中厚钢板冷弯成型时脆性开裂原因分析

通过对 0 9CuPCrNi钢板冷弯开裂断面扫描电镜观察 ,结合开裂部位金相组织、夹杂、磷偏析等的综合分析 ,认为该钢冷弯开裂属偏析带脆性开裂。钢中存在的较强的磷偏析、层片状分布的MnS夹杂及表面微裂纹三者综合导致了弯背的脆性开裂。     

在Gleeble-1500动态热-力模拟机进行钢的高温力学性能研究

本文在Gleeble——1500动态热-力模拟实验机上,采用凝固法和加热法,对0.11%C钢在凝固后的高温力学性能进行了研究。发现两种方法获得的结果有很大差异,确认凝固法研究钢的液态模锻过程产生的热裂纹,与实际更接近。结果表明,0.11%C钢在凝固后至900℃的冷却过程中存在两个脆性区,即凝固结束后到1450℃和1000～1250℃。它们分别和钢在凝固点下凝固组织脆性或奥氏体晶界析出大量细小夹杂物而造成晶界脆性有关。     

20CrMnTi圆钢扩孔开裂原因分析

研究了20CrMnTi圆钢在经锻打、冲孔、辗压扩孔后外壁出现开裂的原因,从化学成分、显微组织、断口及裂纹形貌等方面进行分析。结果表明:工件在冲孔时由脆性夹杂物造成的小裂纹及边、心部出现的马氏体组织是引起开裂的主要原因。     

汽车车轮钢闪光对接焊成形开裂失效分析

对闪光对焊成型开裂失效的汽车车轮钢试样进行化学成分、显微组织、夹杂物SEM和焊接工艺分析。结果表明,开裂失效的汽车车轮钢化学成分符合标准要求,开裂试样焊缝区微观组织为F+P+B+W,断口为脆性和塑性开裂混合断口,汽车车轮钢闪光对接焊成型开裂的主要原因是焊接时工艺参数控制不合理、焊缝处存在非金属夹杂物、焊缝处组织粗大、组织不均匀,存在魏氏组织也会引起开裂,提出了预防措施。     

Q345E大H型钢-40℃冲击韧性偏低原因分析

对Q345E大规格H型钢时效方式研究后发现,时效对-40℃冲击韧性影响较小,并用能量法确定了该钢的低温脆性曲线,其脆性转变温度范围为-30～-40℃。冲击断口的金相组织分析、断口的宏观和微观形貌观察、夹杂物微观形貌及电子探针能谱分析表明,低温冲击韧性偏低的主要原因是严重的带状组织和钢中的非金属夹杂物。     

表面缺陷和夹杂物影响冷墩钢冷墩性能的比对试验

以比对试验为基础,运用断裂力学原理分析了表面缺陷和夹杂物对冷墩钢冷墩性能的影响,通过分析得知冷墩钢冷墩开裂的主要原因是钢材表面存在折叠、划伤、发纹等表面缺陷,冷墩变形时缺陷底部产生切应力集中且梯度较大,使变形局部化,造成脆性开裂。而夹杂物的弹性模量和缺口敏感系数较小,切应力集中不足以导致变形局部化,对冷墩性能的影响不显著。     

60 Si2 Mn热轧圆钢顶锻开裂原因分析

结合60Si2Mn圆钢母材和热顶锻试样裂纹宏观形貌和分布特征,利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对金相组织、脱碳情况及夹杂物进行了系统分析。结果认为:轧制缺陷是造成圆钢热顶锻开裂的主要原因,非金属夹杂物降低了钢材的塑形和韧性,加剧了裂纹的扩展程度。     

40Mn2圆钢热顶锻裂纹产生原因分析

分析了不同规格40Mn2圆钢热顶锻出现开裂的现象,根据圆钢母材和热顶锻试样裂纹形貌、裂纹分布特征及裂纹贯穿情况,结合金相显微镜对金相组织、脱碳情况及夹杂物进行系统分析研究。结果表明轧制缺陷是造成圆钢热顶锻开裂的主要原因,不同轧制缺陷引起的热顶锻裂纹其宏观和微观形态表现不同,根据热顶锻裂纹形态,可以识别缺陷产生原因。     

帘线钢中Als热力学计算与含量控制

酒钢生产帘线钢中脆性夹杂物检出率68.3%,经过热力学计算可知帘线钢冶炼过程中平衡酸溶铝含量约3ppm,而在线分析钢液中的酸溶铝含量为20~40 ppm,钢中脆性夹杂物含量高是由钢中酸溶铝含量高所致,为提升帘线钢质量必须控制炼钢过程酸溶铝的含量,杜绝含铝合金的使用。     

Q345B热轧带钢冷弯开裂成因分析

针对热连轧厂生产的Q345B冷弯型钢用钢带在生产矩形管过程中出现的焊缝开裂、热影响区压扁开裂和弯曲弧开裂问题,通过对Q345B带钢成分、组织、夹杂物、气体、硫偏析等检验、分析以及对焊接工艺研究,得出焊接工艺不合理是造成焊缝开裂和热影响区压扁开裂的主要原因;原料中夹杂物多、带钢中存在的孔洞(或微裂纹)是造成弯曲弧开裂的主要原因。通过改进焊接工艺、减少钢中硫含量和提高钙处理效果等提高了矩形管合格率。
