设计教育对国民经济的发展有着重要的意义。该文指出当前我国高等设计教育中存在的一些问题,如设计人才选拔方法不科学、对设计基础重视不够、设计教育与设计实践脱节等。针对高等设计教育中存在的问题,从设计与人才、设计与基础、设计与文化、设计与科技、设计与实践方面,探讨如何提升高等设计教育的质量。     

单一的绿色:生态设计与设计“生态”

生态主义与生态设计都需要人们全面的反思。昂贵的"生态设计"、概念的"生态设计"、反人类的"生态设计"、反美学的"生态设计"都违背了生态设计的本义。从设计的概念来看,设计应该同时考虑客观、主观和主体间性3个方面;从设计的出发点来看,设计首先是为人的;从设计的方法来看,设计是一种丰富多彩的创造活动,它没有标准答案。在提倡生态设计的同时,还应保持良好的、多元共生的设计"生态"。设计应该是异彩纷呈的,不应只有单一的绿色。     

对铁路专用线EPC总承包设计工作的反思

从普光气田铁专线EPC项目管理角度,认真反思EPC模式下设计工作的经验教训,总结了设计企业在EPC设计管理中,要坚持“两个转变,五个设计”,即转变观念、转变角色、精准设计、精心设计、精细设计、动态设计、超前设计,不断切实解决设计、施工脱节问题,以达到缩短工期、降低投资、保证质量的目的。

大型公共建筑全寿命周期设计体系研究

剖析传统设计存在的弊端,坚持建筑性能与生态性能、经济性与艺术性相结合的原则,提出大型公共建筑全寿命周期设计理念,并与生态设计、可持续设计等方法进行对比分析;建立以可靠性与安全性设计、可施工性设计、工程系统寿命匹配性设计、全寿命周期费用优化设计、可维护性设计、可扩展性设计、防灾减灾设计、环境友好型设计和人性化设计九项目标为核心的大型公共建筑全寿命周期设计目标体系;构建大型公共建筑全寿命周期设计的集成分析路径由战略目标集成、工程系统集成、系统环境集成三个层次构成。为推动全寿命周期设计在大型公共建筑中的实施,制定了实施流程和EBS-OBS矩阵方法,并以某办公楼为例阐述了全寿命周期设计的实施步骤。     

Modeling of design iterations through simulation

Enhancing the scheduling of a design project can markedly reduce its total duration. However, accurately representing the schedule of a design project is complex, largely owing to that design activities generally depend on information about each other. That is, the design process involves many iterations across activities. Iterative dependency makes difficult defining the logical relationships among activities in the network and evaluating the duration of the project. This work applies a dependency structure matrix to identify design dependencies. Causes and various types of design iterations for a building project are presented. Additionally, an innovative simulation-based model is developed to incorporate the design iterations, deliverables and participants for generating a schedule of a design project. The proposed model can not only assess how design iterations affect the duration, but also evaluate the idle durations of the design participants to support the assignment of design tasks. Effectiveness of the model is demonstrated through its application to an example project.     

中日建筑抗震规范抗震设计比较

从宏观层面比较了中日建筑抗震规范的发展以及抗震设计和抗震计算方法。两国的抗震设计思路类似,都是采用两阶段的设计,但总体而言,日本的抗震设防标准要高于中国,而且第二阶段的设计易于实现和检查。同时日本的抗震设计方法比较多样化,它是第一个将基于能量的抗震方法写入规范的国家。通过本文的比较与分析,希望对中国的抗震规范编制和抗震设计有一定的借鉴作用。

数字化时代到来在各个方面影响并推动着中国工业设计的发展,从几个不同的方面论述了数字化带给工业设计的影响,寻找一些适合中国工业设计发展的道路,通过分析工业设计的一系列问题,指出在数字化时代中国工业设计发展的几个有利条件:丰富设计师获取信息的方式、设计展示的多样性、促进设计教育、导致设计的大众化.

Manipulating the flow of design information to improve the programming of building design

The increasing complexity of modern buildings and the use of fast-track methods of procurement systems has meant the expeditious and successful completion of the design phase of a project has become ever more important. This paper describes a research methodology that can help plan the building design process. Design models, based on data flow diagrams, have been developed to map information flows during the design of a modern building. These models are analysed using Steward's design structure matrix, which allows ordering of the tasks to produce schedules or design plans based solely on information flowing between design tasks. Traditional ordering is based on experience but modern complex projects require a more rigorous approach. Design is an inherently iterative activity and design structure matrix analysis reveals how to order most efficiently interdependent tasks and use estimates of design information further to improve the scheduling of design tasks.

Synthesis of artificial lighting to satisfy multiple design criteria

The illuminating engineering design process is concerned with the synthesis of lighting systems to satisfy a number of design criteria. In the past this process has been accomplished intuitively by the experienced designer and the resulting solution analysed against a limited number of design criteria using ‘lumen design’ techniques. This process has the advantage of being economical in terms of design time, but it ignores many recently developed quality aspects of lighting design. This paper describes a computer-aided approach to the lighting design problem, based on the multiple criterion design technique, that automatically synthesises design solutions based on both quality and quantity criteria of design.
