针对典型飞机结构的局部腐蚀环境开展了加速腐蚀环境谱及加速腐蚀试验方法研究,为了综合评定SEBF/SLF重腐蚀防护涂层涂装在典型飞机结构中的防腐性能,对该涂层与现役飞机典型涂层进行了对比试验.结果表明,与现役飞机典型涂层相比,SEBF/SLF重腐蚀防护涂层的抗环境腐蚀性有明显改进.  相似文献

简要阐述了飞机铝合金结构连接部位的腐蚀特点,采用加腐蚀试验方法研究了含有防腐涂层模拟件的腐蚀行为,在试验室条件下再现了服役期间飞机铝合金结构连接部位的腐蚀损伤历程,同时探讨了其腐蚀机理及其影响因素。结果表明,连接部位是飞机铝合金结构的腐蚀薄弱环节,是最容易出现腐蚀活性点和膜下腐蚀的区域,在腐蚀环境下连接部位缝隙处涂层最先出现鼓包和开裂,涂层剥落后金属基体有点蚀坑存在,随着腐蚀时间增加,点蚀向晶间腐蚀发展,最后出现剥蚀。  相似文献

通过金相显微镜对腐蚀的飞机机腹蒙皮材料进行金相检验,结合服役环境进行分析.结果表明,该飞机机腹蒙皮材料存在热处理不当,因此造成零件耐蚀能力降低,加上飞机结构特点和尾气高温促进了蒙皮腐蚀.  相似文献

腐蚀损伤是最常见的飞机结构损伤形式之一,会降低结构的剩余强度和耐久性。针对在役民用典型机型飞机易腐蚀结构,首先将腐蚀状态划分为5个等级;其次拟合遭受腐蚀的飞机结构剩余厚度递减函数,给出腐蚀状态转移概率矩阵,建立马尔可夫状态预测模型。最后收集某型飞机后货舱隔框腐蚀数据作为算例,预测了隔框结构在潜伏期之后的腐蚀状态。结果发现使用26个月之后,沿海地区飞机隔框结构腐蚀已达到三级状态。预测结果与工程实践相符,说明马尔可夫模型适用于飞机结构腐蚀状态预测。  相似文献

对某型退役飞机进行分解检查后发现其结构腐蚀十分严重,以某处不受力的铝合金结构为研究对象,进行细节结构的局部分解、清洗和检测;得到其腐蚀损伤尺寸、形态参数及其分布特性;基于统计分析获得的分布特性参数,考虑飞机结构实际服役过程中的随机性,建立服役环境条件下腐蚀损伤扩展的概率模型,经验证该模型可行。  相似文献

腐蚀对飞机寿命和安全的影响日益显著,综合考虑腐蚀条件下结构的耐久性和损伤容限,将有助于减轻结构的重量,使结构符合检修一体化要求,提高飞机的机动性和经济性。本文给出了腐蚀条件下飞机结构耐久性/损伤容限综合设计与分析方法,并建立了分析模型。该模型以腐蚀条件下随机耐久性分析为基础,补充了概率损伤容限分析,最后利用该模型对一实际结构进行了腐蚀条件下耐久性和损伤容限的综合评定。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In the present research work, the extruded nickel aluminium bronze (NAB) alloy is friction surfaced over cast NAB alloy as a repairing technique for the deteriorated marine components. The friction surfaced specimens were tested for their corrosion properties. The corrosion tests such as salt fog test, erosion–corrosion test and pitting corrosion test were conducted to investigate the corrosion behaviour of the friction surfaced NAB alloy. It is found that the accumulation of corrosion occurred due to the presence of a continuous network of the ΚIII-phase. The lower corrosion rate is achieved in friction surfaced NAB alloy compared to the base NAB alloy which is contributed by the corrosion resistant contents such as Al and Cu and also by the fine grain microstructure obtained during the friction surfacing process.

在Na2SiO3和NaAlO2为主成膜剂的硅铝复合电解液中,利用交流脉冲电源对AZ91D镁合金进行微弧氧化处理,研究主成膜剂含量的变化对微弧氧化过程及膜层特性的影响规律。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和膜层测厚仪分别研究了膜层的微观形貌和膜层厚度,通过电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试膜层在3.5%NaCl中性溶液中的耐蚀性能。结果表明,随着主成膜剂含量的增加,微弧氧化过程中起弧电压和终止电压均呈下降的变化趋势,而膜层耐蚀性则基本呈先增大后降低的变化趋势,膜厚的变化趋势与其耐蚀性一致;Na2SiO3含量的变化对膜层内部致密层和外部疏松层的耐蚀性均有影响,而NaAlO2含量的变化则主要影响膜层内部致密层的耐蚀性;适量的主成膜剂含量是获得致密耐蚀膜层的关键。  相似文献

Study of the individual mechanisms giving rise to the destruction of copper under cavitation in aqueous media An experimental method developed by the authors enables the overall destruction mechanism during cacitation corrosion to be subdivided into the two main components “mechanical destruction” and “corrosion”. With the aid of impressed current it is then possible in a defined way largely to control the ratio of the two components of attack. Mechanical sollicitation due to the successive formation and collapse of bubbles in the liquid corresponds to the pattern found in corrosion fatigue; the authors have indeed found the phenomenological pattern of corrosion fatigue in some systems (grain boundary attack by electrochemical action, glide line attack by mechanical sollicitation).  相似文献

采用CO2激光器在316L不锈钢表面熔覆Stellite-F合金,通过电化学方法研究了Stellite-F熔覆合金层在5wt%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:与316L不锈钢相比,与基材呈冶金结合的Stellite-F合金层自腐蚀电位较正、自腐蚀电流密度较小,无点腐蚀现象出现,耐海水腐蚀性能较好;研究发现,熔覆合金层物相主要由γ-Co固溶体与Ni3C、Cr23C6碳化物构成,在盐溶液中其腐蚀失效机制为选择性腐蚀,即固溶体合金相作为阳极被腐蚀浸出,碳化物相得到阴极保护暴露析出,同时固溶体相中的Co、Ni组分优先被腐蚀浸出,其余组分形成海绵状结构。  相似文献

Well‐tried methods of corrosion investigation and corrosion testing for aluminium materials and aluminium components The discussion about the term “reliability” concerning the application of aluminium materials in different fields indicated that environmental influences can handicap the reliability by corrosion damage. Therefore corrosion testing and the corrosion investigation are important because corrosion behavior of aluminium components is predestinated by the contact to other metallic materials. Special examples demonstrate which corrosion tests are suitable for aluminium materials. To prevent corrosion damage it is useful to have knowledge of the electrochemical properties. Accordingly these properties were explained and the peculiarities of aluminium in relation to other passive metals were discussed. In this discussion there are analogies to observe in current‐density potential diagrams of fluxless soldering aluminium alloys. Simular particularities were found at the anodization of aluminium in a chloride containing anodizing electrolyte. Pitting was only observed during the first period of anodizing under normal conditions. The current density potential diagram by potentiostatic polarization shows that in this chloride containing anodizing electrolyte anodized surfaces without pits are possible depending on the polarization potential. This operation offers new technical possibilities. Initiated by the particularities of aluminium the material‐specific methods of investigation were discussed in detail and alternative electrochemical polarization methods presented which are proved to be good for the investigation of aluminium. These methods together with physical and metallographic modes of operations allow new possibilities to estimate the corrosion risks and give instructions for the development of aluminium alloys.  相似文献

The effect of chloride ions on the corrosion behaviour of binary iron-nickel alloys in sulphuric acid solutions has been investigated using polarization resistance and potentiodynamic polarization measurements. A moderate inhibition effect of the chloride ions on the corrosion of these alloys has been found, which depends on the pH of the medium, as well as on the composition and the structure of the alloys investigated. It has been shown that the action of the chloride ions on the partial corrosion reactions is reflected by an inhibition of the cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction and by an activation of the anodic metal dissolution reaction, the first effect being stronger. Using atomic absorption analysis it has been established that no preferentional dissolution of the alloy components in the presence and in the absence of chloride ions occurs during the corrosion of the iron-nickel alloys.  相似文献
