覆盆子(树莓)既是水果也是中药材,但对其生物活性所知不多。对10种不同品种树莓提取物的体外抗氧化能力研究结果显示:总酚含量差异较大;总花青素含量差异不大;有较高的氧自由基吸收能力,但与前两项无正相关性;DPPH自由基清除能力与氧自由基吸收能力无正相关性,与总多酚含量呈现一定的相关性。 相似文献

在温度为60℃和9天时间内,在100g猪油中分别加入0.02g的乙醇、乙醚和乙酸乙酯的橙皮提取物和0.02g的二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT),测得猪油过氧化值(POV)依次为0.111、0.0966、0.0738和0.0835meq/kg。同样条件下,未加抗氧化剂的猪油POV为1.038meq/kg。这说明橙皮提取物对猪油有显著的抗氧化能力。乙酏乙酯的橙皮提取物抗氧化能力甚至优于BHT。 相似文献

电镜扫描分析,交变磁场下聚合硫酸铁晶体颗粒尺寸明显比非磁化PFS要大,应该是由于磁结晶效应。采用红外光谱、X射线衍射,确定了磁化作用并没有使PFS形成新羟基键化合物,排除其结构上的差异。而通过紫外光谱分析发现,磁化作用使Fe(c)含量减小,推断在交变磁场作用下,使得Fe3+水合离子化合物的束缚力增强,抑制Fe3+进一步生成Fe(c)这类高聚态化合物,从而使Fe(a)、Fe(b)这类低聚态铁离子水合化合物含量增多。 相似文献

采用超声波法提取大黄抗氧化物质,以DPPH法评价大黄抗氧化活性。结果表明,大黄抗氧化物质最佳提取工艺为:以70%乙醇为溶剂,料液比为1∶40 g/mL,超声提取2次,每次提取30 min;大黄抗氧化活性物质主要分布于石油醚和乙酸乙酯提取物,为该药材的开发提供参考。 相似文献

用 95%乙醇提取虎杖中的抗氧化物质 ,分别用 DPPH法、TBA法、碘量法测定其抗氧化活性 ,并研究了光、热、p H等因素对抗氧化物质的影响。结果表明 :虎杖提取物对自由基有很好的清除作用 ,且耐热、耐光性好 ,在酸性介质中可稳定存在。 相似文献

考察了紫草提取物在体外和体内的抗氧化活性。以合成天然抗氧化剂二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)和天然抗氧化剂α-生育酚(α-tocopherol)为对照,用OSI方法测定了紫草石油醚提取物和氯仿提取物在猪油中的抗氧化作用,并首次考察了二者对小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。结果表明,添加质量分数为0.1%的紫草石油醚和氯仿提取物,可分别使猪油的氧化诱导期由4.5 h延长至52.4 h和52.2 h。小鼠灌服紫草石油醚和氯仿提取物21 d后,其血清中SOD活性均显著高于正常组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而MDA含量显著低于正常组(P<0.05或P<0.01),表现出体内抗氧化活性,证明紫草石油醚和氯仿提取物具有较强抗氧化活性,可显著抑制猪油氧化,并可明显提高小鼠体内SOD的活性,降低MDA含量。该研究内容的新颖性,已为教育部科技查新工作站(G05)2008年2月28日出具的的第DHU2008-019号《科技查新报告》所证实。 相似文献

Thymus capitellatus Hoffmanns & Link is an endemic species of the Iberian Peninsula listed as near-threatened, due to its restricted geographical distribution, occurring mainly in Portugal’s mainland. In this work, we detail for the first time T. capitellatus extracts’ phytochemical composition, as well as an evaluation of bioactivities to point out potential health benefits. Aqueous decoction (AD) and hydroethanolic (HE) extracts were obtained, both rich in flavonoids. However, quercetin-(?)-O-hexoside was identified as the main compound in T. capitellatus HE extract, while the phenolic acid rosmarinic acid was the main component of AD extracts. In addition, HE extract presents significant amounts of salvianolic acids and of the terpenoids oleanolic and ursolic acid. Both extracts showed antioxidant activity, evaluated by their capacity to scavenge ABTS and superoxide radicals, as well as an ability to prevent lipid peroxidation. AD extracts were also effective in scavenging hydroxyl and nitric oxide radicals. As potential functional foods, T. capitellatus extracts presented neuroprotective and anti-diabetic activity, in addition to time- and dose-dependent anti-proliferative activity against Caco-2 (colorectal adenocarcinoma) and HepG2 (hepatic carcinoma) cells. HE extract presented higher cytotoxicity than AD extract, and HepG2 cells were more resistant than Caco-2 cells. After 24 h exposure to HE extract, the IC50 values were 330 μg/mL and 447 μg/mL for Caco-2 and HepG2 cells, respectively. T. capitellatus has potential as a functional food or as a source of bioactive molecules. These results also highlight the need to preserve species with as yet unknown molecular compositions and potential medicinal applications. 相似文献

为探讨磁场对液-液萃取过程的影响,本研究在不同磁感应强度的磁场中,对丙酮-水-甲基异丁基酮物系的萃取过程进行了研究.研究结果表明,磁场对丙酮-水-甲基异丁基酮物系的萃取过程具有正效应,丙酮的分配系数kA及收率φA均随着磁感应强度的增加而增大.定量计算表明,在磁感应强度为0.17~0.52 T的磁场作用下,丙酮的分配系数kA提高5.29%~8.31%,丙酮的收率φA提高1.76%~3.41%.温度对磁化萃取效果有一定的影响,随着温度的升高,磁场对萃取的影响作用加强.通过对试验数据的回归分析,得出了丙酮分配系数kA的关联式. 相似文献

用清除二苯代苦味肼基自由基、清除2,2′-连氨-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)自由基和铁离子还原/抗氧化能力测定法,分析了珍珠菜提取物总的抗氧化作用。在珍珠菜提取物中,甲醇提取物清除二苯代苦味肼基自由基能力(IC50值为12.28mg/L)比阳性对照BHT作用强(IC50值为18.79mg/L);甲醇提取物对清除2,2′-连氨-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)自由基能力(IC50值为7.52mg/L)比BHT(IC50值为6.04mg/L)清除能力略低;甲醇提取物还原Fe3+的能力(FRAP值为1179.40±46.70μmolTE/g)比BHT(FRAP值为1748.49±3.46μmolTE/g)略低。珍珠菜3种提取物中,甲醇提取物具有较高的抗氧化能力。该文报告工作的新颖性,已为河南省医学情报研究所2008年5月30日出具的第2008113号《科技查新报告》所证实。 相似文献

Antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of Echinacea purpurea L. (Asteraceae) extracts obtained by classical and ultrasound solvent extraction were compared. The dry aerial part of plant was extracted by 70% ctha-nol at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 : 10 (m/v) and 25℃. The extract obtained by classical solvent extraction contained 29% larger amounts of phenolic compounds and 20% higher content of flavonoids. 2,2-diphenyl-l-picril hydrazyl radical (DPPH) scavenging reached 93.6% and the values of EC50 were (34.16±0.65) μg·ml-1and (65.48±1.12) μg·ml-1 for the extracts obtained by the classical and ultrasound extractions, respectively. The extracts, independent of the extraction technique applied, showed a considerable growth inhibition on Candida albicans and Saccharo-myces cerevisiae, while no growth inhibition zones were observed for Aspergillus niger. The diameters of inhibition zone observed for all the microorganisms were larger for extracts obtained by classical extraction than those by ultrasoud extraction. 相似文献
