本文研究了20Si Mn和含钛钢的奥氏体动态再结晶行为。在925~1225℃温度范围内进行了恒应变速率拉伸试验。在ε=1×10~(-2)S(-1)恒应变速率下,测定了动态再结晶的开始时间(R_(?))。在以上温度和恒应变速率下研究了微量钛对20Si Mn钢奥氏体动态再结晶行为的影响。动态再结晶-时间-温度(RTT)曲线系根据峰应变的数据绘制。结果表明:微量钛可使20Si Mn钢的动态RTT曲线稍右移,并在较低温度使动态RTT曲线产生偏折,即延迟了动态再结晶的开始时间。TiC的固溶阻碍了钢的奥氏体动态再结晶,TiC的沉淀也对奥氏体的动态再结晶起阻碍作用并使奥氏体形变阻力增加。 相似文献

对成分为0.18C-0.22Si-0.60Mn(质量分数)的低碳钢在1 100~750 ℃之间的奥氏体动态再结晶及动态相变行为进行了研究.确定了此钢奥氏体发生动态再结晶的临界应变条件及完全动态再结晶后的晶粒尺寸.计算表明,在奥氏体低温区大变形以致使奥氏体发生完全动态再结晶时,可得到6~9 μm 的奥氏体晶粒尺寸.在Ae3以下,变形可以引发动态相变.但奥氏体快速冷却明显推迟了动态相变的发生.与相同温度下单一奥氏体变形相比,有动态相变发生时应力值不增加或降低,其降低程度随变形温度的下降而增加. 相似文献

用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机研究了Cu-P-Cr-Ni-Mo耐候钢(%:0.10C、0.075P、0.65Cr、0.22Ni、0.43Mo、0.28Cu)在应变速率0.01~1 s-1、温度850~1150℃时的动态再结晶行为,得出该钢奥氏体区的真应力-真应变曲线和动态再结晶图,分析了变形参数对峰值应力的影响和不同热变形时耐候钢的动态再结晶体积分数与真应变的关系,建立了该钢的奥氏体热变形方程、动态再结晶临界条件回归方程和奥氏体动态再结晶体积分数数学模型。结果表明,随变形温度升高,峰值应力下降;随变形速率增大,峰值应力升高;随Z参数增大即变形温度降低,应变速率增加,发生再结晶的临界应变εc和发生完全再结晶的应变εs均呈线性增加。 相似文献

采用Gleeble-1500热/力模拟试验机进行压缩试验,研究了不同变形条件下微量稀土对T91耐热钢动态再结晶行为的影响.分析绘制了稀土加入前后实验钢的真应力-真应变曲线、再结晶-温度-时间图、再结晶图及功率耗散图,并计算了高温下实验钢的再结晶激活能.在变形温度为850~1100℃,变形速率为0.004~10 s-1变形条件下,变形温度越高和变形速率越低,动态再结晶越容易发生.稀土加入会产生固溶强化,稀土元素与碳原子发生交互作用,且在晶界处或晶界附近偏聚,使变形抗力与峰值应变均增大,再结晶激活能由354.6 kJ·mol-1提高到397.2 kJ·mol-1.另外,稀土会显著推迟再结晶发生时间,扩大再结晶的时间间隔,推迟再结晶动力学过程. 相似文献

实验用非调质钢48MnVS(/%:0.48C,0.60Si,1.50Mn,0.35Cr,0.14V,0.05S,0.020Al,0.0150N)由100t EAF冶炼,连铸成280 mm×360 mm坯,轧成Φ100 mm棒材。通过Gleeble-3800热模拟实验机研究了变形温度950~1150℃,变形速率0.1~10 s-1,变形量60%的单道次压缩钒微合金非调质钢48MnVS的奥氏体再结晶过程得出真应力-应变曲线,计算得出实验钢的动态再结晶晶粒尺寸模型和动态再结晶状态图。结果表明,钒微合金化非调质钢48MnVS变形温度越高,变形速率越低,则发生动态再结晶的形变储能越小,越容易发生动态再结晶。实验钢48MnVS的动态再结晶激活能为Qd=343.202 kJ/mol。 相似文献

利用Gleeble-1500热模拟压缩试验获得了26MnB5钢在880~1000℃、0.01~10s-1、最大变形55%条件下的真应力-真应变曲线,研究了26MnB5钢在试验条件下的动态再结晶行为.结果表明:26MnB5的真应力-真应变曲线在高温、低应变速率条件下出现明显峰值点特征,意味着样品发生了动态再结晶;26MnB5再结晶程度和奥氏体晶粒均匀度随温度的增加或应变速率的降低而提高,而晶粒平均尺寸则表现出先减小后增大的趋势;利用Johnson-Mehl-Avrami(JMA)方程可以建立26MnB5钢动态再结晶动力学模型,模型预测值与实测值基本吻合. 相似文献

本文利用热加工模拟试验机进行压缩试验,通过测定真应力—真应变曲线和观察试样淬火组织研究了在奥氏体区域的热变形工艺参数(T,ε,ε)对09MnNb钢的动态再结晶的影响,并且对其机理进行了探讨。建立了试验用钢的σ_p与Z参数之间的关系,绘制了热变形奥氏体再结晶图。为建立一种奥氏体再结晶图试验方法提供了重要的依据。 相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。 相似文献
