SrO对刚玉锆莫来石材料的性能与结构影响研究

对氧化锶的加入量对刚玉锆莫来石材料的性能与结构的影响进行了分析，认为不超过3％的氧化锶对于稳定氧化锆的结构，改善性能有利。而氧化锆的作用，是以其共晶体的溶解改善基质的组成与侵蚀后渣的成分，以提高粘度来降低渣的渗透侵蚀。     

Standards for determining the clinkering properties of coal

The replacement of State Standard GOST 9318-91 for the determination of coal’s clinkering properties (on the basis of the Roga method) by GOST R ISO 15585-2009 is assessed. It is shown that deficiencies of the ISO method limit the information that may be obtained. It is expedient to determine the clinkering properties of coal by the Roga method on the basis of the ISO 335:1974 standard.     

Predicting the yield of coke and its byproducts on the basis of elementary and petrographic analysis

It is established that the yield of coke and its primary byproducts may be predicted on the basis of elementary and petrographic analysis of the coal (batch) employed. The contribution of individual groups of petrographic components in the coal to the yield of coke and its primary byproducts is determined; coal from the Ukraine, Russia, and the United States is considered. The method developed for predicting the yield of coke and its primary byproducts on the basis of petrographic data is tested at PAO Alchevskkoks and ChAO Makeevkoks.     

Quantum-chemical assessment of the flotation activity of RNKh-3010 reagent

The flotation activity of RNKh-3010 reagent with respect to coal is assessed on the basis of quantum-chemical characteristics. Calculations by a semiempirical method indicate that the compounds in the reagent are strictly nucleophilic and may compete with water molecules for electrophilic adsorption centers of the coal surface. Flotation reagents may be selected on the basis of their quantum-chemical characteristics.

采用气浮+复合厌氧+移动床生物膜法处理噻黄隆生产废水.结果表明,处理后废水中的COD、苯类化合物、色度均达到国家规定的排放标准.在实验基础上探讨了该工艺的特性,为其在脲类除草剂生产废水处理中的应用提供实验依据.     

Classification of the mineral components of coal

The influence of mineral components of coal on their extraction and processing is studied. A classification of the mineral components for regular and commercial coal is proposed on the basis of the mineralogical composition.

Thermodynamic Analysis of the NRTL Model Using the Concentration Dependences of Excess Functions

Thermodynamic analysis of models of liquid solutions is carried out on the basis of the concentration dependences of excess functions. Using the energy balance plane, the applicability region of the nonrandom two-liquid (NRTL) equation is determined and constraints on the equation parameters are imposed.

Experimental study of two types of stripping breakup of the drop in the flow behind the shock wave

Results of an experimental study of two regimes of stripping breakup of low-viscosity liquid drops in the flow behind the shock wave in the range of Weber numbers from 200 to 8000 are reported. A phenomenological pattern of drop breakup is constructed on the basis of data on drop deformation and on the flow around the drop. A physical criterion of the change in stripping mechanisms of drop breakup is formulated.     

煤的化学族组成与煤的热解初探

煤的热解和煤的组成和结构关系密切,根据煤的化学族组成研究方法,将煤中有机物分为饱和分、芳香分,胶质、沥青质、碳青质和焦六组分,首先研究各单个组分的热解特性,找到其热解动力学模型,再在此基础上研究各族成分之间的影响规律,建立反应网络,求得反应速度参数,综合各步研究进行反应集总就可以得到整个煤的热解模型。由于此模型建立在化学族组成的基础上,化学族组成是在从分子水平对煤进行认识和研究,这样求得的煤热解模型机理清晰、预测准确性高、具有普适性,与以往的模型有较大的不同。在当前煤热解研究中,此种方法是一个较好的研究思路。     

Linear hexane isomerization over the natural zeolite based catalysts depending on the zeolite phase composition

A range of Pd-containing catalysts on the basis of mordenite–clinoptilolite rocks of different starting phase compositions is synthesized. Final phase composition and acidity of rocks change as the conditions of their dealumination are changed. The efficiency of catalysts synthesized is weakly influenced by change of mordenite component contents within 50–80%, and it is not inferior to the efficiency of the catalysts on the synthetic mordenite basis. The nature of active sites as trifunction ones and isomerization mechanism are proposed.     

Calculation of admissible amplitude of unevenness on the functional surfaces of special all-ceramic and metalloceramic structures

The problem of rational designing of ceramic and metalloceramic dentures is considered. The evaluation of the stress-strain state and the solution of the boundary inhomogeneous elastoplastic problem are used for determining the critical values of the amplitudes of all-ceramic cusps. The effect of the basis of the inhomogeneous structure on the changes in the angles of critical loads at which the prosthesis functions reliably up to the appearance of irreversible phenomena (cleavage of the ceramics, basis fracture) is estimated.
