高速主轴滚子轴承运行时,其内部的动态摩擦力矩是决定轴承摩擦磨损、发热、温升及寿命等高速性能的关键技术参数之一。利用平衡力矩法原理,针对滚子轴承的具体结构特点和运行条件,研制一种高速主轴滚子轴承动态摩擦力矩测量试验机。该试验机可以在轴承不同游隙、不同转速、不同载荷等工况条件下进行动态摩擦力矩的测试,也可以用于监测轴承全寿命周期内各个阶段的动态摩擦力矩变化情况。该试验机测试结果与文献模型计算结果具有很好的一致性,验证基于平衡力矩法的原理测量高速主轴滚子轴承的动态摩擦力矩是可行的。  相似文献

针对微型轴承动态摩擦力矩极小、影响因素多、难以准确和长时期测量的问题,根据平衡力矩法的测试原理,利用高速电主轴驱动技术和采用精密天平测试技术,研制一种微型轴承动态摩擦力矩试验机。该试验机具有对轴承施加轴向预载荷、径向载荷、实时调整转速等功能,可以真实模拟微型轴承的具体工况,进而可以测得不同工况条件下运转过程中轴承内部的动态摩擦力矩。经实际试验和使用证明,该试验机简单有效、测量精度高,可以长时间进行测量,适合用于模拟分析不同工况条件下以及整个寿命周期内轴承内部的动态摩擦力矩。  相似文献

Friction can be a major disturbance to precision positioning. This study presents a method for improving positioning error in a linear motion rolling bearing based on ultrasonic oscillations. Experiments were conducted in which a single-axis linear motion rolling bearing was driven in a sinusoidal motion to simulate circular motion. Two ultrasonic actuators excited both the rail and the carriage of the guide to create relative displacements between raceways and rolling elements. The carriage of the linear motion rolling bearing was driven by a frictionless voice coil motor (VCM). The displacement of the carriage and the friction force were measured by a springless linear encoder and the VCM's current, respectively. The early stages of the experiments focused on several oscillating patterns, and their consequent impacts on positioning error during sinusoidal motion were investigated. Finally, the oscillating pattern that maximally improved the positioning error was proposed and tested. By applying the proposed pattern, the maximum displacement error, exhibited just after velocity reversal, was reduced by approximately 40%, while the average error was reduced by 26%.  相似文献

神经网络是一种具有非线性映射能力强以及自学习、自组织、自适应等优点的智能方法,非常适合于滚动轴承的故障诊断。针对滚动轴承是机械设备重要的易损零件之一,大约有30%的故障是由轴承损坏引起的,提出了基于神经网络的滚动轴承故障诊断方法。以滚动轴承小波分解后的能量信息作为特征,通过神经网络作为分类器对滚动轴承故障进行识别、诊断。实验表明,该方法对于滚动轴承的故障诊断具有良好的效果和应用价值,并可方便地推广到其他类似的诊断领域。  相似文献

为研究滚动轴承的动态特性和振动特性,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA中建立了滚动轴承有限元模型,对外圈固定,内圈施加压力和转速,实现了滚动轴承的显式动力学仿真,得到了滚动轴承的应力分布和动态响应。仿真结果表明,滚动轴承最大应力出现在滚动体与内圈和外圈接触处,滚动体的最大线速度和最小线速度分别出现在滚动体与内圈和外圈接触点上,滚动体受到的应力最大,保持架的应力变化最为剧烈。  相似文献

The friction torque and the operating temperatures in a thrust ball bearing were measured for seven different types of greases, including three biodegradable greases having low toxicity. These friction torque tests were performed using a modified Four-Ball machine.Rheological evaluations of the lubricating greases were made using a rheometer. Bleed oils were extracted from the greases and the dynamic viscosities were measured.In order to compare the performance of the lubricant greases in terms of friction, the grease characteristics were related to experimental results, showing that the interaction between thickener and base oil have strong influences in the bearing friction torque.  相似文献

Effects of the friction and dynamic backlash on the multi-degree of freedom nonlinear dynamic gear transmission system, which incorporate time varying stiffness, are investigated. Firstly, the relationship between gear central distance error and backlash is deduced and the dynamic backlash is defined, subsequently a multi-degree of freedom nonlinear dynamic gear transmission system is developed with dynamic backlash, friction and time varying stiffness. The nonlinear dynamic system is solved by the Runge-Kutta method. The results show that the friction force may enlarge the displacement magnitude and affect the high frequency parts significantly in frequency domain at low speed. But the RMS of the steady response is reduced on the effect of friction. The difference between the constant backlash and the dynamic backlash models is also discussed. The system may enter into previous chaotic motion due to the effect of dynamic backlash. Finally, no impact motion, single-side impact motion and double-side impact motion are also predicted in the new dynamic backlash model.  相似文献
