The characteristics of the high viscous crude from No. 1 Shuguang Zone of Liaohe Oil Field are similar to those of residue distillates of general crude such as high density(ρ 20=0·9977 g.cm-3),high viscidity υ 100= 1223·9 mm2.s-1) and high carbon/hydrogen ratio. This oil contains less wax, but rich in resin and asphalt, which belongs to low sulfur naphthene-base crude oil and can be used as feedstock to produce high paving asphalt. But now it is used as fuel after emulsificating. In order to make full use of this oil and resolve the problem of paving asphalt demand-supply, various paving asphalts conforming to GB50092-96 standard were produced by blending vacuum residue of the high viscous crude from No.l Shuguang Zone of Liaohe Oil Field and waste oil which is rich in aromatics and poor in wax. The laboratory test results show that modified paving asphalts have good low-temperature properties and antiaging feature.  相似文献

It contains no gasoline distillate and diesel yield is just 7.19%. And now it is only used as fuel. In order to make full use of this oil, the high viscous crude from No.1 Shuguang Zone of Liaohe Oil Field is evaluated comprehensively. And the properties of various distillates from the crude are analyzed and evaluated respectively. The results indicate that this oil contains less wax, but rich in resin and asphaltene, which belongs to low sulfur naphthene-base crude oil and can be used as feedstock to produce high paving asphalt. According to its characteristics, the optimum processing scheme is put forward and the high grade paving asphalts are produced by using the distillates higher than 350°C.  相似文献

The comprehensive evaluations indicate that this oil has no gasoline fraction and the diesel oil is only 7.19%. In addition, the lubricating oil distillate is not suited to produce lubricating oil and heavy oil is not good feedstock for catalytic cracking. However, the low wax and high resin, as well as asphaltene content, make it an ideal raw material for producing paving asphalt. The vacuum residue of this crude acted as base oil and three kinds of waste oil with high aromatics and low wax content were selected as blenders. Various brands of high-grade paving asphalts meeting GB/T15180-94 (China) specification were produced by blending method. The highly viscous crude oil from Shuguang No.1 zone of Liaohe oifield features high density,high viscosity and low wax content.It contains no gasoline fraction and its diesel oil fraction yiled is only 7.19%,which belongs to the low sulfur naphthenic stocks crude oil.Its heavy fraction is not suited for producing lubricating oil.Its heavy oil,whick contains more resins nd asphaltens and less wax,is not an ideal feedstock for catalytic cracking ,but is the ideal raw material for producing high-grade paving asphalt.Now this highy viscous crude oil is used as fuel oil after being emulsified in Liaohe oilfield,but its viscosity is so hight tha it cannot be atomized uniformly and burned completely,resuting not only in waste of oil resource but also in reduction of economical benefit.To make full use of this oil resource and alleviate the shortfall of high grade paving asphalt in China,various brands of asphal meeting Q/SHR003-1998 and ESSO specifications were developed by blending vaceuum residue of the said oil and a blending compo-net which are rich in aromatics and deficient in wax.The impct of blending component on proerties of blended ashalt has been investigated and road perfomances of these blended asphalts were studied.The labroatory test results show that the blended asphalts have good road performance and antiaging property.  相似文献

对辽河油田曙光一区高粘原油性质作了分析评价。结果表明,此原油粘度极大,凝点高,初馏点高,无汽油馏分,柴油馏分收率仅为7.19%,此原油不适合作为生产汽、煤、柴油的一般加工工艺的原料。但此原油蜡含量很低,胶质沥青质含量较高,属低硫环烷基原油,是生产重交通道路沥青的优质原料。  相似文献

In order to solve the problems related with processing low-quality Liaohe highly sour crude, the Liaohe Petrochemical Company has explored the possibility in optimizing the processing of highly sour crude by adopting different process schemes depending upon the properties of the highly sour crude. The Liaohe naphthenic-base crude oil with low freezing point is earmarked for manufacture of naphthenic lube oils and heavy traffic paving asphalt, while the extra-heavy Liaohe crude with high acid number is routed directly to delayed coking unit coupled with corresponding corrosion preventing measures, resulting in tackling the problem of equipment corrosion arising from refining of Liaohe highly sour crude to obtain light distillates from Liaohe heavy crude through a short process scheme.  相似文献

用辽曙原油作原料,选取炼厂贫蜡富芳废油作改性剂,通过减压蒸馏、加剂调和的简单工艺,研制出符合GB50092-96标准及中石化Q/SHR003-1998 1号高等级道路沥青标准的各种牌号的道路沥青,并就研制出的道路沥青与国内外四种沥青的性质作了比较。实验结果表明,调合沥青具有优越的低温性能和耐热老化性能。  相似文献

松江盆地白垩系发育大砬子组和长财组两套烃源岩。通过对烃源岩及原油进行常规有机地化分析和生物标志化合物测试,研究了烃源岩和原油的地球化学特征并探讨油源关系。有机地化分析表明,其白垩系烃源岩有机质丰度高,Ⅱ1-Ⅱ2型有机质,低成熟-成熟。大砬子组烃源岩生烃潜力大,长财组次之。生物标志化合物分析表明,白垩系部分烃源岩和原油遭受了一定程度的生物降解作用。长财组烃源岩可分为3类,第Ⅰ和第Ⅱ类生烃母质以高等植物为主,为偏氧化的淡水和微咸水沉积,第Ⅲ类伽马蜡烷和β胡萝卜烷含量丰富,为咸水环境沉积。大砬子烃源岩为咸化的还原环境沉积,生烃母质为混合源。经油源对比表明,长财组下段原油来源于长财组第Ⅰ类烃源岩,长财组上段原油来源于第Ⅱ类烃源岩,而偏还原的大砬子组原油来源于大砬子组上段烃源岩。  相似文献

A series of abietic monoester and amide have been prepared by esterification of abietic acid with long chain alcohol blend (Nafol 20+), polyethylene glycol (PEG 400, 600, 1000 and 4000) and hexadecylamine. The abietic diester derivatives were prepared by esterification of abietic-maleic anhydride adduct with Nafol 20+ only or polyethylene glycol-1000 and Nafol 20+. These reactions were carried out to prepare eight abietic acid derivatives. The products were purified and characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR analyses. The surface-active properties of these compounds were correlated with their effect on pour point and calorific values of crude oil. From the results, it has been found that the compound EA23-MN, which has the more negative value of ΔGad, exhibited maximum pour point depression and increases the calorific values of crude oil and some distillates.  相似文献

介绍了用荧光法测定稠油乳化HLB值的原理及操作方法。该方法共分 2步 ,第 1步测定待测油的乳化HLB值范围 ,第 2步测定待测油的乳化HLB准确值。在此基础上 ,用荧光法测定了辽河油田高 3 5 5 3井、高3 4 0 4 2井普通稠油及 5 6 30井超稠油的乳化HLB值 ,得到了相应的准确值。  相似文献

以高沥青质塔河稠油为研究对象,从中分离出沥青质,配制成模型油乳状液;从辽河、苏丹原油中分离出天然羧酸,考察原油中天然羧酸对塔河沥青质模型油乳状液稳定性的影响。 结果表明,天然羧酸可以起到类似于胶质的作用,通过对沥青质的分散作用,降低沥青质模型油乳状液的稳定性。 有机羧酸和烷基芳磺酸可以起到与天然羧酸类似的作用,而且烷基芳磺酸降低模型油乳状液稳定性的能力更强。  相似文献
