空度, 可以提高脱氨效率, 但当真空度高于0.08 MPa以后, 提高真空度对脱氨效率的影响不明显。在相同条件下, 处理高盐度的石煤提钒废水比处理同等氨氮浓度的水溶液的脱氨效率高1.79%。  相似文献

研究了以聚丙稀为支撑膜,以二(2-乙基已基)磷酸为载体提取稀土的支撑液膜体系。通过实验确定为料液的pH值,载体浓度等与稀土离子渗透系数之间的关系;建立了动力学方程;并计算了料液-膜侧传质边界层的厚度和稀土配合物在膜内的扩散系数。  相似文献

基于高矿化度矿井水在我国西部煤矿区普遍存在的现状,为实现矿井水的高效利用,提出了采用膜蒸馏处理高矿化度矿井水的技术思路,膜蒸馏技术可充分利用西部矿区丰富的低品位热源,实现矿井水的大规模低成本处理。采用疏水性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜,在石灰-纯碱法软化处理的基础上,对真空膜蒸馏(VMD)处理高矿化度矿井水技术进行了试验研究,着重探讨了热料液温度、热侧流量和冷侧真空度等操作条件对VMD过程的影响;分析了VMD浓缩过程中膜通量、脱盐率等膜性能的变化;考察了长期运行过程PVDF膜性能的稳定性。试验结果表明,对于硬度高而碱度低的矿井水,石灰-纯碱法可有效去除其硬度成分,投加质量浓度为600 mg/L CaO和500 mg/L Na2CO3可使矿井水中硬度的去除率达到77%以上;对VMD膜通量影响的重要性由强到弱依次为冷侧真空度、热料液温度、热侧流量,本试验的最优操作条件为温度75℃、流量1 L/min、真空度90 kPa;维持最优操作条件,VMD浓缩过程的初始膜通量约13.4 kg/(m2·h),分别浓缩5、14.5倍时,膜通量降至初始值的81.22%和34.51%,脱盐率则始终在99....  相似文献

对用减压膜蒸馏法及扩散渗析法回收稀土冶金过程中的废酸(盐酸及硫酸)的可行性进行了研究。结果表明, 减压膜蒸馏能回收稀土氯化物溶液中高达80%的游离盐酸, 且由于对稀土离子的截留率一般大于98%, 在减压侧能回收得到较纯的盐酸溶液; 扩散渗析法也能有效回收硫酸稀土溶液中的硫酸, 在实际操作时控制硫酸回收率为70%~80%, 水料流量比在1左右较为合适; 采用减压膜蒸馏与扩散渗析的集成膜法回收硫酸稀土溶液中的硫酸, 对稀土离子的截留率基本无影响, 但增大了回收液的硫酸浓度, 大大减少了扩散渗析的处理量, 而浓缩倍数越大效果越明显。  相似文献

以新型萃取剂Cyanex272作乳状液膜的载体,从南方离子型稀土矿浸矿液中提取稀土。采用单因子循环法考察了膜溶剂、载体浓度、表面活性剂种类及浓度、油内比、内相酸度、料液浓度、水乳比、时间、温度等因素对提取率的影响,得到优化的膜配方及工艺条件。结果表明:对初步除杂的实际浸矿液,经一次间歇式富集,其稀土提取率大于99%,富集液中稀土浓度大于90g/L,提取效果好。  相似文献

本文初步研究了一水硬铝石型铝土矿盐酸学浸出脱铁过程的表观动力学。结果表明,浸出速率随温度升高而明显加快,随酸度增大而有所加快。当x≤0.20,浸出过程速率由界面化学反应控制,当x=0.20-0.80,速率过程由多孔固体中的液膜非稳态扩散控制。  相似文献

采用溶解-扩散模型,对三醋酸纤维素膜用于乙醇-水休系渗透汽化分离过程进行数学模拟,计算膜的渗透通量和分离因子,计算结果与实测值基本相符。通过模拟计算求出了组分在膜内浓度分布,表明膜近真空侧存在一很薄的“干膜区”。  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
