The temperature dependences of the piezoelectric properties of (Bi4−yNdy)1−(x/12)(Ti3−xVx)O12 [BNTV-x, y (x = 0.01, y = 0.00–1.00)] were investigated for environmentally friendly lead-free piezoelectric ceramic resonators with low-temperature coefficients of resonance frequency, TC-f. The |TC-f| in the (33) mode improved with increasing concentration of modified Nd ions, y, and exhibited the smallest |TC-f| value of 77.4 ppm/°C at y = 0.75 (BNTV-0.75). The |TC-f| in the other vibration mode (t), was also investigated for the BNTV-0.75 ceramic, and a smaller value of 42 ppm/°C was obtained. The (t) mode of the BNTV-0.75 ceramic showed excellent piezoelectric properties: Qm = 4200, Qe max = 31 and TC-f = −49.8 ppm/°C. These properties are very similar to those of commercialized hard PZT ceramics for resonator applications. The BNTV-0.75 ceramic seems to be a superior candidate material for lead-free piezoelectric applications of ceramic resonators.  相似文献

(Pb0.87Ba0.1La0.02) (Zr0.65Sn0.3Ti0.05)O3+x mol% Y (PBLZST-x, x=0–1.25) anti-ferroelectric (AFE) ceramics have been prepared by the solid-state reaction process, and the effect of Y-doping on the microstructure and electrical properties has been investigated. When the Y content increases from 0 mol% to 1.25 mol%, the average grain size of the PBLZST ceramics decreases by more than 3 times (from 4.7 μm to 1.5 μm). The doping and grain size co-effects lead to a significant increase in the AFE-to-FE and FE-to-AFE phase transition electric field (EF and EA), and result in a decrease in the width of the double hysteresis loops. As the Y content increases from 0 mol% to 0.75 mol%, the EF increases from 53 KV/cm to 83 KV/cm and the EA increases from 35 KV/cm to 72 KV/cm. The large recoverable energy density of 2.75 J/cm3 and the high energy efficiency of 71.5% can be achieved when 0.75 mol% Y is doped. The results indicate that Y-doping is an effective method to modulate the average grain size and improve the energy storage performance of the PBLZST anti-ferroelectric ceramics.  相似文献

(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3xHfO2 [BNBT–xHfO2] lead-free ceramics were prepared using the conventional solid-state reaction method. Effects of HfO2 content on their microstructures and electrical properties were systematically studied. A pure perovskite phase was observed in all the ceramics with x=0–0.07 wt%. Adding optimum HfO2 content can induce dense microstructures and improve their piezoelectric properties, and a high depolarization temperature was also obtained. The ceramics with x=0.03 wt% possess optimum electrical properties (i.e., d33~168 pC/N, kp~32.1%, Qm~130, εr~715, tan δ~0.026, and Td~106 °C, showing that HfO2-modified BNBT ceramics are promising materials for piezoelectric applications.  相似文献

(K0.50Na0.50)0.97Bi0.01(Nb1-xZrx)O3 (KNBNZ) lead-free ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state sintering process. Their phase structure is dependent on the Zr content in the investigated range, and the ceramics endure a phase transition from pseudocubic to orthorhombic with increasing Zr content. Improved piezoelectric properties have been observed when the poling temperature is located at ~100 °C because of the coexistence of orthorhombic and tetragonal phases. Their dielectric and piezoelectric properties were enhanced by doping Zr, the ceramic with x=0.02 showing optimal electrical properties, i.e., d33~161 pC/N, kp~0.41, Qm~81, Tc~370 °C, and To−t~130 °C. These results show that the KNBNZ ceramic is a promising lead-free piezoelectric material.  相似文献

(CaBi4Ti4O15)1-x(Bi4Ti3O12)x (CBT-xBIT) Aurivillius phase ceramics were synthesized by the conventional solid reaction method. The evolution of the structure and the electrical properties of CBT-xBIT ceramics were systematically investigated. Due to the enhanced spontaneous polarization induced by internal stresses on the Bi2O2 layers in the CBT-xBIT structure, the optimal piezoelectric coefficient (d33 ~ 13?pC/N) was obtained in the ceramics with x?=?0.3 while exhibiting a relatively good thermal stability in the temperature range of 20–700?°C. The dc resistivity (ρdc) of the CBT-xBIT ceramics exhibited a higher value (≥?109 Ω?cm) at room temperature, and the tan δ value of CBT-xBIT (x= 0, 0.1 and 0.3) within the temperature range of 20–500?°C maintained stability as a result of the domain structure and point defect concentration in the ceramics. In addition, a distinctive double dielectric peak anomaly was observed in the εr-T curves of the CBT-xBIT (x= 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7) ceramics, and it plays a remarkable role in the thermal stability of the piezoelectricity of CBT-xBIT ceramics. As a result, such research can benefit high temperature practical piezoelectric devices.  相似文献

Crystallographic and electrochemical characteristics of ball-milled Ti45Zr35Ni17Cu3 + xNi (x = 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mass%) composite powders have been investigated. The powders are composed of amorphous, I- and Ni-phases when x increases from 5 to 20. With increasing x, the amount of Ni-phase increases but the quasi-lattice constant decreases. The maximum discharge capacity first increases as x increases from 0 to 15 and then decreases when x increases further from 15 to 20. The high-rate dischargeability and cycling stability increase monotonically with increasing x. The improvement of the electrochemical characteristics is ascribed to the metallic nickel particles highly dispersed in the alloys, which improves the electrochemical kinetic properties and prevents the oxidation of the alloy electrodes, as well as to the mixed structure of amorphous and icosahedral quasicrystalline phases, which enhances the hydrogen diffusivity in the bulk of the alloy electrodes and efficiently inhibits the pulverization of the alloy particles.  相似文献

Y2−xLaxW3O12 solid solutions were successfully synthesized by the solid state reaction method. The microstructure, hygroscopicity and thermal expansion property of the resulting samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and thermal mechanical analysis (TMA). Results indicate that the structural phase transition of the Y2−xLaxW3O12 changes from orthorhombic to monoclinic with increasing substituted content of lanthanum. The pure phase can form for 0≤x≤0.4 with orthorhombic structure and for 1.5≤x≤2 with monoclinic one. High lanthanum content leads to a low relative density of Y2−xLaxW3O12 ceramic. Thermal expansion coefficients of the Y2−xLaxW3O12 (0≤x≤2) ceramics also vary from −9.59×10−6 K−1 to 2.06×10−6 K−1 with increasing substituted content of lanthanum. The obtained Y0.25La1.75W3O12 ceramic shows almost zero thermal expansion and its average linear thermal expansion coefficient is −0.66×10−6 K−1 from 103 °C to 700 °C.  相似文献

Lead-free (Ba1−xCax)(Ti0.94Sn0.06)O3 (BCST) (x = 0.01-0.04) ceramics were prepared using a solid-state reaction technique. The effects of Ca content on the phase structure and electrical properties of the BCST ceramics were investigated. High piezoelectric coefficient of d33 = 440 pC/N, planar electromechanical coupling factor of kp = 45% and dielectric constant ?r = 6900 were obtained for the samples at x = 0.03. At room temperature, a polymorphic phase transition (PPT) from orthorhombic phase to tetragonal phase was identified in the composition range of 0.02 < x < 0.04.  相似文献

(Na0.52K0.45Li0.03)1−3xLax(Nb0.88Sb0.09Ta0.03)O3 (NKLLxNST) lead-free ceramics were prepared by normal sintering and their dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated. The X-ray methods indicate that the NKLLxNST ceramics with x≤0.003 present a pure perovskite phase at room temperature. The bulk density of NKLLxNST ceramics increases with proper amount of La2O3 contents, and reaches its highest value of 4.544 g/cm3 with the addition of 0.3 mol% La2O3. At x=0.003, remnant polarization Pr, piezoelectric constant d33 and planar mode electromechanical coupling factor kp of NKLLxNST ceramics reach the highest values of 37.80 μC/cm2, 346 pC/N and 40%, respectively, exhibiting excellent “soft” piezoelectric characteristics, demonstrating a tremendous potential of the compositions studied for device applications.  相似文献

The solid solutions LiCoO2-LiNi1/2Mn1/2O2-Li2MnO3 with higher Mn content have been prepared by a spray drying method between 750 and 950 °C and their electrochemical performances have also been characterized. The effects of the Li content on the structure and electrochemical performance of the samples have been studied. It was found that their lattice parameters a, c and V increase with the increase in Ni content and the decrease in Co content. The solid solutions xLiCoO2-yLiNi1/2Mn1/2O2-(1−xy)Li2MnO3 with x = 0.18, 0.27 and y = 0.2 have the largest discharge capacity, which is more than 200 mAh/g in the voltages of 3.0-4.6 V. It is believed that the optimum Co content x in xLiCoO2-yLiNi1/2Mn1/2O2-(1−xy)Li2MnO3 is between 0.2 and 0.3 in the charge-discharge voltage range of 3.0-4.6 V. The solid solutions xLiCoO2-yLiNi1/2Mn1/2O2-(1−xy)Li2MnO3 with x = 0.18-0.36 and y = 0.2 have the excellent cycling performance and the capacity retention attains to almost 100% after 50 cycles. Moreover, it is found that the discharge capacity gradually increases with the increment of cycle number especially in the initial 10 cycles. XRD showed that the layered structure has been kept all the time in 20 cycles, which is perhaps the reason why the sample has the excellent cycling performance.  相似文献

(1−x)K0.50Na0.50NbO3xBa0.80Ca0.20ZrO3 [(1−x)KNN–xBCZ] lead-free ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state method, and the effect of BCZ content on their phase structure and piezoelectric properties was studied. A coexistence of rhombohedral–orthorhombic phases was identified in the range 0.04<x<0.08. With increasing the BCZ content, their grain size becomes smaller, and their Curie temperature gradually decreases. An optimum piezoelectric behavior of d33∼197 pC/N and kp∼40.6% was demonstrated in the ceramic with x=0.06 because of the coexistence of two phases. As a result, the introduction of BCZ could further improve piezoelectric properties of KNN ceramics.  相似文献

Mg1−xNixAl2O4 (x = 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1) solid solutions have been prepared by combustion synthesis. After annealing the combustion synthesized powders at 1000 °C for 3 h single-phase Mg1−xNixAl2O4 was obtained over the entire range of compositions. The lattice parameter of Mg1−xNixAl2O4 gradually increased from 8.049 Å (NiAl2O4) to 8.085 Å (MgAl2O4), which certified the formation of the spinel solid solutions. All samples prepared by combustion synthesis had blue color shades, denoting the inclusion of Ni2+ in the spinel structure in octahedral and tetrahedral configuration. The crystallite size of Mg1−xNixAl2O4 was in the range of 35-39 nm and the specific surface area varied between 5.8 and 7.0 m2/g.  相似文献

In this work the microstructure and magnetic properties of Mn-Zn ferrites powders were investigated. MnxZn1  xFe2O4 powders where x = 0.2; 0.35; 0.5; 0.65; 0.8 and 1.0 were obtained by citrate precursor method. Citrate resin precursor was burned on air atmosphere at 400 °C for 3 h. Mn-Zn powders were calcined at 950 °C during 150 min under inert atmospheres: N2 and rarefied atmosphere. Thermal analysis of precursor resin, phase evolution and microstructure of Mn-Zn ferrites powders were investigated by TG, DTA, XRD and SEM techniques. The powders calcined under rarefied atmosphere show spinel cubic structure and contamination of α-Fe2O3, while powders calcined under N2 presents only the spinel cubic structure. Particle size was observed by SEM ranging from 80 to 150 nm. The magnetic properties were measured employing a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). It was observed that the saturation magnetization Ms increased with the increase of Mn content. The Ms of Mn0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 calcined on rarefied atmosphere and Mn0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 calcined on N2 was 23.31 emu g−1 and 56.23 emu g−1, respectively.  相似文献

Lead-free (1−x)(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Ti0.9Zr0.1)O3xBiYbO3 [(1−x)BCTZ−xBYO] piezoelectric ceramics in the range of BYO concentrations were prepared by the conventional oxide-mixed method, and the effect of BYO content on their microstructure, crystalline structure, density and electrical properties was investigated. A dense microstructure with large grain was obtained for the ceramics with the addition of BYO. The ceramics with x=0.1% exhibit an optimum electrical behavior of d33~580 pC/N, r~10.9 Ω, kp~56.4%, and tan δ~1.12% when sintered at a low temperature of ~1350 °C. When the measuring electric field is 40 kV/cm, the well-saturated and square-like PE loops for the ceramics were observed with Pr~12.2 μC/cm2 and Ec~1.83 kV/cm.  相似文献

yPb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3-(1 − x − y)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-xPbTiO3 (yPIN-(1 − x − y)PMN-xPT) polycrystalline ceramics with morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) compositions were synthesized using columbite precursor method. X-ray diffraction results indicated that the MPB of PIN-PMN-PT was located around PT = 0.33-0.36, confirmed by their respective dielectric, piezoelectric and electromechanical properties. The optimum properties were found for the MPB composition 0.36PIN-0.30PMN-0.34PT, with dielectric permittivity ?r of 2970, piezoelectric coefficient d33 of 450 pC/N, planar electromechanical coupling kp of 49%, remanent polarization Pr of 31.6 μC/cm2 and TC of 245 °C. According to the results of dielectric and pyroelectric measurements, the Curie temperature TC and rhombohedral to tetragonal phase transition temperature TR-T were obtained, and the “flat” MPB for PIN-PMN-PT was achieved, indicating that the strongly curved MPB in PMN-PT system was improved by adding PIN component, offering the possibility to grow single crystals with high electromechanical properties and expanded temperature usage range (limited by TR-T).  相似文献

Pr2O3-doped Ba0.85Ca0.15Ti0.90Zr0.10O3 (BCTZ-xPr) ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state method. A tetragonal phase is only observed in these ceramics, and the introduction of Pr2O3 decreases their sintering temperature without affecting negatively the piezoelectric constant. Enhanced ferroelectric properties were obtained in these BCTZ-xPr ceramics. The ceramic with x=0.06 wt% exhibits a good electrical behavior of d33∼460 pC/N, kp∼47.6%, εr∼4638, and tan δ∼0.015 when sintered at a low temperature of ∼1400 °C. As a result, the BCTZ-xPr ceramic is a promising candidate for lead-free piezoelectric ceramics.  相似文献

Nano-sized Ba1−xLaxTiO3 (0.00 ≤ x ≤ 0.14) powders were prepared by a coprecipitation method and calcined at 850 °C in air. The corresponding ceramics were obtained by Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) at 1050 °C. These ceramics are oxygen deficient and are marked as Ba1−xLaxTiO3−δ. Both powders and ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). The effect of lanthanum concentration on the densification behavior, on the structure and the microstructure of the oxides was investigated. Average grain sizes are comprised between 54 (3) nm and 27 (2) nm for powders, and 330 (11) nm and 36 (1) nm for ceramics according to the La-doping level. Powders crystallize in the cubic (or pseudo-cubic) perovskite phase. The structure of ceramics consists in a mixture of cubic (or pseudo-cubic) and tetragonal perovskite type phases. As the lanthanum content increases, the tetragonality of the samples decreases, as well as the grain size.  相似文献

According to consideration on the average radius of B-site cation of BiMeO3, we reported that the Bi(Mg0.5Zr0.5)O3xPbTiO3 compound at the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) of x=0.58 possesses a piezoelectric coefficient d33 as high as 306 pC/N. The optimal piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties near the MPB might be attributed to its lower lattice distortion, as described by change of FWHM value for {1 1 1}PC peaks. Furthermore, Bi(Mg0.5Zr0.5)O3xPbTiO3 displayed stable ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties over a temperature range from ambient temperature to above 160 °C, as exhibited by temperature dependence polarization and strain versus electric field curves and thermal depoling process.  相似文献

The phase transitions in (1−x)BaZr0.2Ti0.8O3xBa0.7Ca0.3TiO3 (BZT-xBCT) powders and ceramic pellets were studied. It is found that the phase compositions in the pellets are different from that in the powders, which may be caused by the stress in the pellets. The monoclinic phase exists near the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) in the ceramics. The piezoelectric coefficient (d33) measurement of the ceramics shows that the higher piezoelectric properties are corresponding to higher content of monoclinic phase.  相似文献
