The PMS and HCG doses by which to induce puberty and successfully use the first induced oestrus were tested in three experimental slaughter series on 197 prepuberal young sows. An injection of 500 International Units of PMS and 250 IU of HCG was found to bear greatest promise. While higher dosages gave higher rates of ovulation and, following insemination, higher numbers of embryos, pregnancy rates as a whole dropped severely. Since a very high percentage of all animals involved exhibited follicle stimulation, following such treatment, while only half of them displayed tolerance, it is strongly suggested to use for all animals deadline-oriented rather than toleranceoriented insemination.  相似文献

Four experimental series were applied to 342 prepuberal young sows to establish ovulation developments. Different periods of time were allowed to elapse between injection and slaughter. Injected were 400 IU PMS/200 IU HCG or 500 IU PMS/250 IU HCG. Onsets of ovulation were found to be highly differentiated and variable. Some of the animals had completed ovulation 72 hours after application of gonadotrophin, whereas in others had not even started 168 hours after such application. In the majority of all sows involved in the experiments ovulation occurred 96--144 hours from application of the gonadotrophis hormone. In other words, fertile semen should be present in the genital tract of sows in that period of time, if the concept of deadlineoriented insemination is followed.  相似文献

140 sows and gilts of Danish Landrace were inseminated twice per heat with an interval of approximately 24 hours. Half of the females had their first insemination with semen of Danish Landrace and their second insemination with semen of Yorkshire, the other half vice versa. 114 females became pregnant. At farrowing the number of offspring of Danish Landrace and/or Danish Landrace X Yorkshire per sow/gilt was registrated. The results have been set out in tables I and II, from which it can be seen, that 59% conceived only after first insemination, 18% only after second insemination and 23% after both first and second insemination. In the last group 52% of the offspring were from the first insemination and 48% from the second insemination. In the sows no increase in av. litter size after two inseminations was found. The results are discussed and apparent discrepancy with earlier results is explained with a presumbably existing competition in the female genital tract between sperms from two inseminations at different times in the heat, resulting in ageing of the first inseminated sperms.  相似文献

As no systematic study has been done to get an accurate estimate of the incidence of return to oestrus after first insemination in sows in the Netherlands, the objectives of this investigation were: 1) to obtain an estimate of the incidence of return to oestrus after insemination at the herd level; 2) to investigate the association between incidence of return to oestrus after first insemination and reproduction characteristics in order to get an impression of the economic importance of reproductive failure. These objectives were investigated by using the reproduction results of 240 swine breeding herds in the Southern Netherlands in 1987. This information was obtained from CBK plus computerized herd management records. The average incidence rate of return to oestrus after first insemination at a herd level was 16.9 per 100 first inseminations. The occurrence of return to oestrus after first insemination was distinctly higher in the insemination months July and August compared to the rest of the year. An increased incidence, with 10 returns per 100 first inseminations corrected for confounders in a multiple linear regression model, was associated with a decrease of approximately 0.3 live born piglets/sow/year. A prospective longitudinal study was started in 1988 and 1989 in 37 sow herds. Individual sows were monitored from weaning to first insemination, to the occurrence of return to oestrus, or not, after first insemination, and to farrowing. The following treatment was applied to 50 mature young sows in two experiments (22 and 28 animals) throughout 20 days: Turisynchron-Pr?mix (Turi.), 5 g/animal, and 750 IU PMS (Prolosan serum) 28 hours after Turi. In the first experiment. 250 IU HCG (Gonabion) were additionally injected to each of twelve animals 100 hours after Turi., while in the second experiment each of ten animals recieved 500 IU HCG 103 hours after Turi. The remaining animals of the two groups were used as controls. Inseminations took place 101 and 104 hours (fourth day) after Turi. in the first experiment and 125, 149, as well as 173 hours (fifth, sixth, and seventh days) after Turi. in the second. Onset of ovulation was brought forward to the sixth day after Turi. in response to 500 IU HCG by laparotomy performed in the mornings and evenings of the fourth through seventh days. Most of the controls and test animals with 250 IU HCG ovulated on the sixth or seventh day after Turi. Ovulation was stimulated by both HCG dosages, in comparison to the controls, which was established by slaughtering the animals between the seventh and twelfth days after Turi. The percentage of ovulations was higher among the test animals and that of ovarian cysts lower. Fertilisation of the second group was clearly better than that in the first where insemination had taken place two days prior to ovulation, that is too early. The latter results were secured by tubal douche and ovocyte tests.  相似文献

The influence of 0, 50, 500 or 5,000 ppm supplemental Zn on productive characteristics, weight change, and serum and organ mineral concentrations of 60 crossbred and purebred Yorkshire gilts was evaluated. Gilts were fed their respective treatment from 30 kg body weight until the completion of two parities. Sows fed 5,000 ppm supplemental Zn weighed significantly less than sows from the other treatments when killed. Serum alkaline phosphatase activity was higher for the sows fed the highest level of Zn in all replications at 10 and 14 mo of age than for sows from the other treatments. Sows fed 0, 50 or 500 ppm had lower serum Zn and higher serum Cu concentrations than sows fed 5,000 ppm Zn at 10 and 14 mo of age. The number of pigs farrowed (total and live) and birth weight were not affected by dam's dietary treatment. However, sows receiving no additional Zn had a higher number of abnormal pigs/litter than sows on the other treatments. Sows fed 5,000 ppm additional Zn weaned fewer pigs that weighed less at weaning than sows on the other treatments. The concentration of Zn in the sow's liver increased significantly and liver Cu decreased as dietary level of Zn increased. Sows receiving 5,000 ppm Zn had lower hepatic Fe stores compared with sows receiving 500 ppm Zn. Elevated renal Cu and Zn concentrations were found in sows fed the highest level of Zn supplementation. The Zn concentration was higher and the Cu concentration lower in the aorta of sows fed 5,000 ppm Zn compared with sows fed 0 or 50 ppm additional Zn. Incidence of osteochondrosis was higher in sows supplemented with 5,000 ppm Zn than for sows from the other treatments.  相似文献

Four farms that group-housed sows from about 2 weeks of lactation until weaning (G-farms) and 3 farms, used as controls, that kept the sows individually penned throughout the 5 to 6-week-long lactation period (C-farms) were compared in terms of pre- and post-weaning piglet growth rate and mortality, sow food intake and change in backfat thickness. Piglets from 169 G-farm sows and 136 C-farm sows were individually weighed at the time of grouping and weaning. In addition, some of the piglets were weighed 2 weeks post weaning. Piglet mortality was recorded during the pre- and post-weaning periods. Sow backfat thickness was measured at the time of grouping (at a corresponding time in the C-farms) and weaning, and sow food consumption was determined during the group-housing period. Piglet weight, growth rate and within-litter variation in growth rate did not differ significantly between the two groups during the group-housing and post-weaning periods. However, the pre-weaning growth rate varied considerably between farms. For multiparous sows during the group-housing period, piglet mortality was higher (p = 0.002) in the G-farm group (6.5%) than in the C-farm group (1.4%). However, for primiparous sows the corresponding piglet mortality was similar (p = 0.21) in the two groups. Significant between-batch variation in mortality during the group-housing period was noted within the G-farms but not within the C-farms. At the time of weaning, backfat thickness tended (p = 0.09) to be higher in the G-farm group than in the C-farm group. For primiparous sows the decrease in backfat thickness was similar (p = 0.37) in the two groups. By contrast, multiparous G-farm sows gained backfat during the group-housing period, whereas multiparous C-farm sows lost some backfat (p = 0.02). G-farm sows consumed 23% more food than C-farm sows during the group-housing period. These results indicate that productivity is lower in the group-housing system, mainly owing to the poor performance of the older sows.  相似文献

Sixty-eight case herds seropositive to porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) were compared to 128 seronegative controls in a double-blinded questionnaire survey. The study indicated no increased risk of PRRS seropositivity for herds using artificial insemination with semen from PRRS seropositive AI-stations. Also the herd-size was non-related to the risk of PRRS seropositivity, indicating that air-borne spread of PRRS may not have been a predominant feature in Denmark. Introduction of replacement breeding animals from seropostive breeding- and multiplying herds significantly increased the risk of a herd being PRRS seropositive, as did introduction of 25 kg pigs for feeding. PRRS seropositivity was in the farmers' opinions associated with abortions in sows, early farrowing, high postweaning mortality and low weight gain in fattening pigs. However, the reported frequencies of probelms were relatively low.  相似文献

Computer modeling is used to study the effect of electrical coupling between a myocardial zone where early afterdepolarizations (EAD's) can develop and the normal neighboring tissue. The effects of such coupling on EAD development and on the likelihood of EAD propagation as an ectopic beat are studied. The influence on EAD formation is investigated by approximating two partially coupled myocardial zones modeled as two active elements coupled by a junctional resistance R. For R values lower than 800 omega cm2, the action potentials are transmitted to the coupled element, and for R values higher than 850 omega cm2 they are blocked. In both ranges of R, when the electrical coupling increases, the EAD's appear at more negative takeoff potentials with higher amplitudes and upstrokes. The EAD's are not elicited if the electrical coupling is too high. In a separate model of two one-dimensional cardiac fiber segments partially coupled by a resistance R, critical R values exist, between 42 and 54 omega cm2, that facilitate EAD propagation. These results demonstrate that in myocardial zones favorable to the formation of EAD, the electrical coupling dramatically affects initiation of EAD and its spread to the neighboring tissue.  相似文献

The effect of daily or interval (every 3 d) feeding on body weight change, blood glucose and cholecystokinin (CCK) concentrations, immune function, and behavioral activity were determined during the gestation period of sows. Sows were fed a corn-soybean meal diet either 2 kg daily or 6 kg once every 3rd d (interval). Body weight changes for the 42-d trial period were not different (P > .05) between regimens. Blood glucose concentrations were similar before feeding (P > .05). Two hours after feeding, glucose concentrations increased in interval-fed sows but not in daily-fed sows (P < .05). Premeal plasma CCK concentrations were greater for daily-fed sows than for interval-fed sows (P < .05). The CCK concentrations in sows of both regimens increased after feeding above premeal levels (P < .05), and interval-fed sows exhibited higher concentrations than daily-fed sows (P < .05). Immune function as evaluated through mitogen-induced proliferation of T cells was greater in daily-fed sows than in interval-fed sows (P < .05). Daily-fed sows were more active overall and on any given day than interval-fed sows (P < .05) and thus seemed to expend more energy. Further, daily-fed sows exhibited higher levels of mouth-based activities (i.e., sham chewing, licking, appetitive and consummatory feeding behavior, and excess drinking) than sows restricted to consumption of one large meal every 3rd d. These indicators suggest that feeding motivation significantly affected overall performance of sows. This study emphasizes the need for evaluating the impact of feeding regimens and meal size on feeding motivation and, ultimately, on the well-being of the gestating sows.  相似文献

Male Wistar rats received 10% true digestible crude protein of varying quality (maize gluten (MK) = low protein quality; maize gluten + lysine, tryptophan, threonine, isoleucine (MK + AS) = high protein quality) for a period of three weeks. The trial was carried out to investigate the activity of the two enzymes leucine-arylamidase (LNA) and aminotripeptidase (TP) in the liver and the mucosa of the small intestine and that of alpha and gamma amylases and of total amylases in the mucosa of the small intestine in animals exhibiting differences in the functional state of their adrenal cortices (adrenalectomized animals (AE), normal rats (N) and animals receiving additional treatment with cortisol (KS). It was found that mucosal LNA and gamma amylase did not respond to functional changes in the adrenal cortex. Mucosal LNA had a higher activity if the dietary protein was of low quality and a lower activity if the protein quality was high. The level of liver LNA activity was significantly lower in N and KS animals than in AE animals. The highest activity of mucosal and liver TP was found in KS animals; it was lowest in N animals. Statistically significant differences brought about by changes in the quality of dietary proteins were only found to occur in the KS group. The activity of alpha amylase and total amylases was found to be lowest in N animals; it was significantly higher in animals of the AE and KS groups. Animals of the N and KS groups receiving MK + AS exhibited a significantly higher level in their alpha and total amylase activities than animals in the same group receiving MK. Here, the "permissive action" of glucocorticosteroids on metabolically active hydrolases is clearly evident. The pattern of mucosal LNA activity in the small intestine and that of gamma amylase may be regarded as further characteristic evidence for the digestive action of these enzymes. Liver LNA and liver TP as well as mucosal TP and alpha amylase acted like metabolic enzymes.  相似文献

We chronically catheterised 12 piglet foetuses and 11 sows to determine the changes in circulating concentrations of prolactin during the last 2 weeks of gestation. Prolactin levels were measured by homologous radioimmunoassay and were found to average 2.12 +/- 0.23 ng . ml-1 in the foetuses and 4.19 +/- 0.84 ng . ml-1 in the sows. Foetal concentrations of prolactin increased significantly during the time period of the study. There was no change in maternal concentrations over the corresponding time. Injection of 5 micrograms TRH into 7 foetuses increased the plasma concentrations of prolactin in 6 animals, produced no apparent change in the seventh foetus and did not affect maternal concentrations of prolactin. The magnitude of the maximum response of TRH of the younger foetuses (less than 107 days delta = 0.7, 1.3, 4.2 ng . ml-1) was substantially less than that of the foetuses prior to term (greater than 107 days delta = 6.4, 21.7, 27.5 ng . ml-1). Injection of saline and the haemorrhage of blood sampling produced no significant change in the initial concentration of prolactin. We conclude that prolactin is present in the circulation of the pig foetus, that it is produced endogenously in lower concentrations than in the pregnant sow and that the foetal responsiveness to TRH stimulation increases towards the end of gestation.  相似文献

This report describes the results of experiments with an inactivated oily vaccine containing per dose about 10(5.5) median tissue culture infectious dose (TCID50) of the Spanish strain of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) virus grown in porcine alveolar macrophages (PAMs). In order to evaluate the efficacy of the vaccine, two experimental infection routes were tested in sows; subsequent intranasal (i.n.) and intravenous (i.v.) (out of a total of 93 piglets born to 7 sows, 16% were mummified, 18.2% were weak and died within 48 h of birth, 37% were stillborn, 5.3% died between 2 and 7 days of age, 22.5% lived for more than one week) and intranasal alone (out of a total of 65 piglets born to 5 sows, 0% were mummified, 22.5% were weak and died within 48 h of birth, 40% were stillborn, 4.6% lived for more than one week). I.N. alone was selected to evaluate the efficacy of the vaccine because this is the natural route of infection. A number of experiments were conducted to test the immunogenicity of the vaccine. In general, after challenge with the homologous strain, protection in vaccinated sows was high (at least 70% of the piglets were born alive and healthy), whereas protection in unvaccinated sows was low (only 10% of the piglets were born alive and healthy). Vaccinated animals devoid of antibodies by immunoperoxidase monolayer assay (IPMA) at the time of challenge were still protected at experimental infection.  相似文献

We performed an experiment with 112 piglets, 32 growing-finishing pigs, and 12 sows during pregnancy and lactation to test the hypotheses that apparent total tract digestibilities of P and Ca as well as the efficacy of Aspergillus niger phytase in rendering phytate P available in pigs depend on pig physiological status. All pigs were fed diets with identical feedstuff composition either without or with added microbial phytase (Natuphos, 500 FTU/kg diet). The diets contained 6.2 g Ca, 4.8 g total P, and 3.7 g phytate P per kilogram, and intrinsic phytase activity of 120 FTU/kg. The digestibility of P increased by 8.3 percentage units when BW of pigs increased from 30 to 60 kg and then remained stable until 100 kg. Pregnant sows had a lower efficiency of P absorption than piglets and growing-finishing pigs. During lactation, the efficiency of P absorption was 3.4 percentage units higher than during pregnancy but was still 6.6 percentage units lower than for growing-finishing pigs. The efficacy of the phytase in generating digestible P decreased in the order or lactating sows, growing-finishing pigs, sows at the end of pregnancy, piglets, and sows at midpregnancy; the average amounts of generated digestible P were 1.03, .83, .74, .66, and .32 g/kg diet, respectively. The addition of phytase to the diet raised apparent Ca digestibility in the piglets and growing-finishing pigs (by 4.6 and 4.0 percentage units, respectively) but not in the sows. We conclude that in the formulation of swine diets the amount of phytase to be added should be tailored to the target category.  相似文献

Sows were randomly selected and assigned to either the Hurnik-Morris system (HM; n = 59) or a conventional gestation crate system (GC; n = 90) before breeding. The HM system provides housing for sows in small groups. All sows were bred to Duroc x Hampshire commercial boars. A common farrowing barn with 18 farrowing crates was used for the HM and GC sows. The HM sows had less (P<.001) backfat at farrowing. Average parity per sow (P<.046), lifetime number of pigs born per sow (P<.02), lifetime number of pigs born alive per sow (P<.02), and lifetime number weaned per sow (P<.045) were higher for sows housed in the HM system. The total number of sows removed from the GC system was higher (P<.025) than the number leaving the HM system. The higher parity level and lifetime production exhibited by the sows in the HM system indicates that this system supports greater longevity and may reflect the superior effect that this housing system has on animal well-being.  相似文献

Helminth prevalences in pigs in intensive production systems are often very low due to housing and management factors, and the present study was carried out to examine whether routine anthelmintic treatment in such herds can be replaced by coprological surveillance of the helminth status combined with anthelmintic treatment when necessary. After an initial examination, 25 out of 28 large herds of Danish sows (> or = 50 sows, production of fatteners) were found to have such light helminth infections that routine deworming could be replaced experimentally by coprological examination every 6 months of 10 weaners (10-12 weeks old), 10 fatteners (5-6 months old), 10 dry sows and 10 lactating sows. This coprological surveillance continued in 21 herds of the selected 25 herds for a 3-year period, while it was stopped immediately in one herd due to increasing Ascaris suum prevalences, and ceased after one year in three herds due to other reasons. A. suum was found in all but one of the 25 herds. The most heavily infected age group was the sows, in which the A. suum prevalence was consistently low in approximately half of the herds, while it increased slowly or rapidly in the other half. When this happened, treatment of the breeding stock was recommended which resulted in low prevalences for varying periods of time. Few farmers neglected the recommendations for some time or for all 3 years, which resulted in consistently high prevalences in the sows (e.g. 40-60%). The fatteners were in general more lightly infected with A. suum than the sows, and in approximately 3/4 of the herds the prevalence remained at a low level, while it fluctuated in the remaining herds. No weaners were ever found to excrete eggs, most likely due to unfavourable conditions for egg development in the farrowing pens. Throughout the study Oesophagostomum sp. eggs were found sporadically in the sows of two herds, and in a third herd, Oesophagostomum sp. was introduced after 2 years, probably due to close contact with a neighbour herd. Oesophagostomum sp. was not found in the remaining herds. Eggs of Trichuris sp. were found sporadically. In conclusion, it is recommended that veterinarian advisers evaluate the production systems before suggesting an anthelmintic routine. If helminth infections may be controlled by intensive management and housing alone, coprological surveillance combined with anthelmintic treatment when necessary may replace routine use of anthelmintics. If the surveillance reveals that the infection levels continue to be low unnecessary medication is avoided, and if the infection levels increase, the coprological data obtained can be used to optimize the anthelmintic strategy.  相似文献

Data were analysed from 710 couples who had been assessed to determine the effectiveness and the drawbacks of three different methods of insemination using frozen donor semen. Intracervical insemination (ICI) was the first method used when the women had no tubal disorder: 255 pregnancies were achieved in a total of 2558 cycles (10%). Intrauterine insemination (IUI) associated with ovarian stimulation resulted in 152 pregnancies over 966 cycles (16%). In-vitro fertilization (IVF) was proposed after approximately 12 insemination failures using either of the other methods or when the initial gynaecological examination had revealed abnormalities such as tubal occlusions; 48 pregnancies were obtained in 262 cycles (18.3%). The pregnancy rate using ICI was significantly higher when two inseminations were performed per cycle, compared with one insemination per cycle (12.3 versus 7%, P < 0.001). The number of motile spermatozoa per straw was correlated with the pregnancy rate when using ICI, rising from 9% with < 4 x 10(6) motile spermatozoa to 13.8% with 4-8 x 10(6) and 17.2% with > 8 x 10(6). No relationship was found between the number of motile spermatozoa and the pregnancy rate using IUI and IVF. The incidence of primary ovulatory disorder was higher among women whose husbands were oligozoospermic than among those whose husbands were azoospermic (19 versus 9%, P < 0.01), but ovarian stimulation improved the fecundity of subfertile women. The outcome of pregnancies was also analysed for the three methods. From these data, strategic plans have been proposed to maximize the pregnancy rate for women undergoing therapeutic donor insemination with frozen semen.  相似文献

Effects of body weight, condition score, ovarian cyclic status and insemination regimen on pregnancy rates were investigated in 164 Bos indicus heifers synchronised with norgestomet-oestradiol and pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin (PMSG). Oestrus detection techniques were also compared. Heifers were inseminated at either a fixed time (group 1, n = 83) of 48.0 +/- 0.2 h (mean +/- SEM) after implant removal or at 8.9 +/- 0.5 h after oestrus was detected (group 2, n = 81). Group 2 heifers that were not detected in oestrus by 72 h after implant removal were inseminated at that time. Oestrus was detected for the purpose of insemination using heatmount detectors. Tail-paint and oestrogen treated, chin-ball harnessed steers were used to compare the efficiency of oestrus detection. The probability of ovarian cyclicity increased with increasing body weight and condition score (P < 0.001). A higher proportion of heifers that were acyclic at the commencement of treatment, compared with cyclic heifers, were detected in oestrus at the time of insemination in the fixed-time inseminated group (P < 0.01). Analysis of covariance revealed that intervals from implant removal to oestrus were influenced by ovarian cyclic status (P < 0.01) and insemination group (P < 0.05). A higher pregnancy rate (% +/- SEM) was obtained in acyclic compared with cyclic heifers in the group 1 heifers (50.0 +/- 10 vs 28.1 +/- 6; P = 0.055) but not among the group 2 heifers (45.8 +/- 10 vs 49.1 +/- 7; P = 0.787). The probability of pregnancy was found to be associated negatively with body weight (P = 0.01) while a higher pregnancy rate was obtained in the group 2 compared with group 1 heifers (48.2% vs 34.9%; P = 0.093). The efficiency of oestrus detection was highest using heatmount detectors compared with tail-paint and chin-ball harnessed steers (90.7% vs 37.0% and 23.5%, respectively; P < 0.0001). We conclude that pregnancy rates can be increased in extensive environments when insemination follows oestrus detection using heatmount detectors compared with a fixed-time insemination. The fertility of heifers inseminated at a fixed time is influenced by ovarian cyclic status due to its influence on oestrus-to-insemination intervals.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To compare recombinant transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) spike protein, (SP) R2-2, with attenuated live virus (ALV) vaccine in sows during late pregnancy. ANIMALS: 13 TGEV-seronegative sows and their pigs. PROCEDURE: At prepartum weeks (PPW) 6 and 4, sows of groups 1 and 2 received ALV via the oral/intranasal (O/IN) route. At PPW 2, group-1 sows received ALV IM and group-2 sows received SPR2-2 IM. Group-3 sows received SPR2-2 IM at PPW 4 and ALV O/IN at PPW 2. Sows of group 4 (negative controls) were inoculated O/IN with mock-infected ST cell fluids at PPW 6 and 4 and IM with Sf9 cell lysates at PPW2 (n = 2), or IM with Sf9 cell lysates at PPW4 and O/IN with mock-infected ST cell fluids at PPW2 (2). Serum, colostrum, and milk samples were tested for antibody to TGEV, and a lymphoproliferative (LP) assay was done on blood mononuclear cells. Suckling pigs were challenge exposed with virulent TGEV. RESULTS: Sows of groups 1 and 2 had higher IgG and significantly higher antibody titers in colostrum; their pigs had significantly higher serum antibody titer. At challenge exposure of their pigs, LP responses of group-2 sows were significantly higher than those of sows in the other 3 groups. Mean pig mortality ranged from 43 (group 2) to 92% (group 4). Significant negative correlations were observed among litter mortality and sow LP response, colostral titer, and pig serum titer at time of challenge exposure. CONCLUSIONS: In sows vaccinated twice with attenuated live TGEV, the recombinant SPR2-2 administered IM may be comparable to ALV administered IM as a booster. The presented study was made to determine the factors influencing the fertility supporting effect of GnRH application at the time of insemination in a dairy herd with fertility problems. The metabolic parameters considered influencing conception results were milk yield, milk protein and milk fat and for blood parameters Urea, GOT and Bilirubin. The total effect of GnRH consisted in an improved pregnancy rate by 18.8% compared to the non treated control group. The improvement of pregnancy rate was observed mainly in groups with an adequate supply of energy at the time of insemination. Therefore the use of GnRH at insemination time is more successful, when milking test data and blood parameters are taken into account and indicate an equilibrated supply in energy. To explain these effects endocrinological regulation models are discussed.  相似文献
