研究了Pb(Zr,Ti)O3/Terfenol-D(Tb1-xDyxFe2)合金叠层结构的磁电压特征.介电常数和磁导率随频率变化特征表明,复合样品的电-机械谐振和磁-机械谐振不在同一频率.电-机械谐振和磁-机械谐振均可以增强磁电耦合效果,电-机械谐振对磁电耦合的影响比磁-机械谐振的影响大得多.磁电压的相位差在电-机械谐振频率附近增加0.75π~π.在磁-机械谐振频率附近出现明显的突变.磁电压显示出中心线对称分布,样品的不同位置对磁电压输出的贡献不同.磁电压的不同分布是由于应变的分布方式和谐振模式造成的. 相似文献

我们致力于无线磁传感技术的研究,该技术基于磁致伸缩原理设计。在外加交变磁场中,磁性膜片受磁场激发产生磁矩,将磁能转换为机械能,并产生沿长度方向伸缩振动,即磁致伸缩。当交变磁场频率与磁性膜片机械振动频率相等时,磁片产生共振,具有最大振幅,此时振动频率为磁性膜片共振频率。当磁性膜片传感器表面负载质量发生变化时,其共振频率也会随之改变。由于磁性膜片本身是磁性的,其伸缩振动产生磁通,产生的磁通可由检测线圈检测,信号经放大后由外部仪器测定。磁弹性传感器中信号的激发与传送是通过磁场进行的,传感器与检测仪器之间没有任何物理连接,属于无线无源传感器。磁弹性传感器的无线无源特征使其在活体、在体分析、密闭容器中的无损检测等领域具有广泛的应用前景。如pH传感器、免疫传感器。 相似文献

以注塑机塑化部分位移传感器作为研究对象,分别采用传统电子尺和高精度磁尺作为注塑机的螺杆计量工具。在相同的工艺条件下,比较两种位移传感器的位移计量精度及由此得到的制品质量重复精度。考虑不同工艺条件对于位移传感器工作过程的影响,实验过程中采用了正交实验方法,针对螺杆预塑化量、螺杆转速、注塑速度和熔体背压4个相关工艺参数设定不同参数值进行实验方案的排列。实验结果比较了两种位移传感器的计量精度和工作稳定性,从螺杆位移高精度计量方面为提高精密注塑机制品重复精度探寻解决方案。 相似文献

Flexible polymer-based magnetoelectric (ME) materials have broad application prospects and are considered as a new research field. In this article, FeCoSiB thin films were deposited on poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene) (PVDF-TrFE) substrate by DC magnetron sputtering. The structure of PVDF-TrFE/FeCoSiB heterostructure thin films was similar to 2-2. Under a bias magnetic field of 70 Oe, the composites have a dramatically increased ME voltage coefficient as high as 111 V/cm⋅Oe at a frequency of about 85 kHz. The piezoelectric coefficient of PVDF-TrFE thin films is 34.87 pC/N. The surface morphology of PVDF-TrFE thin films were studied by FESEM, and the results of XRD and FTIR showed that the β-phase of PVDF-TrFE thin films was dominant. Meanwhile, the effects of different heating conditions on the crystallization and piezoelectric properties of PVDF-TrFE films were also studied. The flexible ME heterojunction composite has a significant ME voltage coefficient and excellent piezoelectric properties at room temperature, which allows it to be a candidate material for developing flexible magnetoelectric devices. 相似文献

ABSTRACT: A process chain for a magnetoelectric device based on porous InP will be presented using only electrochemical, photochemical, and purely chemical etching and the galvanic deposition of metals in high aspect-ratio structures. All relevant process steps starting with the formation of a self-ordered array of currentline-oriented pores, followed by the membrane fabrication and a post-etching step as well as the galvanic metal filling of membrane structures are presented and discussed. The resistivity of a porous InP structure could be drastically increased and thus the piezoelectric performance of the porous InP structure. In this paper we present a novel application of a conducting polymer, polyaniline, as a conductive filler for the development of isotropically conductive adhesives. We have developed isotropically conductive adhesives using protonic acid-doped polyaniline as the conducting filler in an anhydride-cured epoxy system. Fundamental material characterization like DSC, TGA and SEM of the samples was conducted to study their properties. Conductivity of these materials was measured by the four probe method while impact properties were studied by lap shear and drop tests. Samples were aged at 85°C/~100% RH for more than 500 h and the effects of aging were studied. Conductivity value of 10?3 S/cm was obtained at 25% PANI filler concentration. These results demonstrate the potential of such systems to function as isotropically conductive adhesives. 相似文献
