以组合聚醚多元醇,液化4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(L-MDI)和1,4-丁二醇为原料制备了船舶舱室无溶剂地坪涂料。研究了异氰酸酯指数R值(异氰酸基与羟基物质的量比值)、扩链剂、填料等因素对力学性能和阻燃性能的影响规律。结果表明:该地坪涂料具有优良的弹性、强度,可满足船舶舱室地坪使用要求。 相似文献

综述了环保型聚氨酯固化剂品种、性能与应用,阐述了水性聚氨酯涂料分类、制备方法和改性研究以及聚氨酯粉末涂料和有机硅聚氨酯功能涂料的改性研究进展。讨论了聚氨酯固化剂中游离单体脱除的工艺和方法,建议采用聚合与高效分离技术相结合的方法降低聚氨酯固化剂中残留游离异氰酸酯单体含量。指出聚氨酯涂料的发展趋势为进一步完善高固体含量羟基树脂的制备技术,发展无异氰酸酯基的潮固化聚氨酯涂料,充分利用可再生的植物油制备无溶剂聚氨酯涂料。 相似文献

Historically, polyurethane coatings have been formulated as two-component organic solvent based systems. These polyurethane coatings provide room temperature cure characteristics as well as an excellent combination of abrasion resistance, flexibility, adhesion, chemical resistance and appearance. However, the coatings industry is under increasing pressure to reduce the environmentally undesirable emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC). One way of doing this is to replace some or all of the organic solvent with water. However, in the case of isocyanate crosslinked polyurethane coatings this is not a straightforward matter due to the fact that unmodified isocyanates are not only reactive with water, but are hydrophobic and non-dispersible. 相似文献

Summary Conventional monolithic polyurethanes have good mechanical properties, but they are porous, and posseses poor hydrolytic stability

this process extremely toxic and dangerous. Network non-isocyanate polyurethanes (NIPUs) are formed from the reaction between
cyclocarbonate oligomers (CCOs) and primary amine oligomers (PAOs). The authors of this paper are studying new types of NIPUs
based on acrylic and siloxane CCOs and dendro-polyfunctional siloxane PAOs. These investigations create the possibility to
develop high-level UV-stable coatings based on acrylic -dendro-amine systems, which are curable at room temperature, and their
most able siloxane-based systems that have good adhesion and mechanical properties. An advanced way of preparing thermo-stable

Siloxane-semifluorinated polyurethane coatings were prepared for robust underwater application. Initially, acrylic polyol (FS-GPTACP)-containing fluoroalkoxysilane (1H,1H,2H,2H-Perfluorooctyltrimethoxysilane) pendant group was synthesized by the free-radical polymerization method. Different weight percentages of polydimethylsiloxane (0, 10, and 20 wt %) were added to the polyol to tune the mechanical and the surface energy of the coating. Subsequently, this polyol mixture was cured with 4, 4′-methylenebis(cyclohexyl isocyanate) (H12MDI) to prepare a series of siloxane-semifluorinated polyurethane–urea hybrid coatings (APUS 0%, APUS 10%, and APUS 20%). The synthesized coating showed low surface energy, hydrophobicity with exceptional water, and alkali resistance. Moreover, the coating displayed excellent mechanical properties with low pseudobarnacle adhesion strength.
