为满足多层电路对改性聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)薄膜厚度的精度及均匀性的要求,采用熔融流延工艺制备了改性PCTFE薄膜。通过设计正交试验,以料腔温度、挤出速度、拉伸速度为变量,设计3因素3水平实验9组。采用方差分析,分析不同实验条件下改性PCTFE薄膜的厚度,结果显示不同条件制备的薄膜厚度具有显著差异,以料腔温度265℃、挤出速度1.8m/min、拉伸速度1.7m/min制备的改性PCTFE薄膜,厚度为(0.045±0.003)mm,相对介电常数为2.2624,介电损耗为2.13×10~(–3),连续3批次改性PCTFE薄膜的厚度、相对介电常数和介电损耗的过程能力指数C_(pk)分别为1.04、1.05和1.09,可满足高频微波电路对材料厚度和介电性能的均匀性及一致性的要求。  相似文献

One of the most successful applications of multiple input multiple output control is the control of thickness in sheet forming processes including paper making and plastic film casting. While there are many similarities between film manufacture and other sheet forming processes, the physics differs from process to process. The choice of both process model and optimal control algorithm must reflect these differences. Here we consider how the basic physics of film manufacture a reflected in two classes of process models: phenomenological (interaction) models used in conventional gauge control algorithms and mechanistic models based on engineering science. Mechanistic models are more mathematically robust than purely statistical phenomenological models for some aspects of gauge control and may prove advantageous for other sheet forming applications.  相似文献

Systematic methodologies are developed for modeling and control of film porosity in thin film deposition. The deposition process is modeled via kinetic Monte Carlo (kMC) simulation on a triangular lattice. The microscopic events involve atom adsorption and migration and allow for vacancies and overhangs to develop. Appropriate definitions of film site occupancy ratio (SOR), i.e., fraction of film sites occupied by particles over total number of film sites, and its fluctuations are introduced to describe film porosity. Deterministic and stochastic ordinary differential equation (ODE) models are also derived to describe the time evolution of film SOR and its fluctuation. The coefficients of the ODE models are estimated on the basis of data obtained from the kMC simulator of the deposition process using least-square methods and their dependence on substrate temperature is determined. The developed ODE models are used as the basis for the design of model predictive control (MPC) algorithms that include penalty on the film SOR and its variance to regulate the expected value of film SOR at a desired level and reduce run-to-run fluctuations. Simulation results demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed film porosity modeling and control methods in the context of the deposition process under consideration.  相似文献

This work focuses on distributed control of film thickness, surface roughness and porosity in a porous thin film deposition process using the deposition rate as the manipulated input. The deposition process includes adsorption and migration processes and it is modeled via kinetic Monte Carlo simulation on a triangular lattice with vacancies and overhangs allowed to develop inside the film. A distributed parameter (partial differential equation) dynamic model is derived to describe the evolution of the surface height profile of the thin film accounting for the effect of deposition rate. The dynamics of film porosity, evaluated as film site occupancy ratio, are described by an ordinary differential equation. The developed dynamic models are then used as the basis for the design of a model predictive control algorithm that includes penalty on the deviation of film thickness, surface roughness and film porosity from their respective set-point values. Simulation results demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed modeling and control approach in the context of the deposition process under consideration.  相似文献

The method of In bilayer pre-deposition and penetrated nitridation had been proposed, which had been proven to have many advantages theoretically. To study the growth behavior of this method experimentally, various pulse times of trimethylindium supply were used to get the optimal indium bilayer controlling by metalorganic vapour phase epitaxy. The results revealed that the InN film quality became better as the thickness of the top indium atomic layers was close to bilayer. A following tuning of nitridation process enhanced the quality of InN film further, which means that a moderate, stable, and slow nitridation process by NH3 flow also plays the key role in growing better-quality InN film. Meanwhile, the biaxial strain of InN film was gradually relaxing when the flatness was increasingly improved.  相似文献
