膨胀发热型防缩孔剂各组分的作用及其实践效果

本文阐述全铝膨胀发热型防缩孔剂性能良好,BCF型膨胀发热型防缩孔剂热工特性测定与钢厂生产试验均表明,性能达到引进的Fcrrux702(2P)防缩孔剂水平,目前已在宝钢炼钢厂投入日常生产。     

B—1型硅铝膨胀型防缩孔剂研制

采用硅铁粉、铝粉配以膨胀石墨、高铝质填料等原料配制的“B—1型硅铝膨胀型防缩孔剂”。比现在市场供应的铝型防缩孔剂具有较高的发热值(10191千焦耳/千克),浇钢约19万吨钢锭。证实:钢锭头部不增硅,燃烧后的残体膨胀、不熔融、不结壳、钢铁头部保温良好,一次缩孔中心平坦,呈浅碟型。钢锭及钢坯低倍组织良好,吨钢成本下降。     

保温型防缩孔剂应用总结

保温型防缩孔剂是一种新型帽口保温材料，炼钢厂于１９９２年在高碳钢上试验，１９９４年通过公司鉴定，本文介绍了两年来钢厂的使用情况。     

炼钢模铸用防缩孔剂

所研制的炼钢模铸防缩孔剂是目前国内外浇钢普遍采用的钢锭头部覆盖剂,F_(11)和F_(22)防缩孔剂是属于第三代产品,具有发热值高和膨胀保温良好的性能。所用的原料主要是铝制品厂的废物铝灰,来源充足、产品价格便宜,使生产者及用户都获得了经济效益。     

钢包覆盖剂的应用与研究

通过对钢包覆盖剂的试验与研究，结果表明：新型的绝热保温型的钢包覆盖剂，保温效果明显，对操作环境的污染也明显减轻，是一种理想的钢水保温剂     

采用发热型防缩孔剂对钢锭质量的影响

(一)前言 自从1958年美国发明了以纤维和砂粒为基本原料的绝热板以来,各国竞相采用该项先进技术,从而逐渐取代了传统的以耐火砖(材料)衬砌的保温帽工艺,使钢锭头部的缩孔有较大程度的减少。由于采用了绝热性能优越的绝热板,钢锭顶部的散热量相对地增大。如果顶部没有保温层,则其相当于钢锭总散热量的25～30％。由此可见,钢锭顶部的保温随着绝热板的采用而显得更为重要了。 近二十多年来,钢锭顶部保温材料的发展大致如下:稻草之类的农弃物—→膨胀蛭石—→致密型防缩孔剂—→轻型防缩孔剂—→膨胀型防缩孔剂—→发热膨胀型防
