某日用玻璃窑炉烟气采用NaHCO_3超细粉干法脱硫、高温布袋除尘和低温SCR脱硝工艺,在解决NaHCO_3超细粉储仓下料问题和输送管道堵塞等问题之后,实现较高的脱硫效率;干法脱硫后的烟气进入高温布袋除尘器除尘,滤料设计温度220℃,采用纯PTFE滤料,窑炉出口设计余热锅炉和旁路烟道用于控制除尘器进口的烟气温度;在布袋除尘之后采用SCR脱硝工艺,低温催化剂设计温度180℃。配套设计热风炉系统,对低温催化剂进行定期再生,结晶在催化剂上的硫酸氢氨在370℃左右升华,最大可能的恢复催化剂的活性。该系统自投运以来运行情况稳定,各项指标均能达标排放。 相似文献

The substrate specificity of Mycobacterium sp. G3 with desulfurization activity against dibenzothiophene (DBT) was investigated. Desulfurization reactions were carried out using a concentrated cell suspension of G3. The conversion from 4,6-dipropyl DBT, one of the sulfur-containing compounds that is difficult to desulfurize in diesel oil, to 2-hydroxy-3,3'-dipropylbiphenyl as an end -product of the desulfurization reaction was found in the water reaction system and in the oil/water two-phase reaction system. 4,6-Dibutyl DBT and 4,6-dipentyl DBT were metabolized to the hydroxybiphenyl form via the sulfone form in the water reaction system. These results indicate that G3 has high membrane permeability and superior substrate specificity for high molecular weight alkyl DBTs, which are represented by 4,6-dipentyl DBT as C10-DBT. Furthermore, G3 could desulfurize diesel oil, and the sulfur concentration was decreased from 116 mg l(-1) to 48 mg l(-1) within 24 h. 相似文献

Flue gas desulfurization (FGD) by means of SO2 absorption in seawater is a well-known process with a main drawback; due to the low S(IV) oxidation rate at the low pH values of the absorption tower effluent, a large oxidation basin is required. Laboratory reactor tests, in which a commercially available activated carbon was used, showed a significant catalytic effect. It is shown that the kinetic equation for the catalytic oxidation of S(IV), in seawater slurries of activated carbon, is first-order with respect to S(IV) and zero-order with respect to oxygen. The dependence of the kinetic constant with respect to pH, temperature, and catalyst size particles were also obtained. 相似文献

To remove sulfur compounds in petroleum, we isolated sulfate-reducing bacteria that could degrade dibenzothiophene in the presence of only nitrogen gas. Among the 19 strains isolated, some could grow in the presence of 10% (v/v) kerosene and of which two strains were identified as Desulfomicrobium escambium and Desulfovibrio longreachii. Gas chromatography of the ethyl-acetate extract of bacterial cultures, in which 10% or more of the dibenzothiophene initially present was degraded, gave five unknown peaks as the presumable degradation products. Thus, desulfurization of dibenzothiophene could be carried out without oxygen or hydrogen in a pathway different from the anaerobic one already reported, in which biphenyl is detected as the main product. 相似文献
