热连轧机板形板厚解耦控制的逆系统方法研究

提出一种解决热连轧机板形板厚解耦控制的逆系统方法；考虑热连轧机板形板厚的耦合性，在控制系统中加进一个“逆系统”，解耦线性化后，按照系统要求进行控制系统设计；在建立了热连轧机的非线性全量模型和线性增量模型基础上，分别构造了板形板厚解耦控制的非线性逆和线性逆解耦控制器，并用C语言编写了6机架仿真程序。通过仿真结果可以看出非线性逆的控制性能明显优于线性逆控制器。     

热连轧生产过程负荷分配分析

介绍了10套热连轧机的负荷分配,其中CVC4套,PC3套,常规3套,除两套是6机架热连轧外,7套为7机架热连轧机。定量且比较分析了从德国、日本引进的CVC、PC轧机与美国常规热连轧机,F1-F3与F4-F7的压下量分配是相同的,CVC、PC热连轧有很大的生产潜力。发挥热连轧机潜力建议两种方案:一是增大F4-F7机架的压下量实现控制轧制,提高钢带机械性能,二是用6个机架生产,增加一个换辊周期内的轧制卷数。     

热连轧机机液耦合系统振动特性

 现场测试信号处理结果表明某热连轧机存在机液耦合振动现象,为深入研究热连轧机机液耦合振动提供试验基础。以现场某热连轧机机液耦合系统为研究对象,建立其动力学仿真模型。通过数值仿真,证明该热连轧机振动开始加强时间与液压自动厚度控制系统投入运行时间存在依赖关系,并揭示了轧机伺服阀给定信号、液压自动厚度控制系统及补偿控制系统对热连轧机机液耦合系统振动的作用机制和影响规律,为深入研究轧机耦合振动及振动控制提供理论基础。
