目的探究聚合软硬单体比例对水性上光油性能的影响。方法以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为软硬单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用半连续自由基乳液聚合方式合成目标上光油,通过改变配方中软硬单体的质量比,分析单体比例对水性上光油的成膜性、吸水率、玻璃化转变温度,以及涂覆后的明度、光滑度、耐磨性和耐水性等性能的影响。结果软硬单体质量比在17∶13到2∶3(接近1∶1)时,由于亲水与疏水基团的共同作用,水性上光油成膜性、明度、光滑度和耐磨性达到最佳。结论实验合成的环保水性上光油具有优良的成膜性和透明度,可以满足印刷品和纸包装材料涂覆时的综合性能要求。 相似文献

以聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、乙二胺(EDA)等为主要原料合成了水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU),考察了EDA不同用量和加料顺序对水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的T-剥离强度、粒径、粘度、耐水性、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)等性能的影响.结果表明:乳化前加EDA所制得胶粘剂的T-剥离强度、耐水性、粘度均高于乳化时加EDA的,且EDA的加入量为剩余TDI物质量的30%时,T-剥离强度最大,吸水率较低;乳化前加不同量EDA制得聚氨酯的Tg变化不大. 相似文献

For those products that are heavily competitive in the marketplace, demand volatility and unpredictability have been growing. This has resulted in a sizeable deviation in demand forecasts when using the traditional forecasting methods. Accordingly, this study aims to develop a real option approach-based forecasting model for predicting demand during the upcoming planning horizon for products with high random volatility on demand. The real option approach can effectively deal with the long-term trends and random variation involved in a given demand stochastic diffusion process. Additionally, this study proposes taking Monte Carlo simulation as a numerical method to solve the demand-forecasting model. Monte Carlo simulation not only can accurately approximate almost any type of stochastic processes, but also can competently handle the path-dependant relationship existing between successive demands. Subsequently, these demand forecasts are used to determine the provisioned smoothing capacity during the upcoming planning horizon. To this end, this study also proposes several effective and practical smoothing capacity-planning approaches in accordance with the specified production strategy. Based on a numerical example, the integrated planning approach can obtain a plausible result. 相似文献

Wide range testing is reported of customer acceptability of various fish products after varying periods of frozen storage at −18°C. Four products of cod, breaded fillets, glazed fillets, fillet fingers and minced fingers, were tested by trained assessors and by groups of students in Colleges of Home Economics after storage periods of up to one year. 通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和动态机械热分析仪(DMA)的相结构、微观结构和阻尼性能的测试结果,研究了热处理工艺对轧制态CuMn50合金的微观组织和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明合金的阻尼性能随着应变振幅先缓慢增加而后迅速增加;随着冷速提高,Mn-Cu合金开始出现晶粒,阻尼性能降低,缓慢冷却有利于富锰区的产生,起到了时效的作用;炉冷时效后,阻尼性能进一步提高,时效时间对炉冷试样的微观结构和阻尼性能没有影响;水冷时效后,随着时效时间的增大,合金的晶粒先变得粗大随后析出第二相α-Mn,阻尼性能先增大到峰值随后略为减低,840℃固溶0.5h又420℃时效8h后,合金的阻尼性能达到最好。 相似文献

Over the last decade several large scale fires occured in New Zealand slaughter-houses. Some aspects of these fires are reported in detail, mainly the damage to frozen meat. 瓦楞纸板作为产品运输包装的承载与缓冲基础材料,其使用过程中的性能保持性至关重要。运输振动将引起纸板疲劳破损,导致其相应性能的变化。对单瓦楞纸板进行加速度为0.5-2.0g、振动频率为20Hz的疲劳振动试验;进行瓦楞纸板的准静态压缩、跌落冲击试验,测定其承载能力与冲击加速度。结果表明,随着振动次数、振动强度的增加,纸板的承载能力、剩余屈服应力显著降低,缓冲性能下降。在此基础上,基于瓦楞纸板冲击试验数据,分析不同振动次数对瓦楞纸板的冲击最大加速度和缓冲系数的影响,获得了瓦楞纸板冲击最大加速度—静应力—振动次数、缓冲系数—最大应力—振动次数三维关系。研究表明瓦楞纸板存在疲劳破坏效应,研究结果为瓦楞纸板的疲劳缓冲包装设计提供技术依据 相似文献

采用X射线衍射(XRD)、Fourier红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了热活化坡缕石晶体结构及显微形貌,并采用zeta(ζ)电位分析仪、比表面积分析仪及原子吸收光谱仪(AAS)测定了热活化坡缕石的zeta电位、比表面积及饱和Cu2+交换吸附量。结果表明热活化温度对坡缕石zeta电位无显著影响。当热活化温度低于250℃时,坡缕石脱出吸附水及部分配位水,比表面积显著增大,但晶体结构无明显变化;热活化温度为350~650℃时,坡缕石将脱出配位水和结构水,并发生"折叠作用",使得坡缕石表面活性中心增加,至750℃时晶体结构完全破坏,而比表面积则随热活化温度的升高依次降低。坡缕石饱和Cu2+交换吸附量仅与热活化温度密切相关,当热活化温度为450℃时,坡缕石饱和Cu2+交换吸附量最大。 相似文献
