径向工作游隙是航空发动机主轴轴承的重要参数,将影响到轴承中的负荷分布、振动、噪声、摩擦力矩和寿命,所以对轴承径向工作游隙进行研究很有必要。考虑了工作转速、工作温度、过盈配合因素的影响,建立航空发动机滚动轴承的径向工作游隙计算方程,并分析了过盈配合、工作转速、工作温度对工作游隙的影响规律,为航空发动机主轴轴承初始游隙的选取和过盈配合的设计分析提供依据。  相似文献

针对薄壁角接触球轴承的径向游隙测量难点,改进X092型轴承游隙检测仪,增加弹性辅助定位支承,根据接触角与径向游隙的计算关系实现薄壁角接触球轴承接触角的测量。改进后的X092型轴承游隙检测仪的检测精度良好,可精确测量中小型薄壁角接触球轴承的径向游隙。该原理也可用于改进其他轴承游隙检测仪以增大其测量范围。  相似文献

A dependence of elastic deformation on the load in the linear contact of hardened steel parts obtained on the basis of experimental data is presented. A method for calculating the load in a radial roller bearing at various clearances and numbers of rollers, as well as with various arrangements of the rollers relative to the external load vector is described. It is shown that, at a regulated radial clearance, almost no vibration in the bearing resulting from load redistribution during its rotation occurs; the vibration increases proportionally to the clearance caused by wear. Some possibilities of reducing the vibrations are discussed.  相似文献

The purpose of the paper is to numerically investigate the sound characteristics of roller bearings operating under radial load. For the sake of simplifying the analysis, it was assumed that the roller bearings are infinitely long, a noise source due to pressure fluctuation of oil film is taken as a line noise source, and acoustic energy losses in the bearing are neglected. To obtain sound characteristics of the bearing, the rolling contact load and the sound pressure level distributions were calculated for various operating conditions, and the results were compared with each other. How much the bearing noise can be affected by the design parameters, such as radial clearance of the bearing, viscosity of lubricant, and the number of rollers was also investigated. The results and discussions of the present paper could aid in the design of low-noise roller bearings and to solve the noise problems related to such bearings.  相似文献

应用经典的滚动轴承理论和“切片法”的基本思想,以某大兆瓦风电机组齿轮箱输出轴轴承为例,采用Romax Designer工程分析软件,计算了圆柱滚子轴承不同径向游隙时的轴承内部载荷分布、接触应力、套圈滚道当量动载荷和寿命,分析径向游隙对轴承ISO/TS 16281寿命的影响。研究结果表明:径向游隙不仅通过对轴承内部载荷分布、接触应力和套圈滚道当量动载荷的影响而对寿命产生影响,还通过对寿命修正系数等因素的影响而对寿命产生影响。研究结果可为滚子类轴承的优化设计提供参考。  相似文献

Load capacity tests were conducted to determine how radial clearance variations affect the load capacity coefficient of foil air bearings. Two Generation III foil air bearings with the same design but possessing different initial radial clearances were tested at room temperature against an as-ground PS304 coated journal operating at 30000 rpm. Increases in radial clearance were accomplished by reducing the journal's outside diameter via an in-place grinding system. From each load capacity test the bearing load capacity coefficient was calculated from the rule-of-thumb (ROT) model developed for foil air bearings.

The test results indicate that, in terms of the load capacity coefficient, radial clearance has a direct impact on the performance of the foil air bearing. Each test bearing exhibited an optimum radial clearance that resulted in a maximum load capacity coefficient. Relative to this optimum value are two separate operating regimes that are governed by different modes of failure. Bearings operating with radial clearances less than the optimum exhibit load capacity coefficients that are a strong function of radial clearance and are prone to a thermal runaway failure mechanism and bearing seizure. Conversely, a bearing operating with a radial clearance twice the optimum suffered only a 20% decline in its maximum load capacity coefficient and did not experience any thermal management problems. However, it is unknown to what degree these changes in radial clearance had on other performance parameters, such as the stiffness and damping properties of the bearings.  相似文献

针对轴承的故障早期诊断和在线实时监测,提出了一种新型过约束平面并联三维力/力矩传感器。通过采用分支轴线均不过传感器中心的6条对称分布的测力分支,该传感器可同时测量轴承径向载荷和轴向力矩。根据静力学平衡方程,求解了其测量数学模型;基于传感器测量模型与性能指标分析了传感器性能,进而对其各结构参数进行优化设计。研制了传感器样机及其加载标定实验系统,开展了加载标定实验,得到了该传感器的测量精度。标定实验结果显示:传感器径向力测量精度为2.56%,力矩测量精度为0.92%,Ⅰ类误差为2.56%,最大Ⅱ类误差为2.29%。文中所做工作,为将该新型过约束平面并联三维力/力矩传感器应用于在线实时测量轴承径向载荷和轴向摩擦力矩奠定了基础。  相似文献
