Upgrading the traction power supply is an important task in developing railway power engineering. The Russian railway transport development strategy envisions updating power supply equipment, including the reconstruction of 763 traction substations, which will be very expensive. Power transformers are the main, and most expensive, apparatuses in traction substations. They account for more than 50% of the cost of substation equipment. Steps in increasing the operating life of power traction substations during upgrading the ac traction substations are described in the present article. Substation upgrading involves up-to-date equipment and technologies. The decision to replace or further use existing substation power transformers is primarily based on data on the real condition of transformers. The 25 kV alternating current power transformers traction substations operate with the high unbalanced current of windings. The current of the most loaded winding can possess double magnitude of currents in other windings, while the losses of windings differ by four times. A qualitative analysis of transformer operating life based on insulation wear for three traction substations is presented. The winding with maximum insulation wear is assessed on the basis of power consumption. In order to extend the operating life, windings need to be connected to neutral links of a traction substation. 相似文献

为了实时准确的补偿同相铁路负载侧的基波无功电流与谐波电流,使三相电源侧的功率因数为1,从而达到三相平衡。传统的方法是利用三角函数正交特性,用加法器,乘法器,积分器,锁相环来实现基波有功电流与无功电流的检测。虽能避免大量的矩阵与反矩阵的运算,使整个电路成本变低,易于实现,但由于单相锁相环特有的相位延时,使得在锁定电压会产生初期的相位偏差,加上低通滤波器固有的延时,严重影响了电流检测的动态性能。基于上述问题,考虑到均值滤波器特有的快速响应性能,文章提出一种基于Scott平衡变压器同相牵引供电模型下的负载基波有功电流与基波无功电流的改良检测方法,用均值滤波器来替代传统的低通滤波器与单相锁相环来锁定被测电压的相位与频率,从而使检测的基波有功与无功电流更加的准确,理论分析与仿真验证了该方法的可行性与优越性。 相似文献

针对电气化铁道牵引供电系统存在大量的负序、谐波、无功,以及相邻供电区段分相绝缘器引起的列车速度和牵引力损失等问题,基于既有V型接线牵引供电系统,提出了一套同相供电系统的改造方案。在分析综合补偿原理的基础上,提出基于无锁相环的电流检测方法,建立综合潮流控制器容量模型及电能质量模型,并采用双向互补瞬时比较PWM控制策略。多重化主电路结构及满意优化补偿控制策略的提出,改善了系统的技术经济性。理论推导和仿真结果验证了方案的正确性与可行性。 相似文献

提出了由一种YN-vd接线平衡变压器和平衡变换装置BCD(Balance Converting Device)构成的铁道牵引系统同相供电方案.平衡变换装置由2个电压型单相有源滤波器构成,用以补偿负载的无功和谐波电流,以及变压器2个副边绕组的不平衡电流.无论牵引负载的性质及负荷的分布情况如何,经过变换之后,变压器的输入侧都表现为三相对称的纯阻性负载.分析了系统的结构和工作过程,提出了单相有源滤波器的状态优化控制方法.以一列满载运行的机车为对象,进行了供电系统的软件仿真研究,仿真结果证实了系统结构和控制方法的正确性. 相似文献

地铁列车牵引直流电动机广泛使用24脉波整流机组提供的直流电源。本文分析了24脉波整流机组的工作原理,并利用MATLAB中的SIMULINK对24脉波整流机组进行了仿真分析,用傅里叶级数分析了交直流侧电流谐波。结果表明:采用24脉波整流机组,电流谐波含量大大降低,减少了对电网的污染,同时输出直流电压的纹波系数较小,从而体现了在地铁直流牵引供电系统中采用24脉波整流机组的优越性。 相似文献

高速铁路系统中的交-直机车和交直交机车混跑产生的高次谐波可能会引起牵引网谐振和谐波电流放大,影响高速铁路高速、重载的发展。针对目前高速铁路中的高次谐波谐振和谐波电流放大现象,对谐波电流的放大倍数进行理论推导。首次从数学公式方面推导了考虑滤波器在内的牵引供电系统的谐波模型。基于此模型以牵引网的谐波总畸变率为优化标准,10%畸变率为优化目标,对牵引供电系统中新型阻波高通滤波器接入在首端和末端的参数选择进行优化,提出一种有效选取滤波器参数的方法。研究结果表明滤波器电阻值选取较小时,对滤波器容量的要求越大。 相似文献

针对电气化铁路中存在的无功、谐波和负序等严重影响电能质量的问题,研究静止无功发生器(SVG)在牵引供电系统中的综合补偿作用.分析了SVG装置对牵引负荷的综合补偿原理,并提出了三相系统补偿电流的检测方法和综合补偿的控制算法,再结合我国路某一铁路牵引变电所的运行数据进行仿真分析,结果表明:SVG具有控制灵活、调节速度快、调节范围广、连接电抗小、谐波量小等优点,能够有效治理电铁中存在的电能质量问题. 相似文献

Issues of using an automated monitoring system for implementation of the principles of lean production in the traction power supply system of Russian railways are considered. As a result of analysis of the operational efficiency of existing systems of monitoring of railway infrastructure facilities from the point of view of the principles of lean production, unused capabilities of the monitoring systems were revealed. It is suggested to take advantage of these unused capabilities independently or in combination with other components. The efficiency of application of the suggested solutions is proven due to reduction of time for repair work, an increase in overhaul periods, an increase of reliability of the traction power supply system, and making the work time more effective of the maintenance personnel. The necessity of combining the principles of lean production is justified not only with the information monitoring systems, but with other modern management approaches and practices. Use of lean production technologies will permit reduction in the time for repair works, an increase in the overhaul periods, an increase in the reliability of the traction power supply systems, an increase in the efficiency of the work time of maintenance personnel. It can be expected that it will lead to a significant decrease in the range of repair work (will exclude the repair of units without defects) and an increase in the overhaul period. As a result, lean production will permit using smoothly not only the information monitoring system, but also other modern management approaches and practices. 相似文献

牵引供电系统是电力系统重要负荷,也是电力系统主要的谐波源之一。在研究牵引供电系统谐波传输特性和谐波对电力系统的影响时往往对牵引供电系统模型进行一定的简化,虽然具有一定的合理性,但是这样分析出来的结果与实际结果相比必然存在一定的误差。针对牵引供电系统谐波分析模型不精确,利用PSCAD/EMTDC搭建了电力机车-牵引网-电网仿真模型,仿真研究了机车位置、机车数量和牵引网长度变化时牵引供电系统谐振以及电网总谐波畸变率的特性。仿真结果表明该仿真模型能更准确地分析牵引供电系统谐波特性,分析结果更加符合实际。 相似文献
