叶片的外形设计和翼型的选择是影响风力机性能和产能效率最为核心的技术。提出了一种大型风能发电机组叶片再设计的原理和方法,对叶片模型进行剖析,寻找几何特征,探索制约叶片形状的基本因素,确定叶片截面参数计算公式,利用所开发的叶片翼型自动生成系统,完成了叶片的再设计,并得到了实际应用。结果表明:这种再设计方法满足产品设计需求。 相似文献

基于逆向工程的再设计是现代设计的一种有效新方法,虚拟设计有必要采用反求技术来充实它的设计方法和专家库系统。文章首先对机电系统进行基于逆向工程的系统设计分析,找到系统反求虚拟设计的集成化模型结构,并建立了系统反求虚拟设计的各个模型。然后,对系统中零件的实体反求虚拟设计的体系结构、零件三维模型重构的关键技术进行了研究,从而完成基于逆向工程的虚拟设计。 相似文献

This study presents the development of a grinding-drilling technique for an innovative bench-top drill that combines micro-EDM with grinding and drilling to fabricate micro-holes in optical grade glass. Firstly, a novel diamond-tool, made with copper-based sintered alloy, is designed and fabricated on-line into a harbor-shaped structure with a hollow shaft and negative back rake-angles. Constructed reverse co-centric micro-hole EDM-drilling and reverse w-EDM facilitate on-line machining of the diamond-tool, which can then be directly utilized to drill micro-holes in optical glass and quartz. Application of a load-cell that detects the drilling force in real-time, providing feedback for fine tuning the feed-rate of the tool is proposed. Experimental results show that excellent geometric and dimensional accuracy of micro-holes can be achieved. The estimated reasonable tool life is determined at a machining number of 30 times. The proposed grinding-drilling technique is simple, cost effective, and can significantly contribute to the precision micromachining industry. 相似文献

In the challenging implementation of the European Directive on Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), the different fractions of waste at the individual collection stations must be assigned to the collective schemes which perform the waste treatment for the producers of the products. An approach is developed which provides an assignment which is efficient and fair for all the involved actors, e.g. the producers, the municipalities, and the collective schemes. The most critical problems in the current reverse engineering (RE) are often related to data registration and hole filling. This is because no single scan image is sufficient to describe the entire object since most objects occlude themselves, and some scanned data is likely to be missing on the object. In this paper, we establish a registration and a hole-filling algorithm to solve this problem. The registration module is based upon the standard Iterative Closest Point (ICP) algorithm with some additional heuristics, which help to overcome the limitation of ICP requiring that one of the data scans must be a subset of the other. The aligned triangle mesh is still unsuitable for model reproduction since it often has missing data. The proposed hole filling algorithm reconstructs these missing data with the iterative manner and these data are then smoothed with their neighboring polygonal meshes.We have developed a dedicated system for reproducing a human head and shoulder by using the implemented polygon-based algorithms. The system quickly reconstructs the surface datails of human busts and produces the replica of 3D human model using 4-axis CNC milling machine. Some typical examples are presented to validate the system and further research work is also discussed. 相似文献
