交指带通滤波器是工程应用中常用的带通滤波器,但随着产品的小型化及带外抑制性能要求的多样化,常规交指带通滤波器在使用上受到较多限制。文中设计了一种新型SIR交指型微带带通滤波器结构,对常规交指微带带通滤波器进行小型化以及抑制性能优化。这种滤波器通过引入1 4波长SIR结构缩小单个谐振单元尺寸进行小型化,并引入发夹结构,通过其自身谐振特性以及交叉耦合在左端引入一传输零点,达到改善抑制性能的目的。通过HFSS建模仿真比对了同指标的两种结构滤波器特性,分析得出各自适用的抑制要求。测试结果表明,设计的带通滤波器性能曲线与仿真曲线相吻合,符合设计要求。  相似文献

阐述了交指型微带带通滤波器的原理,利用Agilent ADS和Ansoft HFSS软件仿真得到了通带为7.0~10.3 GHz的交指型带通滤波器。该滤波器的相对带宽达到38.2%,且插损小、带外抑制良好。加工出实物后,实测结果与理论仿真值吻合良好。  相似文献

提出一种微带低通滤波器改进设计方法.滤波器本身采用经典方法设计,通过在输入输出端口上添加交指型谐振器构成带阻滤波器,可将滤波器的适用带宽拓展50%以上.采用的交指型谐振器由8根容性交指和1根感性的高阻抗线并联而成,通过调整交指长度,可以方便地调节谐振器的谐振频率.设计并制作了两种改进结构,数值模拟和测量结果表明:通过引入交指结构,可以有效抑制微带低通滤波器的寄生通带,并且可以通过级联多个交指谐振器进一步扩展滤波器的适用频带.该设计方法还可用于带通等其他类型微带滤波器的寄生通带抑制.  相似文献

分析了四分之一波长阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)能够抑制寄生响应的特点和实现滤波器小型化设计的原理。利用SIR增加了设计滤波器的灵活度,实现了对L波段传统微带交指带通滤波器的改进,得到了基于SIR结构的新型微带交指带通滤波器。仿真试验结果证明:改进后的滤波器第一寄生响应向后推移1.4 GHz,整个滤波器的面积可以减少32%,该设计方法有效。  相似文献

依据微带线的基本原理和电压调谐变容二极管的特性,结合微带交指滤波器的设计方法,提出一种基于交指结构的中心频率可调带通滤波器。设计了一种中心频率可调范围1.23~2.23GHz、带内插损小于4dB、带内平坦度优于0.5dB、相对带宽6.5%~4.5%的可调带通滤波器。经过ADS软件的仿真验证,证实了设计的有效性。  相似文献

A design procedure for a composite filter having interdigital input and output sections, separated by a ?/2 resonator, is outlined. Results from a prototype filter show improved characteristics by comparison with purely interdigital or parallel coupled filters. In addition to microstrip tapped-line interdigital filters, a new hairpin-line filter using tapping is introduced. This paper describes an analytic design procedure for microstrip tunable filters. Step-impedance resonators are employed and loaded with varactors for achieving agility in the filter response. Fixed lumped capacitors are utilized as admittance inverters in order to minimize the number of varactors in the filter. An analytic approach for filter design makes it possible to achieve a tunable filter showing the same frequency response when the center frequency is adjusted. A two-pole microstrip tunable filter whose center frequency can be adjusted from 1.1 to 1.5 GHz is designed to demonstrate the validity of design theory. A prototype tunable filter operating from 2.1 to 2.7 GHz is also designed and measured. A good agreement between the measured and simulated results is shown. Finally, three- and four-pole tunable filters are designed to show straightforward application of the presented design method to higher order tunable filter design.   相似文献

In this paper, a novel compact microstrip dual-band (DB) bandpass filter with high selectivity for wireless local area networks applications is proposed. The design procedure is based on unbalanced composite right/left-handed (UCRLH) transmission lines (TLs). The DB features can be achieved by unbalancing the CRLH transmission line. The necessary conditions to obtain a discontinuous transition between the left- and right-handed bands, intended to provide UCRLLH TL, are investigated. The application of this technique to design of compact DB filters is illustrated. The structure of the proposed DB filter is implemented by a series interdigital capacitor located between two microstrip lines that shorted to the ground plane by vias. The vias with microstrip lines acting as a shunt connected inductor while the series capacitor is realized by interdigital capacitor. The design procedure based on a simple equivalent circuit is also introduced. The proposed filter has advantages such as compact size, easy fabrication, high selectivity, low insertion loss, high return loss and, design flexibility. To validate the proposed technique, the proposed DB filter has been fabricated and tested. Good agreement has been found between simulation and measurement results. The total size of the proposed UCRLH DB filter is 0.17 λg × 0.048 λg, where λg is the guided wavelength of the lower pass-band. The size of the proposed DB filter is more compact in comparison with known similar filters.  相似文献

This paper proposes new broadband microstrip bandpass filters based on slotted linear tapered-line resonator (SLTR) and slotted step impedance resonator (SSIR) structures for size reduction and improved stopband performances. A comprehensive treatment of slotted resonators and both ends of the resonator with interdigital coupled lines is described. The design concept is demonstrated by two filter examples including one with an SLTR and another one with an SSIR. These filters have not only compact size but also a wider upper stopband resulting from resonator bandstop characteristics. The simulated and experimental results of stopband performances are better than 15 dB for a frequency range up to 25 GHz.  相似文献

交指型微机电系统(MEMS)滤波器是采用MEMS工艺制备出的交指型结构滤波器,针对交指型MEMS滤波器电磁优化算法中存在速度慢,占用计算资源大等问题,对交指型MEMS滤波器优化设计方法进行了研究。采用主动空间映射算法,在ADS和HFSS软件中建立滤波器电路结构模型和三维结构电磁模型,并分别将它们用于主动空间映射算法所需的粗糙仿真和精确仿真,仅进行了5次精确仿真就完成了一款Ku波段滤波器的优化设计。结果表明,设计的滤波器中心频率为14 GHz,顶部损耗为1.6 dB,-1 dB带宽为2.2 GHz,满足设计指标要求,同时验证了优化设计方法的可行性。  相似文献

This letter presents a novel ultra-wideband (UWB) microstrip bandpass filter on a microstrip line with improved out-of-band performances. A multiple-mode resonator (MMR) is first constituted to equally allocate its first three resonant frequencies in the 3.1–10.6-GHz UWB band. Two capacitive-ended interdigital coupled lines are then formed to assign their transmission zero towards the fourth-order resonant frequency of this MMR, thereby suppressing the first spurious passband. Moreover, two outer arms in the interdigital lines are properly tapered to compensate the phase imbalance or group delay near the UWB upper-end relying on extra capacitive-ended stubs. And finally, two UWB filters with one- and two-MMRs are designed and implemented to experimentally demonstrate the improved out-of-band performances, i.e., widened/deepened upper-stopband and sharpened rejection skirts outside the UWB passband.  相似文献

In this letter, we explore a general-purpose microstrip coupling model for computer aided design of new bandpass filters. The J-inverter topology of the model facilitates the study of coupling behaviours of different microstrip structures leading to a quick comparison of their coupling strengths. Based on such comparison, microstrip filters with interdigital capacitors and etched slots yielding relatively higher coupling coefficients are designed, fabricated and tested. The filters exhibit relatively wider bandwidths which are easily adjustable by way of changing the geometrical parameters of interdigital capacitors and slots.  相似文献
