Separation and purification of dodecanedioic acid (DDDA) from its homologous compounds were studied experimentally by falling film crystallization (FFC). The influences of various operation parameters, including crystallizing time, flow rate of melt and temperature of glycerine bath, on purity of DDDA and crystallizing rate were investigated. Over 99% (by mole) DDDA was obtained for a feed composition of 96% (by mole). The main factors affecting the separation efficiency are flow rate of melt and temperature of glycerine bath. The crystallizing layer of DDDA was further purified by sweating and blasting. A set of optimized operation data are provided for better understanding the mechanism of heat and mass transfer in FFC, and for further industrial application of DDDA purification process.  相似文献

Laboratory-scale experiments were carried out to evaluate the influences of operational parameters on the melt crystallization efficiency for p-cresol purification.The optimal crystallization conditions were determined:dynamic pulsed aeration at 90 L·h-1 and the cooling rate of 0.6-0.8 ℃·min-1,followed by sweating at 0.2-0.3 ℃·min-1 for 40 min.Results also demonstrate that the melt crystallization efficiency is sensitive to feed concentration,which highlights this technology for separation and purification of high purity products.  相似文献

A novel purification process is involved to obtain the high purity [N 99%(by mass)] dodecanedioic acid (DC12). It involves a re-crystal ization followed by molecular distil ation from the crude product. The objective of this study is to investigate general conditions, feed rate, distil ing temperature and vacuum, necessary for centrifugal distil-lation of DC12. Under the optimum conditions, distilling temperature 180 °C, pressure 30 Pa and feed flow rate 700 ml·h?1, the purity of DC12 in the residence reached 97.55%with a yield of 53.18%by the analysis of gas chromatography. Multiple-pass distillation made a considerable contribution by improving the purity to 99.22%. Additionally, the effect of pretreatment (re-crystallization) on distillation process was revealed through a series of comparative experiments.  相似文献

2,4-Difluorobenzaldehyde was synthesized from 1,3-difluorobenzene and carbon monoxide with AlCl3 and HCl as catalyst in CO atmosphere at a pressure in the range of 1.5MPa. Effects on the converting ratio and yield were investigated. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions should be that n(1,3-difluorobenzene):n(AlCl3)=1.0:1.0, the reaction temperature was 60℃, amount of HCl was 1.0% of total mass of reation mixture, and the reation time was 20 hours. The selectivity of 2,4-difluorobenzaldehyde from 1,3-difluorobenzene was up to the purity of the refined product ω(2,4-difluorobenzaldehyde)≥98.81%.  相似文献

The non-isothermal crystal ization kinetics of reactive microgel/nylon 6 blends was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The Mo equation was employed to analyze the non-isothermal crystallization data. The crystallization activation energies were also evaluated by the Kissinger method. The results show that the crystallization onset temperature (Tonset) and crystallization peak temperature (Tp) decrease with the increase of the content of reactive microgel, whileΔT (Tonset–Tp), the crystallization half-time (t1/2) and the crystal ization enthalpy (ΔHc) increase. The required cooling rates of blends are higher than that of neat nylon 6 in order to achieve the same relative crystallinity in a unit of time. The crystallization activation energies of the reactive microgel/nylon 6 blends are greater than those of the neat nylon 6. When the content of reactive microgel is 30%, the relative crystallinity (Xt) reaches the maximum.  相似文献

The dissociation rates of methane hydrates formed with and without the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate(methane-SDS hydrates),were measured under atmospheric pressure and temperatures below ice point to investigate the influence of the hydrate production conditions and manners upon its dissociation kinetic behavior.The experimental results demonstrated that the dissociation rate of methane hydrate below ice point is strongly dependent on the manners of hydrate formation and processing.The dissociation rate of hydrate formed quiescently was lower than that of hydrate formed with stirring;the dissociation rate of hydrate formed at lower pressure was higher than that of hydrate formed at higher pressure;the compaction of hydrate after its formation lowered its stability,i.e.,increased its dissociation rate.The stability of hydrate could be increased by prolonging the time period for which hydrate was held at formation temperature and pressure before it was cooled down,or by prolonging the time period for which hydrate was held at dissociation temperature and formation pressure before it was depressurized to atmospheric pressure.It was found that the dissociation rate of methane hydrate varied with the temperature(ranging from 245.2 to 272.2 K) anomalously as reported on the dissociation of methane hydrate without the presence of surfactant as kinetic promoter.The dissociation rate at 268 K was found to be the lowest when the manners and conditions at which hydrates were formed and processed were fixed.  相似文献

The single crystal growth rates of potassium sulfate in pure aqueous solution under different conditions were determined by photomicrography in a flow system for crystal growth. The effects of themain controlling factors, such as supersaturation, crystal size, solution velocity and crystal growth temperature, on crystal growth rates of potassium sulfate were discussed in detail by using non-linear regression from the experimental data, and several empirical relationships were given. The results showed that the growth rates of crystals increased with supersaturation, crystal size, solution velocity and temperature. Moreover supersaturation was the most important controlling factor influencing growth rates of crystals, crystal size and solution velocity were the secondary and temperature was the least.Furthermore, It was found that the growth rate of crystals along the [100] crystallographic axis was higher than that along the [001] in the same condition. The effect of every factor on crystal growth rates along the [100] crystallographic axis was stronger than that along the [001].  相似文献

The reactive crystallization process of dexamethasone sodium phosphate was investigated in a continuous mixed-suspension, mixed-product-removal(MSMPR) crystallizer. Analyzing experimental data, it was found that the growth of product crystal was size-dependent. The Bransom, CR, ASL, M J2 and M J3 size-dependent growth models were discussed in details. Using experimental steady state population density data of dexamethasone sodium phosphate, parameters of five size-dependent growth models were determined by the method of non-linear least-squares. By comparison of experimental population density and linear growth rate data with those obtained from the five size-dependent growth models, it was found that the MJ3 model predicts the growth more accurately than do the other four models. Based on the theory of population balance, the crystal nucleation and growth rate equations of dexamethasone sodium phosphate were determined by non-linear regression method. The effects of different operation parameters such as supersaturation, magma density and temperature on the quality of product crystal were also discussed, and the optimal operation conditions were derived.  相似文献

The hydrolysis technology and reaction kinetics for amino acids production from fish proteins in subcritical water reactor without catalysts were investigated in a reactor with volume of 400 ml under the conditions of reaction temperature from 180-320℃, pressure from 5-26 MPa, and time from 5-60 rain. The quality and quantity of amino acids in hydrolysate were determined by bioLiquid chromatography, and 17 kinds of amino acids were obtained. For the important 8 amino acids, the experiments were conducted to examine the effects of reaction temperature, pressure and time on amino acids yield. The optimum conditions for high yield are obtained from the experimental results. It is found that the nitrogen and carbon dioxide atmosphere should be used for leucine, isoleucine and histidine production while the air atmosphere might be used for other amino acids. The reaction time of 30 rain and the experimental temperature of 220℃, 240℃ and 260℃ were adopted for reaction kinetic research. The total yield of amino acids versus reaction time have been examined experimentally. According to these experimental data and under the condition of water excess, the macroscopic reaction kinetic equation of fish proteins hydrolysis was obtained with the hydrolysis reaction order of 1.615 and the rate constants being 0.0017, 0.0045 and 0.0097 at 220℃, 240℃ and 260℃ respectively. The activation energy is 145.1 kJ·mol^- 1.  相似文献

A pulping method using NH4OH with less amount of KOH as cooking liquor on wheat straw was developed. KOH could reduce consumption of NH3 and cooking time for its strong alkalinity. The effects of various pulping conditions such as composition of cooking liquor, liquid-to-solid ratio, maximum temperature, cooking time to the maximum temperature and cooking time at the maximum temperature were studied. Experimental results indicated that the rate of delignification was 85.12% and the pulp yield was 49.65% under suitable pulping conditions. It looks promising to use black liquor containing nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and organic substance as fertilizer resources for agricultural production. A new pattern of ecological cycling may be set up between paper industry and farming.  相似文献

The gel filtration was carried out for purification of cellulase.The influences of chromatographic parameters on the resolution were studied to determine the optimal conditions for purification.The purified endoglucanase was obtained by gel filtration by Superdex 75 prep grade with an activity recovery of 92.8% and the purification factor 4.2.The sample volume should be below 6% of the column bed volume and the column bed height L≥12.0 cm.The optimum catalysis temperature and pH for the enzyme were 55℃and 4.5-.0 respectively.The cellulase was stable at pH ranging from 4.0 to 6.0 and temperature below 60℃.  相似文献

The synthesis process of N-acetyl-aspartyl-glutamate (NAAG) was studied, in which L-aspartic acid was used as the raw material, and the dipeptide was first prepared by esterification,acylation and the reaction with L-glutamic acid, and then the product NAAG was finally obtained by hydrolyzation and purification.The product and the intermediate were analyzed and identified by melting point measuring, elemental analysis, polarimeter and IR analysis.The effects of mixture ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated.The results showed that the total yield was 50.02% when the esterification temperature was controlled at 20℃, esterification time 10 h, acylation temperature 70℃, acylation time 2 h, and DCC was used as the addition reagent to synthesize dipeptide.The hydrolization temperature was 60℃, the hydrolization time was 4 h.The product was purified by ion-exchange resin.The purity detected by HPLC was 97.5%.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to establish the thermal characteristics of the lauric acid (95% purity) as a latent heat storage material filled in the annulus of vertical concentric double pipe during its melting process. The temperature data were used to determine the thermal characteristics, including the temporal temperature variations and the effects of the mass flow rate and the inlet temperature of the heat transfer fluid on the heat transfer coefficient and the heat charging fraction during the melting process. The results indicated that the time to reach to heat charging fraction of 1.0 could be altered by changing the mass flow rate and the inlet temperature of the heat transfer fluid.  相似文献

The industrialization of electrochemical synthesis of 3,6-dichloropicolinic acid(3,6-DCP) from 3,4,5,6-tetrachloropicolinic acid(3,4,5,6-TCP) in a tank-type undivided electrolytic cell with silver cathode was investigated. The experimental results showed that the electrolytic performance greatly depended on the operation parameters, such as flow rate of electrolyte, temperature, and concentration of NaOH. The reduction of 3,4,5,6-TCP to 3,6-DCP was favored by increasing temperature and flow rate of electrolyte. Industrialization tests of electrochemical synthesis of 3,6-DCP were conducted under the following conditions: silver cathode, temperature 313 K, flow rate 6 cm·s-1, concentration of NaOH 8%(mass), concentration of 3,4,5,6-TCP 5%(mass), cathode current density 600 A·m-2. The current efficiency and conversion ratio of 3,4,5,6-TCP were more than 76% and 99%, respectively. The yield of 3,6-DCP was up to 90% and DC power consumption was 2. 939 kW·h·(kg 3,6-DCP)-1. The purity of the product was higher than 95%, and its melting point was 151—153℃.  相似文献

Polypropylene (PP) with different contents of the second generation hyperbranched polyester (HBP) is prepared by melt blending method. The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PP and PP/HBP blends is investigated under differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The Mo equation is used to analyze the DSC data. The results show that the Mo theory is suitable for crystal ization kinetics of the blends. Fast cooling rate is not good for crys-tallizing and nucleating. The values of half crystal ization time (t1/2), crystal ization enthalpy (ΔHc) and temper-ature range (ΔT) of PP/HBP blends decrease when HBP is added. The required cooling rate of PP is higher than that of PP/HBP blends in order to reach the same relative crystal inity. Crystallization rate increases with the ad-dition of HBP. The crystallization rate reaches a maximum when the content of HBP is 5%. In addition, the activa-tion energies of PP and PP/HBP blends are calculated by Kissinger equation, revealing that the content of HBP has a little effect on the crystallization activation energy.  相似文献

The scaling process of calcium carbonate on a low-energy heat transfer surface clectroless plating surface was investigated in a simulated cooling water system. Owing to the very low surface energy, the electroless plating surface exhibited less scaling susceptibility. A longer induction period and a lower scaling rate were obtained on the low-energy surface compared to copper surface under identical conditions. The calcite particles obtained on the electroless plating surface during the induction period were larger in size than those on copper surface because fewer cryst~s formed and grew at the same time on the |ow-energy surface. With increasing surface temperature, the induction period reduced and the scaling rate increased for the low-energy surface. When initial surface temperature was fixed, an increase in fluid velocity would reduce the induction period and increase the scaling rate due to the diffusion effect. However, when the heat flux was fixed, an increase in fluid velocity would decrease the surface temperature, and lead to a longer induction period and a lower scaling rate. The removal experiments of calcium carbonate scale indicated that during post induction period, the detachment was not obvious, while during the induction period, apparent removal of crystal particles was obtained on the electroless plating surface owing to the weak adhesion force. The more frequently the transient high hydrodynamic force acted, the more the detached crystal particles were.  相似文献

An antithrombus enzyme (ATE) was precipitated by (NH4)2SO4 or ethanol from supernatant of Bacillus subtilis culture broth then purified using ion exchange chromatography on CM-sepharose fast flow. The effects of ionic strength and pH value on protein adsorption, the gradient elution at different flow rates and step elution were examined respectively. The recovery yield of the optimised process was 74.5% with a purification factor 8.1. The ATE molecular weight was estimated as 30ku by SDS-PAGE. The experimental results showed that the enzyme was stable in the range of pH 7 to pH11, and temperature 25℃ to 37℃.  相似文献
