为了实现海底石油管道切割作业,采用均匀设计方法对水下金刚石绳锯串珠绳的耐用度进行了试验研究.使用MINITAB软件,建立了主要工艺参数对耐磨损率的多元线性回归方程,进行了回归分析,求得了绳锯耐磨损率较为精确的经验公式.进一步探讨了水下金刚石绳锯耐磨损率的工艺规律,为满足绳锯机设计要求,优化工艺参数提供了理论依据. 相似文献

针对机械零部件快速分拣需求,提出一种基于机器视觉与天牛须改进遗传算法(BAS-GA)的机械手分拣方法。该分拣方法首先对零件图像进行预处理,然后利用Sift特征匹配的图像识别算法提取零件图像,并使用仿射变换对目标零件定位。接着,对得到的零件位置建立数学模型,使用BAS-GA算法求解该数学模型,得到机械手的抓取路径,实现机械手的快速分拣。实验表明BAS-GA算法相对于模拟退火算法,遗传算法和一种改进蚁群算法都取得了较好的寻优效果。经过优化后的路径缩短了11%,说明该方法可有效提升机械手分拣速度。 相似文献

Management of the chips generated in diamond turning is often critical, because contact between chips and the workpiece can result in superficial damage to the finished surface. Controlling chip motion is not a trivial process as the proper positioning of an oil or air stream requires an understanding of the dynamics of a diamond turned chip and the machining parameters that affect it. Work has been performed to investigate the effects of cutting speed, depth of cut, tool geometry, tool wear, and workpiece material properties on chip motion and geometry. Utilizing radius of curvature data from cutting experiments, a parameter has been proposed that can be used to predict chip radius of curvature for a wide range of machining conditions. This chip curvature parameter, χ, exhibits a power law relationship with chip radius of curvature as a function of tool geometry, depth of cut, cutting speed, and both elastic and plastic properties of the workpiece material. 相似文献

Previous work [1] introduced the chip curvature parameter, χ, which is useful in predicting chip radius of curvature over a wide range of cutting speeds, depths of cut, tool geometries and workpiece material properties. To control chip motion, however, an understanding of the direction chips leave the tool/workpiece interface must also be obtained. Cutting experiments were performed investigating the influence of cutting speed, depth of cut, feed rate, tool path angle, tool geometry and tool orientation on the directional characteristics of the motion of diamond turned chips. Flow angle measurements obtained during cutting were found to remain within ± 10° of predictions from a simple geometrical model originally proposed for conventional machining. 相似文献

Analysing and sorting human chromosomes by flow cytometry is a powerful tool in the hands of the molecular biologist. Because of the large number of chromosomes analysed by flow, typically 105 for each sample, estimates of the distribution of DNA throughout the chromosome complement of an individual can be made to within three megabase pairs. Rearrangements of DNA in this size range can often be clearly seen and measured by flow cytometry in situations where it was not obvious by traditional cytogenetics. The production of enriched samples of a particular chromosome by flow sorting and the subsequent construction of DNA libraries has played an important part in mapping genes to particular hereditary diseases. Techniques now exist which allow the hybridization of a few thousand sorted chromosomes with characterized or uncharacterized DNA probes to give relatively quick answers about specific chromosome genes. The process of obtaining a sorted chromosome sample from a growing population of peripheral blood lymphocytes or lymphoblastoid cells is compared with other methods of achieving similar results in molecular biological terms. Advances in flow cytometric techniques, which include slit-scanning and hybridization of DNA probes in suspension, are likely to improve the enrichment quality of specific sorted human chromosomes. 相似文献

针对机械产品多元质量特性重要度排序的复杂性,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法和信息熵的模糊综合方法,以有效处理传统单一方法计算过程存在的主观性和模糊性问题。综合运用模糊理论和模糊层次分析法建立了多元质量特性重要度排序模型,用三角模糊数表示模糊比较判断的方法计算主观权重,并使用信息熵确定质量特性指标层的客观权重。应用模糊Borda方法组合模糊层次分析法和信息熵法进行排序,根据模糊Borda数值大小最终决定多元质量特性的重要度。通过具体实例验证了该方法的合理性和可行性。 相似文献
