A semi-empirical detector response function (DRF) model is established to fit characteristic X-ray peaks recorded in Si-PIN spectra, which is mainly composed of four components: a truncated step function, a Gaussian-shaped full-energy peak, a Gaussian-shaped Si escape peak and an exponential tail. A simple but useful statistical distribution-based analytic method (SDA) is proposed to achieve accurate values of standard deviation for characteristic X-ray peaks. And the values of the model parameters except for the standard deviation are obtained by weighted least-squares fitting of the pulse-height spectra from a number of pure-element samples. A Monte Carlo model is also established to simulate the X-ray measurement setup. The simulated flux spectrum can be transformed by Si-PIN detector response function to real pulse height spectrum as studied in this work. Finally, the fitting result for a copper alloy sample was compared with experimental spectra, and the validity of the present method was demonstrated.  相似文献

The formation of bromate,a classified potential carcinogen,is of great concern when disinfection processes are used for treating high-bromide drinking waters.Bromide-containing aqueous solutions with various additives were irradiated by ~(60)Co γ source.With a 2.0 kGy irradiation of N_2O-saturated solutions at initial bromide concentrations of 180.2μgl~(-1),416.9μgl~(-1),663.1μgl~(-1) and 823.9μgl~(-1).79.5%,84.0%,87.3%and 88.3%of bromide ions were transformed to bromate,respectively.Addomg CO_3~(2-)/HCO_3~- or NO_3~- ions into N_2Osaturated bromide solutions,the amount of bromate ions formed decreased with increasing concentrations of the additives.On the other hand,the bromate concentration was all below the detection limit of 1 μgl~(-1) whenever N_2O was not added to quench e_(aq)~- and H.The results indicated that γ-rays irradiation could be used as a disinfection process,instead of ozonation,to comply with upcoming more stringent regulations,especially in waters containing high concentrations of bromide.  相似文献

Trapezoidal shaping method is widely applied to pulse amplitude extraction in digital nuclear spectrometer system, the optimal selection of the shaping parameters can improve the energy resolution and pulse counting rate. From the view of noise characteristics, ballistic deficit compensation characteristics and pulse pile-up characteristics, in this paper the optimal selection of the trapezoidal shaping parameters is studied on. According to the theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the optimal choice of trapezoidal shaping parameters is similar to the triangle, the rise time is longer and the fiat-top width is shorter.  相似文献

The extraction algorithms for pulse amplitude and smoothing of energy spectrum have a great influence on energy spectrum of y-rays during the digital detection and analysis procedure. For a CdZnTe digital y detector system, different extraction algorithms for pulse amplitude and smoothing of energy spectrum are discussed in this paper. The results show that extraction of pulse amplitude using the first-order derivative method and smoothing of energy spectrum using the wavelet transformation method may obtain energy spectrum with good performance.  相似文献

介绍了HPXe探测器的特性、研究现状和应用前景。HPXe探测器可以在20~200°C的环境温度下稳定工作,也可以在强辐射环境下工作。在常温探测器中,HPXe探测器的能量分辨本领要优于NaI(Tl)、LaBr、BGO、CZT等探测器。HPXe探测器的研究工作已经比较深入,探测器设计中的一些关键问题,例如组分气体的比例、气体的压力、工作电压以及探测器的结构等已经得到解决。HPXe探测器在宇宙γ射线测量、核安全监测以及环境监测等方面有着很广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

硅光电倍增管(Silicon photomultiplier,SiPM)是一种新型的光电探测器件,由工作在盖革模式下的雪崩二极管阵列组成。利用GEANT4蒙特卡罗软件包对LaBr_3:10%Ce~(3+)、Na I(TI)闪烁晶体耦合SiPM测量γ射线能谱进行了细致的模拟,通过单色光LED光源照射SiPM,得到SiPM自身暗电流噪声经电子学放大后,与集成的盖革雪崩二极管之间的间隙引起吸收光子涨落对能谱的展宽。对模拟得到的662 keVγ射线能量分辨率进行修正,最后与实验结果对比能够很好地符合,还得到了一组对应闪烁晶体本征能量分辨率的程序参数Pr,s。结果验证了模拟程序设置的闪烁晶体与封装材料光学参数的合理性与可靠性,为闪烁体探测器设计提供了一套开发工具。  相似文献

针对国内中子测井所使用探测器探测效率不能满足实际应用的情况,采用~(241)Am-Be中子源和LaBr_3:Ce探测器在中石油公司一个放射性同位素中子测试井中对H、C、Fe等几种地壳元素进行了测量,并与现今测井常用的锗酸铋(Bismuth Germanium Oxide,BGO)探测器进行对比测量。测得的能谱结果对比发现,进行地壳元素测量时LaBr_3:Ce探测器比BGO探测器具有更高的能量分辨率,并且在相同外部测试条件下BGO探测器探测到Fe峰非常微弱。因此将LaBr_3:Ce探测器进一步应用到测井中的市场前景广阔。  相似文献

采用优选的封装材料及优化的工艺,将Φ1.5"×1.5"的LBC闪烁晶体与R6231-100光电倍增管直接耦合,并整体封装在铝合金外壳中,制成新型溴化镧闪烁晶体探测器。该探测器的能量分辨率为2.8%(~(137)Cs),在500 keV~1400 keV范围内能量响应的非线性为0.96%,脉冲幅度随探头方向的变化量为0.2%,在-30至+40℃范围内脉冲幅度输出的温度系数为-0.65%/℃。探测器除了来自于~(138)La的0.077cm~(-3).s~(-1)本底辐射外,还有来源于~(227)Ac及其子体的0.99cc~(-1).s~(-1)本底辐射。  相似文献

利用中国先进研究堆(CARR)热中子束流孔道首次开展了瞬发伽玛中子活化分析(PGNAA)实验。对NH4Cl、Si、Fe、Al等4种样品进行了辐照,同时采用HPGe、LaBr_3、BGO 3种探测器对样品进行实时测量,在瞬发伽玛射线的能量为0.002~10 MeV范围内研究了3种探测器在宽能区的能量线性、能量分辨率、探测效率等性能。  相似文献

In this study, the improvement in the removal of chlorobenzene (C6H5Cl) in the air was investigated by combining dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) driven by bipolar pulse-power with catalysts. Molecular sieve 4A (MS-4A) and MnO2/γ-Al2O3 (MnO2/ALP) as two kinds of catalysts were tested at different positions in a DBD reactor. Catalysts were located either in the discharging area between two electrodes, or just behind the discharging area (in the afterglow area) closed to the outlet. The results indicated that DBD reactor with a bipolar pulse power-supply produced strong instant discharge and energetic particles, which can effectively activate catalysts of MS-4A and MnO2/ALP located in the afterglow area to achieve the synergistic effects on effective fission of chemical bonds of chlorobenzene. It was considered that the gas-chlorobenzene and the chlorobenzene adsorbed on the catalysts were decomposed simultaneously.  相似文献

Hysteresis loss is one of the electromagnetic characteristics controlled by time evolution of magnetic field and current distribution inside the conductor. Brandt's method allows us to model the interaction of the conductor with an external magnetic field. Instead of the constant critical current density (Jc =CONST), the Jc scaling law from current-voltage (I-V) measurement is used to model the magnetization loop. By comparing the calculated results with the measured data, it is shown that the Jc scaling law, i.e. the deviatoric strain model, is not useful in a very low field. To solve this problem, the Kim model about Jc as a function of applied field has been applied in the low field case. This method can be used to predict the hysteresis loss of Nb3Sn filamentary strand.  相似文献

The thermionic vacuum arc (TVA) is a new type of plasma source, which generates a pure metal and ceramic vapour plasma containing ions with a directed energy. TVA discharges can be ignited in high vacuum conditions between a heated cathode (electron gun) and an anode (tungsten crucible) containing the material. The accelerated electron beam, incident on the anode, heats the crucible, together with its contents, to a high temperature. After establishing a steadystate density of the evaporating anode material atoms, and when the voltage applied is high enough, a bright discharge is ignited between the electrodes. We generated silver and Al2O3 TVA discharges in order to compare the metal and ceramic TVA discharges. The electrical and optical characteristics of silver and Al2O3 TVA discharges were analysed. The TVA is also a new technique for the deposition of thin films. The film condenses on the sample from the plasma state of the vapour phase of the anode material, generated by a TVA. We deposited silver and Al2O3 thin films onto an aluminium substrate layer-by-layer using their TVA discharges, and produced micro and/or nano-layer Ag-Al2O3 composite samples. The composite samples using scanning electron microscopy was also analysed.  相似文献

With the physical method of micro-gap gas discharge, OH. radicals were produced by the ionization of O2 in air and H2O in the gaseous state, in order to explore more effective method totreat the ship's ballast water. The surface morphology of Al2O3 dielectric layer was analysed using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), where the size of Al2O3 particles was in the range of 2 μm to 5 μm. At the same time, the biochemical effect of hydroxyl radicals on the introduced organisms and the quality of ship's ballast water were studied. The results indicate that the main reasons of cell death are lipid peroxide and damage of the antioxidant enzyme system in Catalase (CAT), Peroxidase (POD) and Superoxide dismutase (SOD). In addition, the quality of the ballast water was greatly improved.  相似文献

Ti-doped WO3 films were prepared by the mid-frequency dual-target magnetron sputtering method. The structure and electrochromic properties of the Ti-doped WO3 films were analysed by X-Ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, spectrophotometer, cyclic chronoam- perometry and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results indicate that the erystallinity decrease after the doping of titanium, the channels for ion injection and extraction increase, the responding speed with 5.1% titanium doped becomes faster, and its circle life increases more than four times compared with the undoped WO3 film. In the coloured state, the W-O-W bonds decrease, but the W = O bonds increase. Since the W-O-W bonds break down for Li+ ions' injection and more W = O bonds form, it is more convenient to inject Li+ ions into the Ti-doped film than undoped film because more W-O-W bonds break down in the coloured state.  相似文献

Copper nitride thin films were deposited on glass substrates by reactive direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering at various N2-gas partial pressures and room temperature. Xray diffraction measurements showed that the films were composed of Cu3N crystallites and exhibited a preferential orientation of the [111] direction at a low nitrogen gas (N2) partial pressure. The film growth preferred the [111] and the [100] direction at a high N2 partial pressure. Such preferential film growth is interpreted as being due to the variation in the Copper (Cu) nitrification rate with the N2 pressure. The N2 partial pressure affects not only the crystal structure of the film but also the deposition rate and the resistivity of the Cu3N film. In our experiment, the deposition rate of Cu3N films was 18 nm/min to 30 nm/min and increased with the N2 partial pressure. The resistivity of the Cu3N films increased sharply with the increasing N2 partial pressure. At a low N2 partial pressure, the Cu3N films showed a metallic conduction mechanism through the Cu path, and at a high N2 partial pressure, the conductivity of the Cu3N films showed a semiconductor conduction mechanism.  相似文献

Abstract The gas phase nucleation process of anatase TiO2 in atmospheric non-thermal plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition is studied. The particles synthesized in the plasma gas phase at different power density were collected outside of the reactor. The structure of the collected particles has been investigated by field scanning electron microscope (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and selected area electron diffraction (SAED). The analysis shows that uniform crystalline nuclei with average size of several nanometers have been formed in the scale of micro second through this reactive atmo- spheric plasma gas process. The crystallinity of the nanoparticles increases with power density. The high density of crystalline nanonuclei in the plasma gas phase and the low gas temperature are beneficial to the fast deposition of the 3D porous anatase TiO2 film.  相似文献

The effects of the E × B drift and ballooning-like transport on the edge plasma in EAST tokamak are investigated with a simplified fluid model. The simulation results show that the E × B drift and ballooning-like transport affect the plasma behavior. When the toroidal field is reversed, at the low field side the density is much larger and temperatures (both electron and ion) are lower, and the profiles of the density and temperatures become more symmetric. With the ballooning-like transport considered, the spatial ballooning-like distribution at the low field side is not very important, but the magnitude affects the ratios of the inner/outer particle flux and energy as well as the E × B drift. At the top of the scrape-off layer, the Mach number exceeding 0.3 for the normal toroidal field and approaching 0.2 for the reversed toroidal field in the simulation are obtained when the drift and ballooning-like transport are included in the model.  相似文献

为减少溴化镧[La Br3(Ce)]探测器固有放射性对低计数水平下测量的影响,探讨了一种参考法扣除La Br3(Ce)探测器固有本底谱。通过引入一个碘化钠[Na I(Tl)]探测器作为参考,并利用MC模拟得到两探测器的探测效率比,将屏蔽条件下La Br3(Ce)探测器能谱中的环境本底谱扣除,得到更准确的La Br3(Ce)探测器固有本底谱。实测能谱在扣除固有本底谱后,原本被固有本底谱影响的峰得到了恢复,有助于后续能谱分析中的定性和定量分析。  相似文献

Hα(Balmer-alpha), Hβ (Balmer-beta) and Hγ (Balmer-gamma) spectral line inten- sities in atomic hydrogen plasma are investigated by using a high-power RF source. The intensities of the Hα, Hβ and Hγ spectral lines are detected by increasing the input power (0-6 kW) of ICPs (inductively coupled plasmas). With the increase of net input power, the intensity of Hα im- proves rapidly (0-2 kW), and then reaches its dynamic equilibrium; the intensities of Hβ can be divided into three processes: obvious increase (0-2 kW), rapid increase (2-4 kW), almost constant (4-6 kW); while the intensities of Hγ increase very slowly. The energy levels of the excited hydro- gen atoms and the splitting energy levels produced by an obvious Stark effect play an important role in the results.  相似文献

Copper nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by 60Co-γ radiation with aqueous solution of cupric sulfate under inert nitrogen-purged conditions. Cu nanoparticles were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), laser particle size distribution analyzer (LSPSDA) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) techniques, respectively. The effects of solution system, pH, additive of surfactant and absorbed doses on the particle size and its distribution as well as stored stability of Cu naoparticles were investigated. High resolution TEM pictures showed the formation of homogeneous cubic-structured copper nanoparticles with different sizes depends on the synthetic conditions. This new kind of synthesis method shows the excellent stability, which may provide an efficient way to improve the fine tuning of the structure and size of copper nanoparticles.  相似文献
