This paper focuses on the problem of delay-dependent robust stability of neutral systems with different discrete-and-neutral delays and time-varying structured uncertainties. Some new criteria are presented, in which some free weighting matrices are used to express the relationships between the terms in the Leibniz-Newton formula. The criteria include the information on the size of both neutral-and-discrete delays. It is shown that the present results also include the results for identical discrete-and-neutral delays as special cases. A numerical example illustrates the improvement of the proposed methods over the previous methods and the influences between the discrete and neutral delays.  相似文献

In this article, delay-dependent stability criteria for linear retarded and neutral systems with multiple delays are proposed by employing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach and integral inequality. By the N-segmentation of delay length, we obtain more relaxed results on the delay bounds which guarantee the asymptotic stability of the linear retarded and neutral systems with multiple delays. Simulation results show that the stability boundary calculated by the proposed stability criteria are very near to the real stability boundary of the example systems. Moreover, it is shown that the proposed stability criteria are less conservative than several other existing criteria.  相似文献

This paper concerns the problem of the delay-dependent robust stability of neutral systems with mixed delays and time-varying structured uncertainties. A new method based on linear matrix inequalities is presented that makes it easy to calculate both the upper stability bounds on the delays and the free weighting matrices. Since the criteria take the sizes of the neutral- and discrete-delays into account, it is less conservative than previous methods. Numerical examples illustrate both the improvement this approach provides over previous methods and the reciprocal influences between the neutral- and discrete-delays.  相似文献

This paper concerns with the problem of asymptotic stability for neutral systems with timevarying delays. With the introduction of delay-decomposition approach, some new delay-dependent stability criteria are established and formulated in the form of linear matrix inequalities. Both constant time delays and time-varying delays have been taken into account. This paper investigates the exponential stability for a class of mixed delayed genetic regulatory networks by periodically intermittent control, mixed delays here include time-varying delays and finite distributed delays. Some sufficient criteria for exponential stabilization are derived by using mathematical induction methods and the analysis techniques. This paper focuses on the stability problem for a class of linear neutral systems with mixed neutral and discrete delays. A discretized Lyapunov functional approach is developed for such kinds of systems. The resulting stability criteria are formulated in the form of a linear matrix inequality (LMI). These criteria are applicable to linear neutral systems with both small and non-small discrete delays. For nominal systems, the analytical results can be approached with fine discretization. For uncertain systems, the new approach is much less conservative. Numerical examples show significant improvement over approaches in the literature.  相似文献

In the present note, stability of linear neutral systems with multiple delays is investigated. By principle of the argument, stability criteria are derived which are necessary and sufficient for asymptotic stability of the neutral systems. The stability criteria need only to evaluate the characteristic function and the argument on the boundary of a certain rectangular region. The stability testing problem for linear neutral delay-differential systems is addressed. By means of the concept of spectral radius, both delay-independent and-dependent stability criteria are derived. These criteria are also extended to the neutral systems with multiple time delays. The main results proposed here are better than those reported in the literature. Compared with the several existing stability criteria, the stability robustness bounds are significantly improved. 研究一类具有非线性扰动的时变时滞中立型系统鲁棒稳定性问题。基于直接Lyapunov Krasovskii泛函并结合自由权矩阵方法的分析方法,建立了线性矩阵不等式(LMI)形式的离散时滞和中立时滞均相关稳定性判据。与以往方法不同,在处理泛函导数时,该方法不包含任何模型变换和涉及交叉项的处理,只是通过引入相关项自由权矩阵,充分考虑各项之间的相互关系,降低了结论的保守性。最后,利用Matlab的LMI工具箱进行了的数值仿真, 算例仿真表明所提出的判据的有效性。  相似文献

针对单一和复合多时变时滞系统分别建立了稳定性的充分条件,结果的推导采用了拉什密辛(Razu-mikhin)定理结合代数不等式的方法,同时,本文提出了一些优化稳定性判据中参数的方法,所建判据既不依赖于时滞的大小也不依赖时滞的导数,故既适用于时变时滞系统也适用于常时滞系统或无无时滞系统,最后,给出了一些例子所提方法的应用,并比较文献中存在的结果。  相似文献

利用微分方程理论,将具有不确定性的中立型系统的稳定性问题转换为二个迟后系统的稳定性问题,这一转换可以大大减少稳定性讨论的复杂程度。通过引用迟后系统的相关研究结果,得到中立型系统时滞相关和时滞无关两类稳定性判据,每一类结果包括工程上实用的代数法和理论上具较小保守性的线性矩阵不等式(LMI)表示的判据。给出二个数值例子,并将研究结果与同类研究结果进行比较,算例表明,提出的转换方法是有效的。  相似文献

In this paper, a new class of augmented quasi full size Lypunov‐Krasovskii functional is introduced for the robust stability of uncertain neutral systems with mixed time‐varying discrete and neutral delays. The nonlinear parameter perturbations and norm‐bounded uncertainties are taken into consideration separately. Delay‐dependent robust stability criteria are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities. This paper discusses the problems of the delay‐dependent robust stability and stabilization of uncertain neutral systems with time‐varying delays. Delay‐dependent stability criteria are derived by taking the relationships between the terms in the Leibniz‐Newton formula into account. Free‐weighting matrices are employed to express these relationships, and they are easy to obtain because the new criteria are based on linear matrix inequalities. Moreover, the stability criteria are extended to the design of a stabilizing state feedback controller. In this paper, a class of stationary oscillation of interval fuzzy cellular neural networks (FCNNs) with mixed delays under impulsive perturbations are considered. Mixed delays include discrete time-varying delays and unbounded distributed delays. By establishing a simple Lyapunov function, using impulsive differential inequality techniques and LMI techniques, some new sufficient criteria are obtained to ensure the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of stationary oscillation of interval FCNNs. The obtained results can be checked easily by the LMI control toolbox in MATLAB. Moreover, the results obtained in this paper are useful in the application and design of FCNNs, since the sufficient criteria are simple and easy to check in practice. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained result.  相似文献

In this paper, the robust guaranteed cost output control for a class of uncertain neutral system with time-varying delays is considered. Based on Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional theory, some stabilization criteria are derived and guaranteed costs are given. Delay-dependent and delay-independent criteria are proposed for the stabilization of the system. Static output linear feedback control is considered to stabilize the uncertain neutral system. Linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach and parametrizing transformation approach are used to solve the stabilization problems. A procedure for the controller design is provided. Optimal guaranteed cost output control will be achieved when the optimization problem under LMI conditions can be solved. Finally, two numerical examples are illustrated to show the use of the results.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the exponential stability analysis problem for a class of neutral bidirectional associative memory neural networks with mixed time-delays, where discrete, distributed and neutral delays are involved. By utilizing the delay decomposition approach and an appropriately constructed Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, some novel delay-dependent and decay rate-dependent criteria for the exponential stability of the considered neural networks are derived and presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Furthermore, the maximum allowable decay rate can be estimated based on the obtained results. Three numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this article, we study the delay‐dependent stability of a class of hybrid neutral stochastic differential equations (NSDEs) with multiple delays which is highly nonlinear. Some novel stability criteria are investigated according to Lyapunov functions and generalized Itô's formula. This paper is concerned with the neutral‐delay‐dependent and discrete‐delay‐dependent stability for uncertain neutral systems with mixed delays and norm‐bounded uncertainties. Through constructing a new augmented Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional and proving its positive definiteness, introducing some slack matrices and using integral inequality, the improved delay‐dependent stability criteria are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities.
