JSP程序设计课程在“卓越工程师计划”中的实施

针对教育部提出的"卓越工程师教育培训计划"(简称为"卓越工程师计划"),在总结我院教学改革实践基础上,结合"卓越工程师计划"提出新的教学改革思路。通过JSP程序设计课程实践,证明该教学改革思路有很好发展空间和实践能力并对"卓越工程师计划"的实施和推广有一定的借鉴作用。     

Computer aided design education—The the more the education, the less the use

The use of computers does not at present fit comfortably into the world of the design engineer. To improve this situation, it is not the engineer but the computer that needs educating. The use of CAD requires a database combined with an engineering editor to allow evolutionary design. In the field of finite element analysis, CAD promises to save money while restoring the engineer to his proper position.     

浅海工程障碍磁特性仿真计算

以设置在浅海拍岸浪区中含有钢轨的筑城性工程障碍为研究对象,从钢轨的材料特性及磁特性的分析入手,应用定量地学的方法,建立起了这一特殊工程障碍的磁场正演计算模型.在仿真计算的基础上,提出了采用磁通门磁梯度探测方案对这一特殊工程障碍实施有效探测的具体方法及其关键技术参数.仿真计算的结果与实际测量的结果基本吻合,据此提出的设计方案在工程研制过程中得到了充分的试验验证.     

Pro/engineer在产品曲面造型设计中的实现与评估

以产品曲面设计评估技术要求为依据,从技术应用角度论述pro/engineer软件在产品曲面设计中的构建方法和检测手段。从而证明pro/engineer在产品曲面设计中的应用可缩短产品的设计过程。     

一种PSP工具的研究和实现

PSP定义了较完整的个体软件过程改进的框架.针对PSP过程数据的采集处理为工程师带来很多额外负担的情况,讨论在Eclipse平台上,自动搜集开发者的过程数据,把数据处理结果呈现给工程师,使开发者能方便地应用PSP过程,显著提高开发者的工作效率和开发质量.     

Client–vendor knowledge transfer in IS offshore outsourcing: insights from a survey of Indian software engineers

We use knowledge‐based theory to develop and test a model of client–vendor knowledge transfer at the level of the individual offshore information systems engineer. We define knowledge transfer in this context in terms of mechanisms by which an offshore engineer employed by a vendor can (a) gain understanding of their onshore client; and (b) utilize their knowledge for the benefit of the client. Over large geographic, cultural and institutional distances, effective knowledge transfer is difficult to achieve, although it is central to the success of many offshore outsourcing contracts. Our empirical test consists of a survey of vendor software engineers physically located in India but working on development projects for clients in Europe and the United States. The findings support predictions regarding engineer exposure to explicit and tacit knowledge: We find client–vendor knowledge transfer to the offshore vendor engineer to be positively associated with formal training and client embedment. We also test whether an offshore vendor engineer's inappropriate reliance on informal discussions in the offshore location hinders effective client–vendor knowledge transfer. Our result for this is mixed. Finally, we show differences between offshore engineers who have had previous onshore experience and those who have not. Client embedment is a potent driver of knowledge transfer when the offshore engineer has had previous onshore placement, while it acts to reduce inappropriate reliance on informal discussions for those that have not had an onshore placement.     

Computers,design & Monsanto

The growth of the partnership between the engineer and computer is traced as seen from the perspective of engineers within a chemical company. First the elements in the partnership are discussed, then the nature of the computing environment within Monsanto Company is reviewed and finally some of the software that arose as a result of the interaction between the engineer and the computer in this environment is viewed.

基于软件工程和系统工程的设计思想，利用可视化计算机编程语言MATLAB开发出热分析与热分析动力学检索与应用软件系统。系统应用于包括药物分析等各种热分析领域，结果表明，系统可靠、实用，适用于各种热分析来源中的数据处理。     

一种基于ModBus协议的工程师站通讯系统的建立

本文研究并建立了遵照开放系统互联模型(OSI模型)，并基于ModBus协议的工程师站通讯系统，通过此系统实现了工程师站在现场总线上对5条高速腈纶纺丝生产线同时进行在线实时监控的功能。     

基于功能的构件演化模型的应用研究

基于构件的软件架构技术是软件工程领域中新兴的软件设计技术,其中构件演化理论成为目前软件工程理论研究的热点问题。本文从构件的功能出发建立了基于功能的构件演化模型,分析了该模型的性质,并通过该模型建立了构件演化的判断条件和演化后软件系统的可达性判断方法。     

Computers and Cartography

Computer-aided plotting is turning the ancient art of cartography into an exact science. Today's geologist, civil engineer, city planner, highway engineer and government cartographer have turned to small computers and digital plotters for maps that in the past were produced entirely by hand. This movement to computer-aided cartography has yielded more accurate maps faster and at lower cost.     

一个基于多代码页的中文屏幕实时解释引擎的设计

目前,在计算机中汉字有多种代码页,汉字的多代码页并存现象将长期存在。为了实现汉字多代码页并存,需要汉字代码页自动识别技术的支撑。屏幕实时解释引擎是目前各种在线字典、词典以及教学软件的核心技术,此技术目前存在不能跨代码页,取词不全面、不正确等缺陷。本文主要针对以上情况,描述了采用汉字内码的代码页自动识别技术以及优化的自动屏幕取词技术的中文屏幕实时解释引擎的系统架构,并阐述了数据词典的设计以及在设计中采用的关键技术。对五百万汉字样本的测试中,应用此引擎的在线词典对有意义短字符串(不包括单字) 代码页的识别率可以达到99 %以上。     

Semantic Distance Measures

The measurement of information is potentially as important to an information engineer as the measurement of physical quantities is to a civil or mechanical engineer. This article introduces semantic measures, representing the distance between the meanings of two messages. We demonstrate one possible application by giving a small-scale example in which a semantic measure was used to retrieve information by meaning rather than by word-occurrence. The distance function between the meanings of two messages can be generalized to cover fuzzy meanings. A possible application, the processing of free responses to opinion polls, is described.     

Decision support systems (DSS) a new frontier for industrial engineering

A Decision Support System is an interactive computerized system that is designed for eady use by both the practicing manager and the industrial engineer/management scientist. It enables the user to express complex decision problems by permitting him or her to conduct a dialogue with the computer without the assistance of staff support. An industrial engineer can act as the “change agent” in introducing DSS in organizations as well as user it to perform his or her own functions.     

Why Johnny can't program [computing professionals]

Innumerate, illiterate, and overwhelmed, today's computing professionals ('Johnny') are torn between system design and program coding. Computing professionals must know vastly more now than they needed to know 40 years ago (1960s), but even then the field often distinguished between programmers and systems analysts. Meanwhile, Johnny must know too much to be at the same time a skilled programmer and a skilled system engineer. That is why he's overwhelmed. But Johnny's problem goes deeper. If he wants to be a professional programmer, he must learn on the job. Programmers have few trade courses to select from, many fewer than those available to carpenters, plumbers, and electricians. Further, very few professional courses will assist Johnny if he wants to become a straightforward, generalist, humanist, system engineer. Specialists such as computer system engineers and software engineers appear to dominate the field. No wonder Johnny has a problem. Let's move to give him the proper training to become whichever he wants to be: programmer or system engineer.     

Using natural language sources in model-based knowledge acquisition

This paper introduces a well defined co-operation between domain expert, knowledge engineer, and knowledge acquisition and transformation tools. First, the domain expert supported by a hypertext tool generates an intermediate representation from parts of authentic texts of a domain. As a side effect, this representation serves as human readable documentation. In subsequent steps, this representation is semi-automatically transformed into a formal representation by knowledge acquisition tools. These tools are fully adapted to the expert's domain both in terminology and model structure which are developed by the knowledge engineer from a library of generic models and with preparation tools.     

事务级形式验证技术及8051验证模型

提出一种基于事务的用于电路系统的形式验证方法(TBFV)．应用该方法，验证工程师可以在行为级对系统进行验证，无需了解设计的细节．为了对该方法进行示范，验证了8051的RTL级实现，并给出了8051指令集的TBFV模型．     

PSP支持RUP的应用研究

RUP（Rattonal Unified Process）是由Rational软件公司开发和营销的一种软件工程过程,它提供了如何在开发组织中严格分配任务和职责的方法.PSP是软件工程师个体软件过程改进的指导框架,它提供了一些度量标准、操作步骤和模板帮助工程师改进个人的软件工程技巧.在阐述PSP和RUP原理的基础上,探讨以PSP支持RUP,通过个人软件过程的改进,从而提高组织整体的过程改进效果,达到改善软件产品质量、提高软件开发效率的目的.     

Space Shuttle ground processing with monitoring agents

To ensure that all shuttle systems are ready for launch, KSC engineers monitor tens of thousands of telemetry measurements. This intense data monitoring occurs constantly during ground processing, peaking in the weeks leading up to launch. KSC engineers developed and deployed a software agent $the NASA Engineering Shuttle Telemetry Agent - to assist in this around-the-clock monitoring. NESTA acts as a software agent for the NASA engineer. For this discussion, we define an agent as rule - based, autonomous software that reacts to its environment and communicates results to a human $the NASA engineer.
