The Fashion-Architecture＇s Theory： Reflecting Tribe Civilization into Contemporary Age

In megacities, the phenomenon of the highrise buildings which add fashion elements into the body and facades seems as big sculptures. Architect composed their work by applying the cross-pollination of design method. They adopted the various elements to enrich their building＇s facade in order to look different. On the other hand, the traditional architecture expressed the tribe civilization by placing their proud artifacts into the building＇s facade. The purpose of this study is to find a new theory of architecture during their process of becoming of the architecture＇s form. The study applied a phenomenological investigation method of several highrise building＇s facade at Jakarta and several districts of Singapore, Brisbane and Melbourne. The study result is a new theory named ＂the fashion-architecture＂ is a building composed by adopting the cross-pollination of design method. To enrich the building＇s facade, architect adopted anything including the fashion＇s design elements： accessories, millineries, and cosmetics also reflected by the traditional architecture. Their fashion-architecture works are reflecting the tribe civilization into a contemporary architecture design.     

Urban Utopia and Building Experimentations： The Rural Villages of the Sicilian Latifundium

The colonization of Sicilian latifundium was an attempt of regeneration of the rural areas. It was carried out by Benito Mussolini, called II Duce, who governed Italy by a regime with an absolute and conservative approach for 20 years since 1922. According to this plan, there were some rural villages （with a school, a church, a police station and a doctor＇s surgery） and a number of rural homes, spread in the landscape, that formed one of the most important achievements of the agrarian reform in Italy. The author has been conducting scientific research on this topic for several years. He started with the archive ＂Ente per la Colonizzazione del Latifondo Siciliano＂ （now called Ente Sviluppo Agricolo） to review the original designs and contracts with companies, ledgers and other administrative documents. Lately, he has been reviewing the personal archives of designers involved in the building program, where he has found original drawings, letters, sketches, etc.. He has also conducted some architectonic and technical surveys of the sites. We have to consider that nowadays the mentioned rural villages are a strategic resource for the development of the neighboring areas, as it may become a network for the sustainable tourism and the promotion of the local agro food specialties. On this purpose, the local authority is going to promote some plans for the requalification of these sites. The particular achievement of this article is to show a number of possibilities for the reuse of these places.     

Challenges of Structure in Today＇s Architectural,Economic and Social Context

The recent establishment of a digital culture and society, together with current financial crisis and urgent energetic and climatic needs, has radically changed the architectural scene from the optimism of some years ago to a situation of uncertainty and huge social demands and challenges. In this context, it is suggested to rethink the role of structure in architecture, such as an enabler, a guide and a catalyst. The purpose of this paper is to present the economic, cultural and social context in which architecture develops nowadays. The method, to suggest a discussion on which role the structure may adopt in the architecture to come. The achievement, to highlight its potential to face current requirements and challenges.

前言可持续建筑设计的定义非常宽泛,它既包括建造与使用期间能源、水资源、材料等的可持续性与可恢复性,例如,适应使用与气候的变化,同时也包括如何让设计更加以人为本,如何让建筑成为活跃的社会与经济社区的一部分等问题。可持续设计不仅是越来越成熟的可以计量的物理参数的贡献,而且涉及到设计的软方面,如空间创

Effect of Curing Temperature on Mortar Based on Sustainable Concrete Material＇s and Poly-Carboxylate Superplasticizer

Nowadays, technologies in construction field have offered several kinds of chemical admixtures, which offer different behaviors at the fresh state of the batch and by consequence, it is resulted with different mechanical behaviors at the solid state of the mix. This study focused on the behavior of a new kind of admixture at fresh and solid states. Currently, the concrete material has become a very expensive material because the high price mostly of aggregates, representing the three quarters of the concrete components. By consequence, it costs money and on the other hand, it produces a lot of wastes. The main aspect which guides this study is to make a kind of concrete based mainly on local material and sustainable concrete material （SCM or waste material）, which is one very abundant material in quality and quantity, under the current tendency the results obtained in this study summarize up the importance of the temperature during the development of the mechanical characteristics of mortar, mainly on compressive strength at age of 28 days. This is in the case of the addition of limestone crushed additive by percentage of substitution.

管理创新沙龙纵论改革

8月30日上午,《建筑设计管理》创刊30周年管理论坛沙龙在东北大学国际学术交流中心举行。沙龙由中国建筑东北设计研究院有限公司董事长蒲钢青主持。蒲院长首先以大量详细数据分析了近30年建筑设计行业发展与地区经济发展的相互关系,根据分析结果认为北、上、广、深等经济发达地区依然长期占据着优势发展资源。为此,东北院将打破之前固守东北地区市场的做法,吸引高端人才,面向经济发达地区开拓市场。

现代建筑的基本功能不仅保护居住者不受外界因素的干扰,同时也为居住者提供健康舒适的环境.供热、通风,空调等设备的混合设计和大量使用已增加了室内环境的舒适度.但是,建筑中的居住者时室内温度的波动、不良的气味或其他偏离理想状态的环境因素的忍耐力逐渐下降.由于受室内空气品质的影响越来越大,人们期望良好的室内空气品质和持续的热舒适,故室内空气品质的控制方法逐渐成为设计人员、施工人员、业主、运行维护人员和居住者首要考虑的问题.如果在建筑设计过程的所有阶段都全力强调室内空气品质问题,则建筑物室内空气品质将会大大改善.主要从建筑物选址、建筑物设计,建筑设备的设计、建筑运行维护管理等方面对现代建筑的室内环境控制进行探讨.     

LEED~ for Homes对我国人居工程评价的启示

LEED(R) for Homes是美国市场化程度较高的成熟的绿色建筑评价体系--LEED(R)体系中专业评价新建居住建筑物的版本.本文通过对2008年1月发布的LEED(R) for Homes正式版本中评价方法、质量管理和评价流程的分析研究,总结了其成功经验,得出对我国城镇可持续发展人居工程评价的启示.
