旅游企业服务质量欠佳、失信问题频繁发生,通过建立服务质量信用评价指标体系,评价企业服务质量信用水平,对预防服务质量信用风险具有重要意义.本文以旅游服务型企业为研究对象进行分析与讨论,提出了建立旅游服务质量信用评价基本指标体系的方法.该指标体系在意愿、能力、表现3个维度上建立了4个一级指标,同时设计了17个二级测量指标,并在此基础上使用层次分析法计算确认了各级指标的权重数值. 相似文献

本文以文献研究为基础,通过选取江苏、浙江、上海三地有代表性的社区卫生服务中心、企业、健康保险公司以及健康管理服务机构共17家单位开展了调研,结果发现我国在开展健康管理过程中存在一些问题,如社区卫生服务中心无论在人员配备上还是服务内容上都与有效的健康管理服务存在差距;企业具有开展健康管理的意愿,外资企业与大型国企都已经开展了有益的尝试并取得了不错的效果,国内中小型企业、公司缺乏独立开展职工健康管理的能力;健康保险公司由于缺乏盈利模式大多不愿意开展健康险服务,健康管理多作为附加选项服务于高端客户;健康管理服务公司的业务以体检为主,大多并没有开展真正意义上的健康管理。针对这些问题课题组提出了八个相关的政策建议及相应的对策。 相似文献

The healthy and stable development of energy efficiencies in existing buildings cannot be separated from effective policy operation, and evaluating policy effectiveness contributes to scientifically-sound government decision-making. This paper creates an evaluation index system and a grey comprehensive evaluation model for policy effectiveness for energy efficiency in existing buildings using three dimensions: 1) the effect of the policy itself; 2) the administrative effect of the policy; and 3) policy implementation effects. It chooses the government’s subsidy policy and preferential tax policy at market cultivation stage for its empirical comparative evaluation. The evaluation indicates that the former is more effective. Finally, it puts forward policy development suggestions from the perspective of: 1) clarifying incentive object; 2) broadening incentive scope; 3) increasing incentive intensity; and 4) innovating incentive mode. 相似文献

目的 通过服务设计思维与服务剧场模型来探究社区文体设施的服务接触,并提出社区文体设施的服务设计方向及改进策略。方法 以服务设计思维为出发点,采用服务剧场模型对社区文体设施服务中的利益相关者与服务接触进行梳理,并以此展开社会调研,归纳出当前文体设施的服务缺口;通过改进和完善服务接触,使服务流程更加完整、缜密,并进一步优化文体设施服务蓝图,提出设计思路。结论 社区文体公共设施服务的有效执行需要从更加全面、系统的服务设计视角出发,注重核心服务接触前期与核心服务接触后期的完整与连贯。通过整合利益相关者之间的沟通与协作、线上线下多渠道的信息传递,以及文体设施、活动空间、场地环境和周边配套设施的设立与规划,并以此构建新的服务蓝图与设计,从而为优化社区文体设施服务提供参考。 相似文献

This article presents the practices of Australian and German financial service providers regarding the implementation of shop-floor control within different types of service systems. The results delivered in this article should serve as a guideline for future research to develop and adapt methods for shop-floor control in financial service systems. Interviews with 25 experts from the Australian and German financial services industry reveal novel insights into the practice of shop-floor control, suggesting that methods and concepts from manufacturing are only used to a limited extent for shop-floor control. Shop-floor control is mostly used to react quickly to unexpected deviations due to a low usage of forecasts and information systems. Thus, there seems to be improvement potential in the financial services industry in comparison with in the manufacturing industry in terms of shop-floor control. Further research within the production research area should use the empirical insights to test and adapt existing methods and to develop new ones, taking cultural differences into account. 相似文献

AbstractWith the trend toward energy conservation and carbon reduction in public procurement, Energy-Saving Performance Contracting (ESPC) has been getting a lot of attention for lowering the financial burden on the public sector to improve the energy performance of buildings. In Taiwan, there have been 115 ESPC projects worth NT$1.8 billion awarded in the public and private sectors from 2006 to 2014. The practical experience accumulated shows that there still exist deficiencies in the ESPC system, and there are also lessons to be learned. This paper discusses five key challenges of executing energy-saving performance contracts in public building projects. These findings can be helpful for countries and organizations that are applying or intend to apply ESPC to realize more efficient and effective procurement systems and achieve better project performance. 相似文献

Performance evaluation of mobile applications has received considerable attention as a prominent activity for improving services quality. Because many data stored on mobile device are synchronized with distributed data centers, the system availability is a critical attribute that requires investigation. Mobile backend‐as‐a‐service (MBaaS) allows developers to link the backend of their applications to cloud storage, as well as providing device management and integration with social networking services. The OpenMobster platform offers a complete synchronization service for mobile applications, but its availability is an inherent critical issue, because one failure can result in losses for companies that use this environment. Analytical models can be used to assess availability of this type of environment and perhaps mitigate downtimes. This paper proposes a hierarchical model to assess the availability of the MBaaS OpenMobster platform focusing on two scenarios: the basic architecture and the automatic recovery process. The designed models were validated through testbed measurements by automatically injecting and repairing the infrastructure. Taking into account the three layers: hardware, operating system, and the MBaaS OpenMobster, we observed OpenMobster being the most critical service component. We have applied failover strategy on the Java virtual machine, and we obtained 10% of reduction in annual downtime. This work may guide systems' administrators in planning their maintenance policies.
