研究了乙醇-水体系浸取银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的工艺条件,通过分光光度法测定黄酮的含量并计算它的浸出率。根据黄酮类化合物浸出率的计算结果,选用70%乙醇溶液为提取剂,并通过正交试验给出了黄酮类化合物的最佳浸出条件:浸取温度70℃,固液比1∶20,浸取剂pH=8,银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的浸出率可达到92.2%。 相似文献

对银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了研究,通过单因素试验和L9(33)正交试验,研究了浸取温度、乙醇含量和固液质量比对黄酮类化合物提取率的影响.结果显示温度是影响提取率的主要因素,最佳工艺为浸取温度80 ℃,乙醇的体积分数为70%和固液质量比1:7,银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的浸出率可达到923%. 相似文献

采用紫外分光光度法测定银杏叶中总黄酮的含量;通过单因素试验考察提取溶剂、料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度对银杏黄酮得率的影响,并用正交试验确定了银杏黄酮提取的最佳工艺;通过不同型号吸附树脂对银杏黄酮吸附效果的比较,确定了吸附树脂的型号,并考察了不同洗脱液的洗脱效果,筛选出最佳洗脱液。试验得到最佳制备工艺为:以50%乙醇为提取剂,料液比为1∶20,浸提时间为6.0h,浸提温度为90℃;以D101型大孔树脂对提取液进行吸附纯化,用30%乙醇进行洗脱分离。利用此工艺制备的银杏叶提取物中黄酮含量达35%,银杏酸含量低于5×10-6。 相似文献

研究了乙醇回流法提取银杏叶总黄酮的工艺条件。通过单因素实验考察料液比、乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度对银杏叶总黄酮提取率的影响,通过正交实验确定优化的提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶45(g∶mL)、乙醇体积分数50%、提取时间2.0h、提取温度70℃,在此条件下,银杏叶总黄酮提取率为0.918%。以优化的工艺条件为基础进一步运用微波辅助提取银杏叶总黄酮,发现在微波功率为640W时,采用间歇式提取,提取时间为15×10s,总黄酮提取率达到0.91%,接近传统方法提取3h的提取率。 相似文献

对用90%乙醇从银杏叶提取银杏黄酮的工艺进行了研究,得到最佳工艺条件为:采用5次水沉降除杂;在pH3~4条件下吸附;对吸附过树脂采用树脂重量的13倍水洗和7倍25%乙醇洗;树脂每吸附过3次再生1次;洗脱液经喷雾干燥得产品。在此最佳工艺条件下得到的银杏黄酮,黄酮含量大于26%,内酯含量大于6%。 相似文献

以银杏叶聚戊烯醇为原料,Span-80与Tween-80为乳化剂,采用反相乳化 (EIP)法,制备聚戊烯醇的水包油型纳米乳液,分别对影响聚戊烯醇纳米乳液性能的乳化剂的亲水疏水平衡 (HLB)值、乳化剂与聚戊烯醇的比例、搅拌时间、乳化温度和搅拌速度等因素进行单因素考察。并对搅拌时间、乳化温度和搅拌速度进行3因素3水平的Box-Behnken响应面分析。结果显示:当乳化剂HLB值为9.5,乳化剂与聚戊烯醇质量比为1.75:1,搅拌时间为12 min,乳化温度为60 ℃以及搅拌速度为17 000 r/min时,聚戊烯醇纳米乳液平均粒径最小,为97 nm,与模型模拟值 (92 nm)的RSD为2.7% (<5%),粒径分布系数为0.383,说明该模型模拟得到的最佳工艺参数对实际操作的预测较为可靠,具有一定的指导意义。优化后的聚戊烯醇纳米乳液的离心稳定性、贮藏稳定性、分散性以及冻融后分散性均达到1级,乳液呈现出良好的均匀性;而冻融后离心乳液会初现稠度不均的情况,即2级水平,并保持该状态。 相似文献

采用新近发展的蒸汽爆破技术对银杏叶进行预处理提取黄酮类物质,通过单因素实验,采用响应面法进行处理过程中的多因素组合的工艺优化,研究汽爆压力、汽爆时间、固液比对黄酮提取效率的影响,建立并分析了各因素与处理后黄酮提取率的数学模型。得到的优化条件为:汽爆压力0.38 MPa,汽爆时间235 s,固液比1∶15。与传统有机溶剂提取法相比,蒸汽爆破预处理使提取率提高了2.1倍。 相似文献

An efficient separation process of flavonoid from Ginkgo extract was developed in this study. Polyamide resin offered the fine adsorption capacity, and its adsorption rate at 25°C fitted well to the Langmuir isotherm. Dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments were conducted to optimize the separation process of total flavonoids from the Ginkgo extract. After one run, the content of total flavonoids increased from 24.0% to 55.0%. The method will provide a potential approach for large-scale separation and purification of flavonoid for its wide pharmaceutical use. 相似文献

The present study clarified changes in the contents of polar metabolites (amino acids, organic acids, saccharides, cyclitols, and phosphoric acid) in leaf senescence in Ginkgo biloba with or without the application of methyl jasmonate (JA-Me) in comparison with those in naturally senescent leaf blades and petioles. The contents of most amino acids and citric and malic acids were significantly higher in abaxially, and that of myo-inositol was lower in abaxially JA-Me-treated leaves than in adaxially JA-Me-treated and naturally senescent leaves. The levels of succinic and fumaric acids in leaves treated adaxially substantially high, but not in naturally senescent leaves. In contrast, sucrose, glucose, and fructose contents were much lower in leaf blades and petioles treated abaxially with JA-Me than those treated adaxially. The levels of these saccharides were also lower compared with those in naturally senescent leaves. Shikimic acid and quinic acid were present at high levels in leaf blades and petioles of G. biloba. In leaves naturally senescent, their levels were higher compared to green leaves. The shikimic acid content was also higher in the organs of naturally yellow leaves than in those treated with JA-Me. These results strongly suggest that JA-Me applied abaxially significantly enhanced processes of primary metabolism during senescence of G. biloba compared with those applied adaxially. The changes in polar metabolites in relation to natural senescence were also discussed. 相似文献
