本文对目前国内油气田的生产管理现状进行了分析,构建了油气生产物联网系统的总体架构。油气生产物联网系统由三个子系统组成:采集与控制子系统、数据传输了系统以及生产现场监控与管理子系统。油气生产物联网系统可对生产动态进行实时监控.对生产信息进行统计分析,对生产工况实时诊断,并具备关键告警集中展现、设备资产在线管理、生产调度指挥管理等功能。另外还有环境监控、气体监测、防盗防泄漏监控、故障预簧、系统管理、数据管理、物联设备管理等功能。该系统的应州町使油气生产过程实现精细化、智能化管理,便于决策者及时、准确地划油气田生产进行决策,优化生产管理流程和组织结构,从而为油气生产的精细化管理奠定技术基础。  相似文献

文中描述了基于OPT的ERP软件中生产作业计划系统的设计与实现,给出了系统的信息流程图,详细描述了系统的实现步骤和一种动态调度仿真顺排算法,该生产作业计划系统通过识别瓶颈和对瓶颈资源的充分利用,并按瓶颈决定的生产节奏,对其上游工序实行拉动式生产,对其下游工序实行推动式生产,使生产中的物料流比较顺畅,减少了库存,从而真正提高了系统的有效产出。  相似文献

Under industry 4.0, internet of things (IoT), especially radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, has been widely applied in manufacturing environment. This technology can bring convenience to production control and production transparency. Meanwhile, it generates increasing production data that are sometimes discrete, uncorrelated, and hard-to-use. Thus, an efficient analysis method is needed to utilize the invaluable data. This work provides an RFID-based production data analysis method for production control in IoT-enabled smart job-shops. The physical configuration and operation logic of IoT-enabled smart job-shop production are firstly described. Based on that, an RFID-based production data model is built to formalize and correlate the heterogeneous production data. Then, an eventdriven RFID-based production data analysis method is proposed to construct the RFID events and judge the process command execution. Furthermore, a near big data approach is used to excavate hidden information and knowledge from the historical production data. A demonstrative case is studied to verify the feasibility of the proposed model and methods. It is expected that our work will provide a different insight into the RFIDbased production data analysis.   相似文献

This paper presents an algorithm based on Ant Colony Optimization paradigm to solve the joint production and maintenance scheduling problem. This approach is developed to deal with the model previously proposed in [3] for the parallel machine case. This model is formulated according to a bi-objective approach to find trade-off solutions between both objectives of production and maintenance. Reliability models are used to take into account the maintenance aspect. To improve the quality of solutions found in our previous study, an algorithm based on Multi-Objective Ant Colony Optimization (MOACO) approach is developed. The goal is to simultaneously determine the best assignment of production tasks to machines as well as preventive maintenance (PM) periods of the production system, satisfying at best both objectives of production and maintenance. The experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms two well-known Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithms (MOGAs): SPEA 2 and NSGA II.  相似文献

Production planning for flow shops, job shops and projects has attracted much attention in the OR literature. This is not so for the comparatively new production environment of post-mass production, wherein a variety of end-product models is produced on high productivity equipment. As this production environment becomes increasingly dominant in many countries with small markets like Australia and New Zealand, there is a growing urgency for an OR analysis of its complex planning and scheduling problems, This paper presents a planning procedure for balancing workload variations and WIP inventories for an existing multi-stage processing facility in a post-mass production environment with discrete planning periods. The methodology is based on a multi-criteria production planning model which allows the facility to move towards JIT-processing at each processing stage without a full JIT commitment for the facility.  相似文献

This study investigates the problems of operational flexibility, optimal production rate and production runs in multiple-item economic production quantity models under a rotation cycle basis. The production rate of each item and the system rotation cycle are crucial decision variables in this study. The unit production cost of each item is a function of its production rate. The relationship between the optimal total production cost and operational flexibility, which is affected by the unit production cost function of each item, is analysed. Sensitivity analyses have been conducted to evaluate the effects of operational flexibility on the individual parameters of the unit production cost function. Real world production planning is involved in optimizing different objectives while considering a spectrum of parameters, decision variables, and constraints of the corresponding cases. This comes from the fact that production managers desire to utilize from an ideal production plan by considering a number of objectives over a set of technological constraints. This paper presents a new multi-objective production planning model which is proved to be NP-Complete. So a random search heuristic is proposed to explore the feasible solution space with the hope of finding the best solution in a reasonable time while extracting a set of Pareto-optimal solutions. Then each Pareto-optimal solution is considered as an alternative production plan in the hand of production manager. Both the modeling and the solution processes are carried out for a real world problem and the results are reported briefly. Also, performance of the proposed problem-specific heuristic is verified by comparing it with a multi-objective genetic algorithm on a set randomly generated test data.  相似文献
