基于经济性目标的热泵供暖动态优化操作具有重要意义,但在操作区间内环境温度和模型参数变化的不确定性会对实际优化操控带来很大挑战。在完善热泵供暖系统模型的基础上,提出了一种改进的动态实时优化控制策略以改善系统的实际节能效果。该方法首先建立以压缩机和送水泵运行频率为控制变量的热泵供暖系统的非线性动态关系模型,并得到以24 h为周期、以综合性能指标最低为目标的动态实时优化命题。然后,在给定24 h环境温度预测情况下通过求解该优化命题得到热泵压缩机和送水泵的最优运行频率轨线,并以当前时间点的最优控制量对热泵供暖系统进行控制;接着,基于天气逐时预测和模型参数最新校验结果对环境温度轨线或者模型参数进行更新,不断地求解原优化命题以更新最优控制轨线,并不断地采用当前点的最优控制量对热泵供暖系统进行控制,直到当前时间点达到第24 h。实例计算结果表明:采用本文提出的方法可以进一步改善热泵供暖系统的动态优化操控效果,并能够很好地满足给定终端约束要求。本方法对于具有周期性和不确定参数的动态实时优化问题求解具有一定的借鉴意义。 相似文献

Fast, simple, accurate, and inexpensive methods for obtaining analyte concentration data are desirable in the industrial sector. In the present study, the use of Fourier transform mid‐infrared (FT‐MIR) spectroscopy, combined with partial least squares (PLS) regression, was investigated as a tool for real‐time monitoring of processes of ethanol absorption in glycols. Calibration was performed using simple synthetic samples containing ethanol, water, and monoethylene glycol (MEG) or diethylene glycol (DEG). The PLS models presented excellent performance, with correlation coefficients (R2) close to unity and root‐mean‐square errors of cross‐validation (RMSECV) and prediction (RMSEP) lower than 2% of the calibration data ranges for both analytes (ethanol and water) in both absorbents (MEG and DEG). The monitoring technique developed has potential to be applied in absorption processes and could also be used in other large‐scale unit operations, providing information in real time and enhancing process control. 相似文献

Expanded bed adsorption (EBA) was used to recover, concentrate and purify Fusarium solani pisi cutinase, secreted by a recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain, directly from a whole fermentation culture. A flow injection analysis (FIA) system for monitoring Fusarium solani pisi cutinase based on microencapsulation of p‐nitrophenylbutyrate (p‐NPB) in a micellar system (sodium cholate, tetrahydrofuran, phosphate buffer) was developed for monitoring this target enzyme at the outlet tube of the EBA column. Slight differences in yeast cultivation conditions during cutinase production may influence the fermentation performance, which affects directly the adsorption of cutinase during the loading step and consequently the efficiency of the EBA process. This effect can be especially relevant when it is necessary to stop the application of feedstock to the EBA column when the outlet concentration (A) of the desired product is lower than 5% of the feed concentration (Ao). Excellent correlations between the FIA system and the off‐line analytical method for monitoring cutinase activity during the different EBA steps were obtained. Additionally, the blocking/fouling of the sample injector and tubes of the FIA system initially observed were eliminated due to the excellent surfactant properties of the sodium cholate contained in the phosphate buffer and used to dilute the enzyme samples. This FIA system was shown to be a powerful analytical tool for monitoring cutinase activity almost in real time (45–60 s), maximizing enzyme adsorption while minimizing product loss and consequently maximizing the recovery yield of the product. Monitoring the crack position and velocity in a fracture specimen can be difficult and laborious. In addition, the data storage requirements can be considerable depending upon the testing conditions. A low data event timer was developed to alleviate these problems. The timer generates a time-stamp when a circuit is broken. A continuous data record is not required, and this greatly reduces the data logging requirements. The test apparatus was applied to cantilever beams bonded with a structural epoxy and tested under different conditions, such as stable to unstable transitions and different temperature extremes. The results indicate that the approach eliminates problems associated with other types of crack measurement and greatly simplifies the measuring process. 相似文献

哈拉哈塘油田具有高温高盐的特点,常规调剖剂应用困难。通过改善含油污泥性质及选择匹配的聚丙烯酰胺,开发了耐温耐盐含油污泥凝胶体系,可用于高温高盐油藏调剖堵水。优化配方组成为:20%含油污泥+0.8%非离子型耐高温聚丙烯酰胺NWX-1+0.2%酚醛树脂+5%改性聚合单体(2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸)+0.01%引发剂(过硫酸钾)+0.5%增强剂(未改性亲水蒙脱土),其中百分数为质量分数。对含油污泥凝胶体系的耐温耐盐性能、结构、流变性和突破压力进行了评价。结果表明,含油污泥凝胶体系成胶时间在1.6 h以上可控,其显示出致密三维网状结构,强度可达到I级,突破压力可达3223kPa/m。增强剂可有效提升含油污泥凝胶体系的黏弹性模量,蠕变后可回复。 相似文献
